    If I could give Imagine Photography a million stars I would.

    I looked at nearly 70 photographers before selecting Imagine Photography. We interviewd 4 photographers with photo-journalistic styles and decided to go with Imagine.

    What I love about Imagine Photography:

    TALENT. They are just so flipping good at what they do. I am so jealous! :o)

    They are passionate and enthusiastic about what they do. They know what couples look for in their wedding photography and they deliver.

    They were the most responsive vendor I dealt with. I was an out of town bride and as such, that meant everything to me. E-mails were answered nearly immediately, calls returned promptly.

    Flexible & Creative. Karen read me like a book and really took advantage of my crazy side to get some great shots. At one point I was standing in the Niagara Falls rapids, shoes off, holding my dress and train over the water and smiling for the cameras. Now, that certainly is not something every bride would do, but she had the flexibility and creativity to respond to my desire to have great pictures. You're more traditional? No problem, she does that great too!

    VALUE. I shopped many, many photographers. Imagine Photography's packages are, for the quality of shots, the best value in WNY. The level of service you get with them is unequaled for sure.

    In summary, I have seen just a few shots from my wedding and I am stunned. Simply stunned. I see those pictures and can't believe they are of me! I am so excited to see the rest because I know they will be just as good, if not better. Lastly, Karen is a great person. She was very professional, yet a total blast to spend the day with. Karen has siginifcant potential and I wish her nothing but success in the future!

    This photographer is very professional and our pictures were absolutely gorgeous. We'd contacted several photographers in the area and Imagine had the best prices and the best portfolio. We would higly recommend Imagine Photography to anyone.

    couldnt imagine not using. they did my sister wedding before this and it was amazing. no glitches. everything went perfect. i even got a discount since they got married on the same day as us.

    My husband and I were very pleased with Imagine Photography. She was very quick to respond, easy to get along with, captured all the pictures we requested, and the pictures came out beautiful.

    I would NOT recommend this photographer. Karen is really nice and friendly at the beginning, and they do take good pictures, but good luck getting anything after the wedding.

    If all you want is a CD of digital pictures and don't want the album (that is part of your package), and don't want to order any pictures, then go with this photographer. But tell all your friends and family not to bother ordering anything from them either. You're actually lucky if you get the CD at all.

    I ordered pictures from her in July and never received them (excuses about computer failures/crashing/viruses were the main responses to my emails asking where my pictures were). I only JUST managed to get a refund, after being excedingly annoying about it.

    I also never received my album from my wedding. I have NOT received a refund for that, as she decided to move her entire business to Indiana (changing website, name, phone number and email address) and is no longer responding to my emails.

    My sister also ordered prints from her and never received them. Karen promised her a refund that she also never received.

    Never Never Never hire Karen and Imagine Photography!! We were lied to and stolen from for over 1 year. Our wedding was July 18, 2008 and we have yet to receive the wedding album we paid for. Our family members also ordered pictures off her website and paid for them and never got them. She is a thief! She has lied to us, and gave us excuse after excuse about why the pictures weren't ready. Our first consultation was great and her portfolio looked good, and her price was really good, that�s why we hired her. Then she showed up our wedding day to take pictures dressed unprofessional and even LEFT our reception for over an hour to go to dinner with her husband! We had to wait for them to return to start anything. Then after the wedding she kept making us feel bad for her for not having our pictures ready because she was going through "personal problems". Thank god we got our digital negatives that we paid for or else we would have nothing. I have called and emailed her numerous times with no response. When you hire and pay someone you expect them to do their job and not lie and steal from you! I advise any bride and groom to hire someone else and not have to go through what us and may others have gone through!

    The most horrible experience EVER! Do not use this photographer! They show up to take photos but then it is history after that!! Never would recommend these people over my dead body!!!

    I'm assuming that the decent scores on this review site are Karen, because I don't have anything good to say about her. I have been having the same problems as all of the bad reviews on this page. My wedding was in September, and I was promised a DVD with all my photos on it in 4-6 weeks. It has now been 11 weeks and I haven't received anything. Worse yet, I have been emailing her and received no response. I have called her and I see that her phone has been shut off. The only response I've gotten from her is a passive status update on facebook about how her DVD burner isn't working. It's not much different than all the other 'poor me' excuses that she's had over the past 2 months. It seems like she always has a new excuse; her kid is sick, she has schoolwork, computer isn't working, had to move... the list goes on. I would not recommend Karen to anyone that I care about. Her professionalism is absolutely ridiculous. I am considering taking legal action, that is if she even gave me her correct address!

    Terrible quality pics - slovenly dressed and presented at the reception - second photographer in pictures - responsible for broken promises and broken hearts on a husband's and wife's new life together. There is no way to get that momment back and capture that 1st kiss, 1st dance, father and daughter dance, etc.

    The gall of these people is that they feature this wedding as one of their finer works on their website. Some pictures are clearly are available, why does Karen have to run and hide?

    Interesting is that one of the perks is to eat at the reception, and eat they did!

    Do your homework, check BBB, check website, blogs, it speaks for itself!!

    I have also been robbed by Karen. We are taking her to court if anyone wants to join us. E-mail me at nhutch0302@yahoo.com! Also if anyone is trying to get a hold of her she ran off to Kentucky, shes on facebook and her new phone # is 502-439-678.

    Excuse after excuse...My wedding was August of 2008. I never recieved any of my pictures, Karen wont return calls or emails, and now she packed up her business from Buffalo NY, changed the company name,and moved to Indiana, and now I'm out the money I paid her, and I didnt get any pictures. She is the biggest scam artist there is! Please, please please, DO NOT use this vendor. If I get anywhere with filing a lawsuit I will keep you updated.

    I would NEVER recommend Karen Mc Clive as a paid photographer for any event.
    Maybe as some reviews said she is flexible and takes nice shots, but I wouldn't know because the pictures I ordered from her never showed up.
    I have contacted Karen too many times to count, and occasionally she would email back with some excuse and promise to look for the pictures when things weren't so crazy, or say she was going to issue a full refund. But the wedding was over 10 months ago and I still have not received one picture or one cent of refund money. I have almost given up now that she has moved and changed her company.

    The worst part of this ordeal is that my daughter and son were both in the wedding party and since I was leaving the photography up to her team I ended up getting only a few pictures of my children, mostly taken by family members and emailed to me.

    So if you want a fun flexible person to hang out with and snap shots you will pay for but never posess, go ahead, hire Karen. But if you want an actual photo to hang on your wall, or show your children or grandchildren one day do not take the chance on her!

    My wedding was May 26th 2007 and it is now July of 2009 and i have yet to receive my albums from this swindling scam artist that calls herself a professional wedding photographer. I have been emailing her for the past two years with absolutely no cooperation on her part and she has now decided to stop responding to emails and leave town. She now lives in either Indiana or Kentucky or who knows where else. I have filed a complaint with the bbb and she did not respond to them either. their suggestion is that i find an attorney and pursue legal action, which i will be doing immediately. do not even waste your time becaus the end result will be you wasting thousands of dollars on a product you will never receive from a vendor that should be banned from the industry due to shady business practices and scamming people out of money.
