  Jessica was wonderful! Her photos are beautiful and she does a great job posing people. She was friendly and helpful throughout the process (initial consultation, engagement shoot, emails and wedding day shoot). We loved working with her and really appreciated her expertise!

  Jessica was wonderful to work with for our wedding! She helped us make sure that we had all of the pictures that we wanted from our day! She has a great eye for creative pictures and did a wonderful job getting a variety of shots. We are very impressed with how quickly she was able to have the pictures back to us after the wedding and loved the pictures she took! I would definitely recommend Jessica to any couple!

  Working with Jessica was so much fun! She is great at what she does and I loved our engagement photos! She was fine with us bringing our dog along so he could be a part of the engagement pictures and it was great having him in a few of the shots.   Jessica is the best! She made everything so easy, had great ideas and takes beautiful pictures. There is nothing bad about her that I can say. She helps you in any way she can. She did both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. After our engagement pictures came in I could not wait for our wedding because they turned out so well.

  Jessica is awesome! Our pictures came out absolutely amazing! She captured every detail in our wedding to the "T!" I enjoyed our candid shots as well as our group groups. I have used Jessica since for my yearly christmas pictures and she has also taken photographs of our baby since his birth. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting those polished photographs for their event!!!

  Jessica was a wonderful wedding photographer. We had the package that came with two photographers. The second photographer was a great fit too. She was funny and made the day go smooth along with Jessica. Jessica took the most beautiful pictures on our special day. She goes above and beyond and has a keen eye for detail. All our pictures that didn't have editing are still beautiful and timeless. I would recommend her to anyone.

  Jessica is very easy going, patience, responsive, open minded, flexible, and punctual. Her pricing is super reasonable. I'm happy with my pre-ceremony candid, ceremony images, and some of the reception images.

  My first email interaction with Details ETC Photography was very professional. We set up our wedding date and filled out paperwork without any issue. The two photographers were very professional while taking pictures on our wedding day. We loved the pictures they took and were really excited about them. They worked really great with the wedding party and were really respectful and discrete during the service, and took some wonderful pictures.
  
  Although the wedding day service was great, we did have a few issues.
  
  We hit our first snag when we met with the photographer for the first time to do our engagement pictures. She wrote the date down wrong and after contacting her, she ended up arriving an hour and a half late. Our pictures turned out nice, but was not the first impression we would have hoped for. We were given wedding favors to make up for the mishap and were very appreciative.
  
  The next snag came when we tried to obtain our wedding book. She originally told us that the book would be done in late September (4 months after the wedding), which seemed like a reasonable amount of time. The book never came and we had to contact her several times. It finally got to us on December (7 months after the wedding). We were really annoyed that it took so long, then we opened the package. I did not like the book. We were not given any indication of what it would look like or the pictures that were to be used. Normally a photographer should send you a proof of what the book would look like so you could make comments. But that was never done. The book had plain white pages, no embellishments, and some pages had pictures that weren't aligned or the same size as other. I ended up creating my own book on Mixbook which I love and think looks so much better.
  
  Overall, I do love the pictures, but the company really needs to work on deadlines.

  Details ETC Photography's reply:

  I agree her proof book took too long to be delivered. Due to some unforseen circumstances (3 separate surgeries in this time period) my proof book took longer to be delivered than it should. Sadly this is the first I have heard from this client that she didn't like her book. I have now offered to redo or even give her some money back but she has decided not to take me up on that.
  
  Recently I have implemented a new method of proofing books to my clients that allows them 100% feedback before the book is ordered. My weddings are delivered online within 3 weeks from the wedding and most books and albums also depend on the client to make their choices and selections.
