Davoli's food is amazing! As a vendor for 30 years, I've tasted a lot of catered wedding food. I was part of a wedding where they served a 5 course meal at The Garden Club of Jacksonville. One of the courses had a ravioli the size of the dinner plate! So delicious. Another wedding at Tringali Barn he served salmon, beef and pork, and the meats were tender with just the right amount of seasoning. If you're Italian or like authentic Italian food, look no further. Choose Davoli's, and ask for Fred! -

Having Davoli's cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! The chicken marsala and mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious, and their team made everything so easy. They were professional, organized, and took care of all the details, which really helped take the stress off us. It let us focus on enjoying the day, and everything turned out perfect. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! -

Fred and his servers did an awesome job for our wedding!! The food was delicious!! The servers always checked up on us to see if we wanted any food and brought us sample plates of everything. Fred was understanding of the many changes I needed to make with the guest count as the wedding approached, which was greatly due to COVID. I highly recommend Davoli's for your catering needs!!Davoli's Catering's reply:

Stop looking for a caterer and book Davoli’s now! I cannot begin to tell you how blown away my husband and my parents and I were after having Davoli’s cater my wedding. We had a tasting with Mr. Davoli and everything we tried was delicious. My husband and I are very particular about food and are not often impressed by food at weddings. We felt very confident that Davoli’s Catering would deliver the service and food that we were hoping for. Boy were we impressed! We had swordfish bites, meatballs, bacon wrapped scallops, crab cakes and tomato bisque shooters with mini grilled cheeses. We have had our guests tell us that they were standing by the kitchen so they could load up on these delicious apps haha. For dinner, we had a salad station, short rib with cheesy grits, baked lemon grouper with veggies, and chicken marsala with mashed potatoes. WOW. We have had guests tell us that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Especially the fish! Our guests are still raving about the fish! Mr. Davoli made it a point to be at our wedding and we so appreciate him! His staff was super friendly and interactive with our guests (multiple friends and family have commented on how wonderful they all were). Davoli’s staff helped my parents with extra clean up and we are beyond thankful for how wonderful they were to us. Hands down best decision for our wedding. You won’t go wrong with choosing Davoli’s! I’m so glad we did.

Fred was so helpful and kind through the whole process. We live out of state and booked him food uneaten...solely went off reviews.
We finally had a tasting and ended up changing our menu (pasta bar for potato bar) but not because of taste, the pasta and sauces are INCREDIBLE!!! We loved the interactive atmosphere his team brought and they were so attentive. Multiple times throughout the night the team came up to my husband and I to check on us. If we needed a bite or a drink they were on it! The food turned out even better than the food at our tasting and we received many compliments from guests.Davoli's Catering's reply:

I can't say enough good things about Davoli's. Fred was a pleasure to work with on our daughters recent wedding. He was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule the original wedding date. The food was delicious and we got rave reviews from our guests. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and took care of all of our needs. I highly recommend hiring Davoli's! -

My husband and I hired Davoli's Catering for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. Words cannot begin to tell you how amazing everything was! For our rehearsal dinner, I specifically requested Mozzerella Sticks (because YUM) and they were AMAZING. People could not stop talking about them and the salad! We then had them do our wedding dinner buffet for around 120 guests. Every single thing we ate was to die for. From the appetizers to the entrees, we had compliments for days. They were also incredibly receptive to other food ideas I had in mind that weren't on their original menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Fred was wonderful making sure everything was just how I wanted it. We had many phone conversations leading up to the day so that I would feel comfortable. The day of, the wedding party arrived and were waiting to be announced and the servers came out & served us apps and drinks!
The whole flow of dinner went so smooth with the servers and the organizer assigned to us (I can’t remember her name!)
At the end of the night, they rinsed off all the dishes (even the ones we rented from other vendors). It all went so perfect and we could not have asked for a better catering company. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! -

From the moment I met Fred, I knew I wanted to book Davoli’s for our wedding! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! From our tasting all the way to the wedding day, there was no doubt that he truly cared about us. We used Davoli’s for both the rehearsal and the wedding. The food was AMAZING! We received SO many compliments on it and trust me, nobody left hungry! I absolutely recommend Davoli’s Catering. -

I received lots of compliments about their food, particularly the stuffed grouper. The food tasted just as delicious the day of the wedding as it did at the tasting. The staff was attentive to the wedding party and brought us appetizers while we were taking our photos. I would definitely recommend Davoli's for your event. -

We hired Davoli's to cater our wedding. Fred set up a tasting for us about a year before the wedding. We were very happy with the way all of the food turned out.
We had to go back and forth multiple times as far as a final count goes because of everything with the virus going on. Fred allowed us to update our final count 3 days before the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, the hors d'oeuvres were really good. Many of our guests were very happy with the fish entree that we had chosen and both sides. We didn't hear much about the steak. As far as the chicken goes, our guests felt like the chicken was "tough". Because I am a picky eater, Fred had offered to make me my own plain chicken breast. This was also difficult to chew.
One other thing we noticed was that we had paid for kids meals (chicken fingers and Mac & cheese), but those weren't available and we were told that the only option is what is out at the buffet. Unfortunately, this was unexpected and one of our kids was allergic to every option at the buffet and because of this she wasn't able to have anything for dinner that evening. Two of our other kids were looking forward to the mac and cheese and weren't able to have that option. I am not sure how this ended up happening, but it was somewhat disappointing and unexpected. Luckily, we had less kids attend than we had planned or else there would have been more kids that weren't able to have the kids meal that was supposed to be available to them. -
