Good people, good communication, good food.

EFS catered our wedding at The Treasury and let me tell you it was probably one of the best decisions we made. Every morsal of food was divine. The shrimp and grit appetizer was probably the biggest hit at cocktail hour. Our prime rib was perfectly cooked and people are still talking about the mashed potatoes. The team was great, super responsive to emails. We really enjoyed the event they put on for a group tasting. We were able to try more items than at a personal tasting which was great because it allowed us to try things we might not have picked normally. We enjoyed the DJ, meeting other couples and of course the open bar wasn’t too shabby either. We would 100% recommend EFS to anyone getting married in the area.

Olivia Gonzalez was wonderful to work with and very sweet. I hired them to cater my wedding, they provide full service and so many incredible meal options for every budget. We did Family style with Latin roasted Pork and Mahi in keylime beurblanc, roasted veggies, rice, salad, and bread. All of this was delicious but the piece de resistance and a must whatever else you do , is the Mac n Cheese! My guests were raving about it a week later. The chef, the bartenders and the rest of the service team were great and despite a miscommunication, the team did a phenominal job and made everything work out so beautifully, I never would have known it.
I certainly would recommend them for any events you may be planning.
