Real Paella is highly recommended for weddings, serving authentic, delicious on-site paellas (mixta, classic, vegan) that guests rave about. Amazing and enchanting
Big flavor, zero leftovers
That question was answered on the day after the wedding, as I inquired about leftovers only to find out there were NONE! Many of our guests kept going back up for seconds and left no crumbs. The mixta and classic paellas were the first to go, and even the vegan paella disappeared by the end of the night.
If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about the quality of Real Paella, allow me to try. I requested the Paella Mixta because I love seafood, and I was not disappointed. The shrimp, scallop and mussels were fresh and cooked perfectly. All of the flavors worked well together. The rice, veggies and chicken were cooked and seasoned well. And the lemon added just the right amount of acid to bolster the freshness of the dish.
Some other highlights of the night according to guests: tomatoes (in the salad, one guest said they were the best tomatoes they had ever eaten), tapas and drinks (Real Paella also handled the bartending).
Throughout the process Juan and Nevin were extremely friendly. They communicate well. I had loads of questions, and they answered them all and were quick to respond. My guests loved getting to watch Juan and Co. cook the paellas during cocktail hour. I highly recommend Real Paella for your wedding, and I hope to hire them again for my vow renewals.

Event tasting to wedding weekend
Our pre wedding experience with Real Paella was a tasting at Waterworks. The event was a rainy, but Real Paella was set up with tents and their burners waiting out the storm. Watching them cook was a spectacle, almost like a show, and the smell of the food could make a hungry person even more hungry. We emailed Real Paella and Nevin was extremely quick with email responses.
The food is also very accommodating to most diets as there’s an option for vegans and the vegan option is gluten-free.
We have received nothing but compliments about the food from all the wedding guests. We were also able to take home a portion of the food after and eat it the next day.
We highly recommend Real Paella!
