Catering Capers were exceptional and really came through on my daughter's big wedding day with 150 guests! During the planning process they respond immediately. With all of my many questions, edits, complete changes in choices they never lost patience and always stayed professional. The food tasting session was very elegant and my daughter and I felt like royalty. The day-of they left no table unturned even for things I had not thought about. The bride and groom had warm appetizers and their meal served at exactly the right time. All of the food choices tasted exceptional and all of the guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The guests were all treated with utmost respect. I was extremely happy with this vendor and would use them again for any event I host in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for not a good caterer, but a GREAT caterer.

Communication was excellent from the moment I reached out for information. Juan and Jose arrived on time, were kind and professional, and created an amazing paella that all our guests enjoyed. The day before our event, I realized we had three guests coming with shellfish allergies. They brought a separate dish for those guests and served it safely. They went above and beyond to accommodate us! Their set up and clean up was quick and quiet. Thoroughly professional, quality work all the way around. Highly recommend Real Paella!

The absolute best service I could ask for. Robin went above and beyond helping me plan the perfect day. Our venue didn’t even have a kitchen (not something I knew to look for when booking) yet the food was still amazing and hot when served. The whole staff is superb!

Jason & his team were simply incredible. The food was so tasty (and all of our guests agreed, lots of comments that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had). Jason is extremely responsive, and knowledgable in the wedding community of North Florida/South Georgia. When our wedding venue was closing down 6 months before our wedding date, Jason was one of the first people to call me and inform me of the situation, and helped recommend other venues in the area. We are so grateful for Jason's work on our wedding day, it was truly one of the best parts of our event!

We were thrilled after the tasting with Leigh that we would have her food and services at our wedding. We had so many guests asking us who our caterer was as we greeted them at the reception! Thank you Leigh and team!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Josh, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Every interaction reflected a genuine care for my needs and preferences. What stood out most was his thoughtfulness—not just in planning a menu that perfectly suited my tastes and dietary needs, but in the small, considerate touches that made the entire experience feel personalized and special. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. I couldn't say enough good things about Rebecca, Stella, and her staff! Street Chefs were hired to cater our Rehearsal Dinner of 40 people and they were able to set up, feed us, and offer a few people seconds all within 2 hours. Rebecca was very responsive during the discussion of menu items and answering any questions I had -- she was also keen on some of our guest's allergens and took care of them. I would recommend Rebecca time and time again. We had wonderful service and delicious food.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. When we feel like going on an adventure and escape the big city of Tallahassee we always go to Liam's in Thomasville. Every single dish they have is right on the mark. I have never ordered anything from this restaurant that I did not absolutely love. The waitstaff have always been respectful, prompt, yet casual in a way that makes you feel like you are eating among friends. I had the incredibly good fortune of having Liam's cater my wedding. The food was incredible from the wide selection of cheeses for the first course, the fresh and local ingredients used the salad, the perfectly seasoned fish, and the delicious pork. Everything came out at the right time and was beautifully presented. Rhonda, who was my main contact, was always quick to respond to any inquiries that I had and really listened to what I as a bride envisioned for my wedding. It is apparent that she is superb and organizing and managing her staff and I honestly could not have been more lucky to have such a wonderful meal served to me and my guests. I highly reccomend Liam's not only as a restaurant but also as a caterer.

Oyster Mom was AWESOME! We have a lot of oyster eaters in our family and Oyster Mom was perfect. My (new!) husband was worried the oysters would be handed out one at a time, but she made little plates. We each had over a dozen oysters ourselves, and she made a couple of plates for us to enjoy by ourselves in the quiet during cocktail hour. She was so nice, and the oysters were AWESOME!
