Leigh was wonderful! The food was delicious and got many, many compliments at the wedding itself! She served a buffet of beef brisket, party potatoes, green beans, salad, and delicious biscuits. I could not have asked for more in terms of taste, budget, responsiveness, and friendliness. Leigh Ansley catering is highly recommended.

Leigh was very responsive when in the planning stages for the event both in e-mail and by phone. With all the other things going on while trying to plan a wedding, Leigh made the issue of planning the menu and food delivery/service a non-issue. She took care of everything once we had the menu set (which even though I changed the menu on two separate occasions, Leigh never blinked and just went with whatever I asked for!). The actual event was set up wonderfully, the food was delicious and the presentation of the food and her staff was done very professionally. I had many comments from my guests about the great food. Leigh and her staff made sure everything was cleaned up after the event and before they left, they even box up any leftovers.

Leigh is an absolute pleasure to work with. I had so many questions prior to the wedding and she graciously answered them all! Her suggestions and ideas were on target and much appreciated. The buffet looked beautiful and was delicious. We would not hesitate to hire Leigh for any occassion!

Leigh was wonderful to work with from the beginning of the planning process. She was incredibly flexible and provided great feedback to help us decide on the perfect menu for our wedding. She was an absolute joy to work with, and was always available by phone or e-mail to answer the constant questions we had. The food and presentation at the wedding was awesome. We received tons of compliments on the food, and many guests proudly told us that they went back for seconds and thirds. Leigh helped alleviate so much stress during the planning and the big day. She was well worth it!

Leigh is absolutely the definition of style and grace. She and her staff were wonderful at our daughter's wedding. Great food and presentation, everyone wants her Vidalia Onion Dip recipe!! She was very supportive and encouraging with the traditions (and quirks) we wanted incorporated in the reception. Leigh was available by phone and email at any point we needed her in our planning and gracious with any items she had that we needed. She is great with her special touches with her food too. Curried chicken salad on edible spoons!! Another great hit. You will enjoy working with Leigh who will contribute immensely to making your day so special.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Leigh Ansley. Not only was her food amazing, but working with her was just as pleasant. We went with a Christmas Dinner theme for our wedding. She took anything I suggested and then added in her own touches to make it special. EVERYONE from the wedding thought the meal was fantastic. Make sure you order extra so you can take some home to enjoy it after the wedding :)
