We chose Mission BBQ to cater our wedding and it was a fantastic experience! Brandon worked with us throughout the planning process and he provided the highest level of customer service. After we met with Brandon to try the menu items, we didn't feel the need to consider any other caterers. We also had the pleasure of working with Tisha to work out the logistics a few weeks before the wedding. They even bring the tables, tablecloths, flowers, decor - they take care of everything! Our guests loved the food and we would recommend them for any event!

If you think BBQ for a wedding is too casual, rethink! Everyone loved it. Mission BBQ made beautifully elegant displays of the best food. The collard greens are a must. Everyone LOVED the kettle chips as appetizers too. Tiana, my rep, is amazing and quick to communicate.

Katie and the Mission BBQ team did a wonderful job at our rehearsal dinner. They were so polite and professional and our guests could not get enough of the food. There were plenty of to-go containers on tables at the end of the night! The team was also so flexible which we really appreciated. Our rehearsal ran long but they still started serving appetizers to the handful of guests that were at the dinner and not the rehearsal and were not bothered by it at all. They also ended up doing our cake cutting for the groom's cake which was so nice of them since that was something I had forgotten to ask about as it was a late change to move the groom's cake from the wedding to the rehearsal dinner. We are so happy to have chosen Mission BBQ and can't recommend them enough!

The was absolutely delicious! Katie did an amazing job putting up with us and our crazy family. All our guests went back for seconds and thirds. My husband and I were able to take some food with us to the hotel. We were told there would be at least three to four servers, it was just Katie and one other person. They did a phenomenal job serving nearly 90 people.

When I told some of my family that we were having barbecue for our meal at our wedding, they were slightly worried. I'm happy to say they were all completely blown away by Mission BBQ's catering services. Mission BBQ offers an amazing selection of food for their catering services, incredible and friendly staff, and a gorgeous set up for the day of your wedding. My husband and I met with many vendors before finally meeting with Mission BBQ and knowing within 5 minutes of our first meeting that we were hiring them to cater our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Mission BBQ and their wedding catering services. If you are looking for a delicious meal with terrific service at your wedding, look no farther than Mission BBQ!

Food and presentation were amazing, and the value could NOT be beat in Tallahassee!

So far EVERY SINGLE PERSON we have talked to since the big day has complimented the food. We had a lot of guests from other parts of the country and this southern food was enough to even make one of the groomsmen shed a tear of joy! No joke. Everyone loved the sausage appetizers and people went back for seconds and THIRDS after dinner-especially for the mac and cheese and brisket.
The catering manager we originally signed a contract with left about 2 months before the wedding and the new person Katie stepped up and handled everything as if nothing ever happened.
My only complaint was that we were supposed to have a few vegetarian versions of our sides, but these never showed up.
All in all, Mission BBQ was the best value for some amazing food.
