Still Thinking About Those Potatoes
EFS catered our wedding at The Treasury and let me tell you it was probably one of the best decisions we made. Every morsal of food was divine. The shrimp and grit appetizer was probably the biggest hit at cocktail hour. Our prime rib was perfectly cooked and people are still talking about the mashed potatoes. The team was great, super responsive to emails. We really enjoyed the event they put on for a group tasting. We were able to try more items than at a personal tasting which was great because it allowed us to try things we might not have picked normally. We enjoyed the DJ, meeting other couples and of course the open bar wasn’t too shabby either. We would 100% recommend EFS to anyone getting married in the area. -

Olivia Gonzalez was wonderful to work with and very sweet. I hired them to cater my wedding, they provide full service and so many incredible meal options for every budget. We did Family style with Latin roasted Pork and Mahi in keylime beurblanc, roasted veggies, rice, salad, and bread. All of this was delicious but the piece de resistance and a must whatever else you do , is the Mac n Cheese! My guests were raving about it a week later. The chef, the bartenders and the rest of the service team were great and despite a miscommunication, the team did a phenominal job and made everything work out so beautifully, I never would have known it.
I certainly would recommend them for any events you may be planning. -

We were so lucky to work with Olivia at EFS Catering. The day we met with her, we knew we were in the right hands. We attending a food tasting event hosting by EFS and not only did we so enjoy the food, we also found several other vendors for our wedding! Olivia is thoughtful, personable, and efficient. She met with us many times and worked very hard to answer the many questions we had throughout the whole process. She put us at ease and delivered a wonderful product. On top of all this, the actual wedding celebration was seamless and the EFS team was accommodating and wonderful to work with. Thank you Olivia and the EFS Catering team! -

Beyond amazing
Where to even start …. I am part of the Romanian culture and let me tell you, we loooove to eat 🤪 Olivia, she has been God sent!!!! From helping plan a specific Romanian menu, helping me figure serving times and all other extras that go beyond anything I could have asked for just remarkable. The entire team is beyond amazing. They absolutely delivered with passion and I am forever grateful. Highly recommend EFS catering for any events, delicious food our guests are still talking about! -

I emailed so many vendors trying to get someone to work with our budget and I'm so lucky EFS and Olivia could make it happen. IT WAS PERFECT. We did a cheese and cracker spread for cocktail hour, then a buffet with beef tenderloin, chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, rolls & salad. Everything was sooooo yummy! We also did a midnight snack of the burger sliders... highly recommend, the guests loved it! We used their bartenders as well. All the staff was awesome & took great care of us and our guests! We even hired Olivia as our day of coordinator and she is such a super star in every way... honestly don't know what I'd do without her! -

When I saw that EFS could do a pretzel wall, I did not have to look further for a caterer. I had no idea it would lead me to the most incredible staff ever! Olivia is a literal angel - so helpful, calming, the best person to help you through your wedding planning. The food was amazing, the staff was even better. Can’t recommend them enough! -

Olivia and her team were wonderful in every way. From the very beginning Olivia was so helpful with all of my questions and flexible with any requests I had. She responded quickly and even messaged me while she was on vacation. We had a family style dinner and I had so many compliments on the food and servers. The staff were all spectacular. I saw and was told by my guests that they were very attentive and made sure to ensure everyone was taken care of. Quite a few of them made it a point to introduce themselves to my husband and I, and checked on us throughout the reception. The bar tenders were amazing as well, I never saw a line at the bar and they continued to check on us (bride and groom) and make sure our drinks were full. I would definitely recommend EFS. -

Look no further, EFS is the BEST catering team in all of Jacksonville! We were more than satisfied with this wedding vendor. My husband and I are both so incredibly happy we trusted in EFS to deliver such a phenomenal service. It was truly so on point. These are some things that really stood out to us and our guests: servers were checking on guests to see if they needed a drink all throughout the night, they took great care of us (bride and groom) they asked us what we needed and checked in periodically, the food came out hot, and of excellent quality (people were so impressed with their meals-display and taste), there was excellent communication with Olivia. She always responded back very promptly and was super helpful and informative. We feel that her feedback regarding the amount of appetizers and portion size was very accurate. We are so pleased with EFS's service and would recommend them a million times! We want to have another party-just so we can use them again! -

I don’t even know where to begin. Olivia and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the early beginnings when I first sent an inquiry in, Olivia has been in complete contact with me since. From my random phone calls, late text messages and emails, she was so prompt and wonderful to speak with throughout the entire process. She helped my husband and I build the absolute dream menu and helped us stay within budget at the same time. Olivia was able to make room and squeeze us into the last tasting before our wedding day, so we were able to experience what her catering team had to offer. We truly feel like Olivia puts her customers first no matter the cost and treats us more as friends which really makes the entire process a breeze. Vendors can be difficult to deal with during the high stress wedding planning, but I have nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say about Olivia and EFS Catering.
We originally hired a wedding planner with a different company, and we were quick to change over to have Olivia and her husband William orchestrate our wedding. A decision we will never regret! Even before actually hiring them to coordinate, I was told to contact her with ANY questions or help for planning. She helped me do my entire floor plan and gave me input my other planner did not. Between her killer personality and her awesome organizational skills, we felt as though a boulder was taken off our shoulders. We trusted them 100% and our wedding was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE.
EFS provided our passed appetizers, buffet station, bartending services, a carving station, and butler service for each table. Nobody went hungry, glasses were never half empty, and everyone had an awesome night! Kyle, was a server who stood out to my husband and I. He specifically catered to us and made sure we were greeted to our table with drinks, our plates fixed and checked on us multiple times throughout dinner. As for the rest of team, THANK YOU!
The bartenders made drinks in a timely manner considering the enormous line of people after the ceremony. And the waitstaff was constantly checking on tables, filling glasses and removing dirty dishware. We were also packed multiple to-go boxes to take home and boy that was great to munch on! I truly have no complaints and my guests are still raving about the awesome food, and services EFS provided for us!!
If it were an option I would rate 100000000x stars.
Olivia – Your personality is one like no other! We are so grateful for you and what you have personally done for Tyler and I. We’ve maybe even gained a friend in the process Also, the relationship you have with William is GOALSSSS. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and I don’t doubt you will continue to make everyone you encounter as happy as we are now!
William – My highlight moment for you would be when you came in to check on me in the bridal suite. Everyone had left to line up and I was alone, and the anxiety was really kicking in. All it took was a smile and you truly comforted me! Thank you for that.
P.S. You and Olivia are a freaking dream team!!

Three things:
1. Hire Olivia Gonzalez as your Day-of-Coordinator. Olivia was amazing to work with; super responsive, on top of things, helpful, and overall a therapist during stressful times! I hired her a little over a year out along with her team - and she was there always checking in on me, no matter how far out the wedding was - simply because she cares!
2. Hire the Food Team. We did a Spanish theme - paella, empanadas, plantains, Lechon, a rice and beans bar, etc... the food was unreal and everyone loved it!
3. Hire the Bartending Team! These guys did awesome - needless to say, no one went without a drink in their hand!
Yes, Yes, Yes - You must work with them! Thank you again Olivia and the entire EFS Team!

My husband and I talked and met with quite a few caterers before EFS blessed our lives! My husband had his heart said on a cuban style menu, and while other caterers had a hard time with this, EFS was practically like "that's it? Give us something harder!" I knew it was meant to be the minute I got on the phone with Olivia. She was attentive, kind, so knowledgeable in her craft, and had such a passion for food. My kind of gal! The food at our our wedding was phenomenal! Soooo good! Our guest are still talking about it and said it was the best food they've had at a wedding. The EFS team even went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed and asked throughout the evening if there was anything they could do or get for us. So caring amd attentive! Do yourself and your wedding guests a favor and go with EFS! -

EFS was the cherry on top for our wedding day. Throughout the whole experience Olivia and EFS were there for us. They provided the best quality food, service, and dedication. (Might I add with the best bang for your buck!) Olivia and her team were super helpful in catering to what we wanted and making sure everything came together. We didnt want a basic dinner menu, we wanted flavor, something that would compliment our tropical theme, something that was a little more spanish, and something that everyone could enjoy. And boy did EFS deliver with our bomb ass menu!!!! (I HIGHLY recommend the flank steak with chimichurri sauce it is TO DIE FOR!!!!) On another note, the service was so wonderful, everyone was very tentative, they made sure the night went smoothly, and made sure we always had a drink!
Now I have to give Olivia a special shout out because I dont know how our wedding would have ever happened without her. She is literally an angel - a wedding angel! She has the most positive outlook on life but also runs a tight ship and makes sure that everything happens as it should! She keeps everyone moving and everyone together. She made our venue look absolutely stunning and so much more.

I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars, honestly.
This review is for both EFS catering and for Olivia Gonzalez as she was my day of coordinator.
Our wedding was on July 6th, 2019 at the Treasury on the Plaza. I found Olivia because EFS Catering was a preferred vendor by the venue. When I contacted Olivia about catering, her energy via e-mail was so WOW that she immediately had me. She responded to every single one of my e-mails very quickly and answered every one of my questions. Not knowing what the heck I was doing, she was an amazing guidance.
My (now) husband and I decided to also hire her as a our day of coordinator. Olivia was more than just a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the wedding. We planned our wedding during my last year of dental school, so it was a little difficult to juggle both, but Olivia was a blessing and made it so smooth! She would send me e-mails with checklists of things that I needed to get done. Honestly if it weren't for her, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was!
We met up with Olivia for our EFS Catering tastings and we immediately fell in love with every single item we tried. The food was absolutely delicious, which made it a little difficult to choose just one or two entrees! After our tasting, we headed to look at rentals such as linens, chargers, etc.. she is so knowledgable she will honestly tell you if she thinks something looks good or not (I'm sure she's seen it all!).
I absolutely loved Olivia's personality, and it made this whole process much more enjoyable!!
Her and her husband, William, both came to final walk thru as well as the wedding rehearsal. Everything ran so smoothly both days, they make a great team!
The day of the wedding, Olivia was AMAZING!!!! I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. I wanted to change a few things the day of, and she had no problem making that happen. She kept it so calm the entire time, I don't know how she does it. You can just tell she LOVES what she does, and she's passionate about it.
The day of, I realized I had dropped the ball on a minor (big!) detail, and Olivia and her husband came thru and still made this happen!!! I could not thank them enough!!
EFS catering team was professional and the food was great! Olivia and EFS made sure that my husband and I even had platters from cocktail hour for us to enjoy after we came back from pictures, the appetizers were there waiting for us.
The entire EFS team made sure that we were satisfied with our food. We had a few Gluten free guests as well as guests with Nut allergies and EFS accommodated to every one of them without a complaint. Such a professional company!!
Anyway, from beginning to end, having EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as part of our vendor team was the BEST decision we made. Our wedding would not have been possible without them!

Olivia was my coordinator, so the choice to me seemed obvious. I was SO happy that we made that choice. The food was delicious, they were able to accommodate various dietary restrictions, the kids meals were perfect, the portions were generous, and everyone agreed the food was outstanding. We had a plated dinner, and when my FH voiced concerns over food being cold, Olivia addressed all his concerns and ensured the meals were a success. -

You can't beat it!
People said it was the best Wedding Meal they had ever had. I am telling you, they are worth every penny. I am also a catering coordinator, and I had high expectations in presentation, and knew when I was getting ripped off on price. YES I WOULD 100% recommend them!
We used EFS as my caterer and Olivia Gonzalez as our wedding planner for our wedding on February 17, 2019 which was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! EFS's food was delicious and they gave us incredible service! I truly appreciate the horderves saved for my husband and I and the wedding party too in the bridal suite! They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy, since having celiac disease it was one of my main things to focus on when searching for a cater. But they made designing the menu so painless and exciting every step of the way. Everything was amazing and we were able to add a philly flare for my husband with the Philly wontons :)
All my guest said the food was amazing and continue to compliment us on our amazing choices for our wedding .
As for Olivia being our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to start. I'm one of the first of my close friends to get married so I had no real guide but having Olivia around made it so much better. She help me with all the little questions from what size linens or what height for vases to buy weddings. She was so positive and uplifting always whenever we chatted. And when it came to the day of she made sure the whole day went off as flawlessly as possibly :) . Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e.my hair and makeup messing up the whole pre timeline) but olivia was courteous and helped us continue on the rest of the night without stressing about the timeline timing. She set all my decor out in an amazing way and really made my dream come true. We did our wedding at the treasury on the plaza and after the ceremony she made the flip into the reception go off so seemless to me:)
Olivia and her husband were so astonishing from begining to end and beyond. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the wedding, food and flow went! Please Book them, Olivia and Executive catering too because they will for sure help make your big day your dream come true and so much more then you could have ever hoped for !! -

Olivia and her team were amazing for our wedding 11/10/18. From the tasting, to even winning free cookies and milk for the reception, we couldn't have been happier with their service! They we very accommodating to food and dietary restrictions as well with their wide variety of tasty meals :) And they offered a Veterans discount for my dad who served (double bonus!!)

Emily Sent on 08/22/2018Used EFS as my caterer and Olivia Gonzalez as my wedding planner for my wedding in April 2018, and couldn't have been more pleased.
EFS's service, food quality and value for what you get was the perfect mix of "not your average wedding food" without completely busting our budget. They were flexible with our customization to the menu and their staff was AMAZING. For example, we loved the Peruvian chicken during our tasting, but chicken is traditionally a horrible buffet option as it always dries out (it's inevitable) so when we asked that they make it 70% dark meat and 30% breast, they accommodated no problem. Yes, this is OCD, but we got so many compliments on the food so worth it.
As for Olivia as our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to begin. I've been in 9 weddings and saw the good bad and ugly of how the day unfolds for a bride and had very particular requests to ensure myself, my family (parents mostly) and bridal party's stress levels were kept to a minimum, something I explained to Liv on our first call before signing on. She definitely delivered, and did so with STYLE. Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e. the band forgetting we'd already paid them in full for their services at the reception), but Liv was courteous and "solution driven" to everything. She strikes the perfect balance of getting it done, without making it a living hell for those involved. She was completely open to my very specific requests of placement of tables, moving of elements throughout the night and more, all with a sense of humor. Additionally, she was very pragmatic about her approach to last minute questions, and gave solid advice without making it stressful. Additionally her husband and son who pitched in to help were just as amazing. Guests were even commenting on how amazing the wedding flow was all thanks to Liv. Book her, unless you're one of those brides that can't be pleased no matter what, she will help make your big day better than you imagined. -

Kara Sent on 03/29/2018Finally, after 4 months of wedded bliss, I have to accept that my picture-perfect day has come to the end! Where to even begin? When I first met Olivia at our tasting, she was great at offering a HUGE variety of tasting options to accommodate my mom and I's tastes. With a mom who works in the food industry, not everything was hitting the spot just right. Olivia scratched every pre-set menu option and gave us full creative rights and made some MIRACLES happen! I told her some of our favorite foods, and let me tell you, Olivia is a QUEEN! Our cocktail hour was a huge hit, with a raised Mediterranean tower with a cheese and olive stand (Olives are our favorite), followed by passed h'or doeurves. We had the greatest bacon on a stick, which was another must have and a HUGE hit. I am also a shrimp and grits connoisseur, which she had served on the most gorgeous single serve spoon bowls. We had our wedding party photos arranged so that we could attend cocktail hour and have the food!
For dinner, Olivia and her team continued to serve up perfection. Customized salads, bread, and drinks to start. Our guests had the option of Chicken or Beef, and both were incredible. We choose the Fire Roasted sun dried tomato and lemon basil sauce Chicken, which was like Chicken Bryan from Carrabbas, only a thousand times better. The beef option was a Carved King Round with au jus and horseradish aioli, and was heavenly. If you get a chance to taste with Olivia, and she tells you the mashed potatoes are to-die-for, you listen, get them, and eat ALL OF THEM. Our guests vegetables were cooked to perfection.
The EFS team was able to cater to guests with custom orders, such as vegans, gluten intolerance, PKU guests, and children. And as most are too busy to eat, they made sure we had boxed meals delivered to our rooms as well.
I would HIGHLY suggest Olivia and her entire time. The wait staff were attentive, polite, and in the right place at the right time! Thank you! -

We were planning our wedding from afar, without having ever visited the location. Olivia went in and planned it all, creating my vision and making it all perfect without ever meeting me in person! It was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful, as was the cake! I wouldn't have changed a thing! Thanks Olivia!
