Courtney provided hearty snacks for our wedding welcome party (charcuterie cups, which our guests adored). She even delivered to the boat for the intended sunset cruise! Beyond Horizons was responsive, creative, and of excellent value. I'd be thrilled to work with Courtney and her team again for any event.

Courtney and her team were absolutely phenomenal on our wedding day. She was amazing to work with leading up to our event, helping create our menu and doing a tasting beforehand as well as helping us secure rental linens/cutlery/plates. She made our wedding day a huge success and we are SO happy to have them as one of our vendors!! Cannot recommend them enough!!

We were aware of this caterer when we saw her profile on WW. Courtney has owned a restaurant in our town on and off for some years , and it was always a go - to favorite . I knew the restaurant was closed not too long ago , and when I saw “Beyond Horizons” from Fernandina Beach I knew who I hoped our choice would be. We met at the venue , which she knew well, and so the excellent advice and vision began . Every time I had a question ( mother of the bride / wedding planner novice !) , she was very quick to respond . We also accepted her quote for rental items ( basically every table / dining item ) , and her team assembled the tables for us day of which was super helpful. Received many compliments on the food ( sadly I was so busy / emotionally spent I only had a few bites personally ) as well. This was an all around great choice and experience and I would recommend you choose her for any catering needs. Thank you again , Courtney and team !
