Delicious!

1928 was the perfect choice for our wedding & they executed flawlessly. We are already a fan of the restaurant - they made our big day even more special. They were also very accommodating of changes & worked well with our bar service who incorporated the espresso into delicious cocktails. All of the food was so good - we had heavy apps & several of the platters. Highly recommend.

BEST Cuban food, appetizers, Cafecito cart and staff.

1928 Cuban Bistro recently provided the catering for my daughter and son in laws wedding. Being of Cuban decent means you are familiar with good Cuban food, and this food was exceptionally good. The ropa vieja was tasty and perfectly seasoned, as were the black beans. The appetizers were delicious and a real crowd pleaser. The Cafecito cart was the star of the show and an amazing asset to the vibe and aesthetics of the wedding. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better food or service for our daughter's wedding. Thank you 1928 Cuban Bistro! It was the BEST.

The Best Coffee Cart!

Top notch Cuban food

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant and just had to have them as a part of our day. It was easy to coordinate, amazing authentic food. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend them!

Cafecito Cart for reception

Our son and daughter-in-law love espresso and Cuban coffee. When planning a post destination wedding reception at the Garden Club of Jacksonville I contacted 1928 Cuban Bistro catering manager. I wanted a special addition to our reception and the Cafecito Cart delivered with excellent customer service, delicious coffee and a service our guests thoroughly enjoyed. I also ordered 100 mini guava pastries - which were devoured by our guests. I received so many compliments - the cafecitos were a huge hit with our guests. I highly recommend 1928 Cuban Bistro, their catering staff and the Cafecito Cart.

Cafecito Cart is a MUST!

We booked 1928's Cafecito Cart for our wedding and we are so glad we did!! All of our guests were loving the coffee and couldn't stop raving about how great it tasted! Having the coffee cart ensured the party lasted all night and it was a great ingredient for the best tasting espresso martinis!!
