Pretty much as soon as we were engaged I booked our photographer with Chattman photography. I loved their dreamy and moody style and the fact that every single photo is beautiful and effortless. It never felt rushed and they make everyone feel comfortable. They are experts in their craft and were extremely professional and personable. We are really happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants their wedding photos to be beautiful magic.

Pretty much as soon as we were engaged I booked our photographer with Chattman photography. I loved their dreamy and moody style and the fact that every single photo is beautiful and effortless. It never felt rushed and they make everyone feel comfortable. They are experts in their craft and were extremely professional and personable. We are really happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants their wedding photos to be beautiful magic.

I really can't say enough good things about Chattman Photography!! Joanna and Braden are incredibly friendly, relaxed and easy to work with, but still really professional. They know how to get the pictures you don't want to miss without making you feel rushed or overly managed. Their style was perfect for us. They really listened to our needs and the kind of vibe we were going for - I never felt forced into pictures or poses. I think that's why they all feel so natural and so…well…"us!"

Aside from their service and manner of working together, their photographs are AMAZING!!!! Out of the hundreds and hundreds of pictures from our wedding, I was blown away by how great everyone looked in (seriously) every picture. They captured the spirit of the day, the love, the beauty…I couldn't have been more pleased.

Plus, the online gallery they set up for viewing the pictures is really clean and easy to use, and the bound wedding album they have made with your 50 favorites is a super elegant, wonderful touch.

Simply the best!! They are experts that make you look and feel relaxed, engaged, and beautiful. I can't imagine using another service. They are not only sincere and passionate but true artists!!! We have the most magical and lovely images forever. Don't hesitate to book them!!!

We feel so lucky to have had our wedding photographed by Chattman photography this past October. They are a complete pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and both Joanna and Braden exceeded our expectations in their total commitment to the whole process of capturing our wedding. We could not be happier with our beautiful photographs. When you work so hard to put every little detail together to make the day just right it is SOOO amazing to have someone not only 'get' your vision but also have the talent to capture it in just the right way. We barely noticed them most of the time, yet they somehow managed to capture all the warmth, glowing light, love and beauty of the day- and who doesn't want to be able to relive that over and over?! We simply could not have asked for anything more.

Jo and Braden of She and Him Photography photographed our wedding this past May. They are an extremely personable and attentive duo. They listened to all of our ideas and incorporated those into our photo shoot. The photos are beautiful, and captured the creative, dreamy, and romantic look we wanted. My husband and I really wanted a lot of candid, laid-back shots, which Jo and Braden were experts at capturing. Jo and Braden even gave us a ride to our reception site when my husband and I realized that we neglected to organize a ride there! I highly recommend She and Him Photography!

The Chattmans take gorgeous photographs--I wish I could give five stars for artistry--but two years and many, many email exchanges later, I have yet to receive the wedding album that was supposed to have been included with the price of the photography package, as stipulated in our contract. Communication was never terrific (there were delays in receiving responses to questions, etc., prior to the marriage that should have been big red flags) but I chose the Chattmans partly on a friend's enthusiastic recommendation. In retrospect I should have followed my instincts and hired another photographer whose portfolio was also superb.

I had an excellent rapport with Jo (the female member of the husband-and-wife team) and the Chattmans did both arrive promptly for the wedding day, but the memory has been soured by the time I wasted selecting the photos for the album, planning for its arrival, and trying to get updates on its progress. I had intended to give a copy of it as a Mother's Day gift in 2013, yet the holiday came and went without it. I'm now in the process of producing my own, but something tells me that my polite request to compensate me for the cost of the album will go unanswered.

Update: Just hours after I posted the review above to weddingwire.com, I received the email message below. Needless to say, I never saw a penny or heard back again. Stay away.
