  Best Photographer

  The best wedding photographer you'll ever find. He's the nicest person and is so lovely to work with. He is a total pro, and his photos are amazing. he really captured the spirit of our event and has a very natural approach. Can't recommend him highly enough!

  Perfect experience!

  From the moment we met with Bruce, we felt so comfortable and we knew that we would be in the best hands. The entire team did such an incredible job capturing so many beautiful and special shots. Bruce is the best and he is amazing to work with! He helped make our wedding day so special and we loved our photos. Bruce puts so much thought, care and passion into the job. Would give 6 stars if possible!

  A wedding to remember thanks to Bruce!

  Our wedding took place in September and the most amazing way to remember it is by looking back on the photos Bruce captured. He was such a delight to work with, on time, professional, but also so fun! He has such a great presence, is energetic, and so kind. The photos that he took of our special day were beyond perfect and I'm so grateful that we have them to look back on. Thank you for everything, Bruce! If you're wondering if you should book him or not - do it! You won't regret it.

  Excellent Experience - Highly Recommended

  We hired Bruce as our photographer for our July 2019 wedding and couldn't be happier that we did.
  
  Needless to say, our pictures came out great - an awesome variety of shots (portraits, candids of us, candids of friends / family) that made us all look great even though I (the groom) am not particularly photogenic.
  
  More than that though, we greatly appreciated that Bruce was (1) basically invisible the day of the wedding - capturing every moment but remaining remarkably unobtrusive / not noticeable during the actual events, (2) highly communicative and collaborative without overdoing it - he listened closely to our wants / preferences and followed through, and (3) an all around warm, great guy to work with.
  
  Bruce was also a significantly better value than the other photographers we considered, especially those that are NYC based. Maybe that is a sign he should increase his rates, but in the meantime, he is very cost competitive with top notch NYC photographers. Probably the highest value per dollar of any of our wedding vendors.

  Bruce is absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a more talented photographer! Our wedding photos turned out beautifully - Bruce captured all the special moments, laughs, tears, kisses, hugs, dance moves, etc. perfectly - we can't wait to cherish those photos for decades to come. He also put us at ease and kept us laughing and smiling - which really came through in the photos. He even drove up a few weeks before the wedding to check out our two venues for the reception and ceremony to scope out the scene and lighting. We also worked with Bruce for our engagement photos and again he did an amazing job - and we had so much fun. Bruce was such a pleasure to work with throughout, and the photos he captured are truly spectacular. Wish we could give him 6 stars!

  We are so happy to have found Bruce in our photographer search. He had experience with our venue and as soon as I spoke to him, I knew he was the right person to capture our special moments.   Bruce is hands down the absolute best photographer. The proof is in the quality of his work. The photos he captures are timeless and stunning. He is such a pleasure to work with and spent time at our venue finding the best spots for our photos. He was completely flexible as well when we had a sudden change at the venue and we had to change our photo location. He found us another perfect spot! He also was sure to capture every shot we wanted and some amazing shots of our families. We will be enjoying his photos for the rest of our lives.

  Choosing Bruce Plotkin as our wedding day photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our day! Bruce was an amazing person to work with from the beginning, he understood what I needed from him as a full time graduate student planning a wedding and he could have not been more professional, patient and all around present throughout my time planning. Once the wedding day came, he and his second shooter worked like a well-oiled machine alongside my other vendors. He was where he said he would be, he was on time and he knew everything we wanted captured for our day and then-some! Having Bruce as our photographer was so much fun, and we absolutely love the candid moments of our day that he and his partner captured! Before we had taken off for our honeymoon he had a preview of the photos and they were stunning! Later we received all of our photos and they blew us away. A year after our wedding Bruce still keeps in touch, with kind sentiments and other thoughtful touches, the only thing that matches the quality of his work would be the great quality of his personality!

  Bruce was a pleasure the entire day. He is creative,pleasant,funny and very considerate. He organized all the family members for group pictures without ever loosing his cool even though so many people weren't listening. The most important issue is his first concern for the whole day was the bride and groom and their happiness for wonderful memories. He remained professional right to the end never watched the clock,remained well after the scheduled time to make sure he caught it all!!!!!

  Could not have asked for a more amazing Photographer on my wedding day. Bruce was incredible! He was great to have around on my wedding day and captured the most amazing moments. I received my pictures 2 weeks after my event and all my friends told me I wouldn't see anything for months, he also created a great slideshow that I could share with my friends and family a few days after my wedding. From the moment I met him I knew he would be the perfect photographer for my wedding day, he brought an amazing calmness to me and helped me to relax and not worry about anything. His assistant Leslie was also great, I couldn't have ask for a better team. I have not one complaint, I hope to work with him more in the future. I would recommend Bruce for everything and anything - he was perfect.

  It is such a pleasure to work with a photographer the day of your wedding who is charming, considerate, and just lovely to be around. He was so completely respectful of the ceremony and reception- yet managed to capture every single moment! When I look through the pictures, I literally feel like I am back at my wedding, absolutely amazing! I have showed a number of friends and families and keep hearing, "These are the best wedding photos I have ever seen...and I am not just saying that!" We even have a friend of the family that asked for his number, simply so she could call him and tell him what a genius he is. If you are looking to truly capture the moment, work with a great person, and especially have a love for candids- I would highly encourage you to reach out to Bruce!

  You can not find a photographer better than Bruce! Not only does he keep your photos original he is understanding, professional, and a lot of fun. I couldn't be happier the way our wedding and engagement photos came out. Bruce truly was able to capture the story and the day!

  You can not find a photographer better than Bruce! Not only does he keep your photos original he is understanding, professional, and a lot of fun. I couldn't be happier the way our wedding and engagement photos came out. Bruce truly was able to capture the story and the day!

  When we told a recently married friend we were engaged, the first thing she said was, "You have to get my photographer, Bruce Plotkin, he is amazing!" Well, if you're getting married in the Northeast, you have to get our photography, Bruce Plotkin, because he is amazing! Bruce is an excellent photographer, but beyond that he's very professional and was a joy to work with on our wedding day. He (and his assistant, he brought a second photographer) was somehow always there to capture a moment but never in the way or obtrusive. He has an easygoing manner that made the portraits a pleasure and made it easy to have him around for so much of our day. He was very responsive to our calls and questions leading up to the event. And the photographs are spectacular! Before we had even left for our honeymoon, he had sent us a "sneak peak" slideshow of pictures set to our first dance song, and during out honeymoon we received a link to all our pictures as well as a very well-done draft album. We're working with him now to set up our album, and we expect it to be a breeze based on our experience so far. Highly recommended!

  Amazing photographer!!!!! Was always quick to respond to my emails and had the pictures to me before I was back from my honeymoon!!!!!! Very friendly!!!! I have nothing negative to say!! He did my engagement photos and wedding photos and I cant wait to use him in the future!!

We opted to have photography only, so we wanted to ensure the day was well documented.   Bruce is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He is very accomodating ( i got married during a hurricane!) and knows how to deal with uncooperative relatives in a nice way. I would reccomend Bruce to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
