We had our wedding at Beltane Ranch in early July and we could not have been happier! The property is absolutely beautiful; with big oak trees, a variety of animals, a beautiful garden in front of the inn, vineyards, and rolling hills in the distance. Our families stayed on the property with us the night before and night of the wedding. The inn is so quaint, with newly renovated rooms, a delicious farm to table breakfast each morning, and many fun activities is you choose (wine tastings, picnic lunch, ATV tour around the property).
For the wedding: Paula was so helpful from the time we booked our wedding date, through the day of the wedding. Any questions I had she was quick to respond via email, and provided specific details which made our planning process that much easier. The entire staff at Beltane made our wedding day perfect. Everyone is so friendly, the dinner was delicious, ambiance is amazing, and our guests could not stop talking about how perfect the day was. We are so grateful to Paula and everyone at Beltane for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! -

Beltane Ranch and their owner, Lauren, were absolutely incredible! They helped execute the wedding of our dreams. They were incredibly flexible and detail-oriented. They also saved me a ton of money by letting me borrow their own items (heating lamps, flatware, wine barrels). The property and inn were breathtaking and the food was phenomenal!! I cannot say enough good things about the Beltane crew. We will definitely make it a point to visit a few times a year. -

It goes without saying that this place is one of the most stunning venues in Wine Country (and maybe anywhere!), and it just oozes charm. We actually booked it site unseen a year in advance, and we were not disappointed in the slightest when we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and vintage, the gardens are amazing and the areas where you get married and have your dinner are not only beautiful in themselves, but have vineyard and sunset views that cannot be replicated. The best part is that while it is beautiful and well kept, it is not in the least bit pretentious. My husband and I agree that Beltane could not be more perfect for a relaxed, yet beautiful and refined Wine Country wedding with so many great places for pictures. Our guests also got a kick out of the horses and chickens on the grounds!
Further, Anne at Beltane was a pleasure to work with from the beginning, and was extremely helpful to both us and our coordinator along the way. She was accommodating with requests and made the whole process much easier. Anne really knows what she is doing, and works with you/your coordinator to make the wedding run like clockwork. The same can be said for the rest of the people at Beltane. They are also the BEST cooks! I still miss those breakfasts.
Overall, the venue is definitely on the expensive side, but it is absolutely worth it. It was wonderful to have our immediately family staying on site with us for the weekend in such a lovely setting, and the people at Beltane are some of the friendliest you could ever hope to meet.
