Facilities and Capacity

Yokayo Ranch has sleeping accommodations for 29 guests between the Main House, the Bunk House, and two Pool Cabins, while other local accommodations are available nearby for any extra guests. With eight bedrooms, two full kitchens, a large dining room, and a gathering room for up to 50 people, it is the perfect place for couples, their wedding parties, and close family and friends to stay. The spaces are interconnected by the beautiful pool, ceremony, and lawn areas. Other amenities include covered porches, a swimming pool and spa, an outdoor bar, campsites, wood stoves, and more. For the more adventurous spirits, they have a campsite tucked away under the trees with ample shade for the summer months. Luxury bedding, bedside tables, lights, coffee kits, and a bathroom kit, including towels, are provided so guests can connect with nature while still having modern comforts.

The wedding package includes an experienced day-of coordinator and an assistant, six pre-planning hours, and a site visit to ensure a seamless celebration. In addition to having a curated list of trusted vendors, they will also help coordinate all of them and review contracts. Their one-time setup and breakdown team will handle all the logistics.
