Overall Good Experience
Fletcher was great. He was very kind and accommodating. There were a couple of hiccups on the wedding day but overall everything worked out just fine. The pictures came out beautifully. I would recommend Fletcher for sure! -

Absolutely AMAZING!!
Where do I start? First off, I HATE pictures of myself. So much so that I was ok with not even hiring a photographer. We just looked through our pictures last night and I literally cried. I have never felt so beautiful. Fletcher is incredibly kind, warm, and laid back; by the end of our sessions he literally felt like family. He makes you feel comfortable, kept us laughing, and was GREAT with kids. He is very flexible and accommodated all of our requests. All of our guests had something nice to say about him too! I didn't want to spend hours taking pictures because I wanted to spend time with our guests. Fletcher understood the assignment, had everything running smoothly, wrangled all the family members for posed shots quickly, and managed to capture incredible shots in multiple different backgrounds. His attention to detail and ability to capture movement and all the emotions of such a special day are phenomenal. He has a great eye and an even greater personality. Do yourself a favor and BOOK HIM! You will not be disappointed.Aperture Vision Photography's reply:

Photographer who felt like a friend!
We hired Fletcher in 2019 for our 2020 wedding which ended up actually happening in 2022 (Thanks, Covid). He stuck with us and was extremely flexible, understanding, and communicative throughout the three years it took to finally make our wedding happen! From our first Zoom call with Fletcher, he felt like an old friend. He's extremely chill, organized, and gives off really calming energy which we appreciated on our big day. Not only could Fletcher single-handedly managed to organize our 18 person bridal parties to capture group shots, he also knew how to make my fiance and I feel comfortable in front of the camera during our couple's shots. He even was willing to drive us in his car to our hotel room so we could get a picture with our dog during our big day! Fletcher has an eye for lighting and is genuinely passionate about the art of photography. I am so thankful we hired Fletcher for our big day, and I absolutely recommend Aperture Vision Photography for any and all events.Aperture Vision Photography's reply:

We called Fletcher at Aperture Vision only a few months before our wedding and let him know we needed a photographer on short notice for a small wedding at Cannon Beach. Right away he was obliged and excited to work with us even though this was our first time connecting. He kept in contact with us right up to the wedding and showed up exactly on time at the location of our wedding. He was immensely helpful in guiding us and helping us understand the right angles and lighting to make the best pictures. Had a lot of creative fun ideas and was flexible in going to multiple locations with our family. We were blown away by the level of expertise and professionalism for a photographer we found on such short notice.
I could not recommend Aperture Vision enough to anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion. These pictures speak for themselves!Aperture Vision Photography's reply:

Fletcher is an amazing photographer! When I saw his wedding portfolio, I knew I had to have him as my wedding photographer.
He was so personable and friendly throughout the entire process that he was my favorite vendor to work with. His ability to put an entire group of people at ease while being photographed is truly a gift you won't find anywhere else. I had several guests tell me how wonderful it was that he could call people by name when doing group shots. It really spoke to his professionalism.
My wedding photos were given to me much faster than I anticipated, and I loved all of them. He can tell you how to pose, work with the changing light, and make you feel so relaxed that you can just enjoy your wedding day and know that you will get amazing photos.

Fletcher was absolutely wonderful! He was very responsive and always made us feel comfortable. We were very pleased with his work and he spent longer than expected to help us create a timeline and capture our engagement photos. The wedding pictures we received were just what we hoped for. He was very professional, but yet personable through out the entire experience. We never had to be concerned while working with him! Mikaela Sent on 01/02/2018Fletcher was incredible. He and his assistant were such a joy to work with and fun to be around. We received our photos within 4-6 weeks from the wedding and they look beautiful!! We had an overcast/gloomy day and they really made the most of it. They were incredibly flexible in taking images that we wanted as well as recommending things they knew might look good. Our wedding was in Landrum, SC where he used to live. He flew down from Oregon the day before to make sure he was there to spend the day with us. He was with us from 10a - 10pm. Just phenomenal.

User2381922 Sent on 10/21/2015Fletcher is an incredible photographer with a friendly personality. My favorite part about him is that he takes excellent pictures without making you feel uncomfortable. It is all very natural. Also, he was extremely professional and punctual. He arrived to my wedding almost an hour early to make sure he was familiar with the venue, set up his equipment, and talk with me. I appreciated that SO much. He is hilarious and makes the experience fun! I felt like we were friends by the time he left my wedding! I would highly recommend him to absolutely ANYONE. Sincerely, you will not be disappointed. -
User2390007 Sent on 10/26/2015Fletcher and his team were very professional and made us feel very relaxed on our wedding day, which is something that every bride should feel being caught up in the stress of the day. He provided us with a timeline that we were able to adjust to what worked best for our wedding day, which was very helpful to plan the events of the evening. He photographed all the moments that we asked for, and was able to capture other amazing shots that were absolutely incredible. We also had to reschedule our engagement session to take place after our wedding due to some unexpected health problems with our dog. He was very understanding, and he made it very easy to reschedule our session with him, which isn't easy since my husband and I have very different work schedules that are difficult to work around. We absolutely love all of our photos that Fletcher and his team captured on our wedding day and during our engagement session, and I don't think that we could have chosen anyone better to capture our special day.
