Hello! I’m Stephen, a photojournalist wedding photographer with a thousand weddings under my belt. Sometimes I feel as much a sociologist as a photographer, because I’ve seen just about every style and culture of wedding you can imagine.
I pride myself on being a keen observer of people and weddings, and knowing when an emotional, funny, or memorable moment might be coming, so we can have the camera to our eye when the moment happens, and then is gone in a blink of an eye. Photojournalistic wedding photography is all about the ability to anticipate moments before they happen…. often the best memories and moments at a wedding are unplanned, and only happen for a split second and then they are gone. In wedding photography, timing is everything!
Located in inner SE Portland, I travel all over Oregon, Washington, and offer Destination Weddings.
