Silver Spy Pictures is an Oregon wedding photography and cinematography studio specializing in timeless, cinematic storytelling for couples throughout Oregon, Japan, and destinations worldwide. Founded in 2006 by photographer, cinematographer, and producer Frances Human Noland, Silver Spy Pictures brings more than two decades of experience creating compelling visual stories across both the wedding and entertainment industries.

Before focusing on weddings, Frances built a career producing photography, cinematography, and producing for film, theater, and music videos, including serving as a Post-Production and VFX Producer on music videos for the legendary band Duran Duran. That experience continues to shape every wedding she photographs, combining cinematic storytelling with an eye for authentic emotion, beautiful light, and meaningful moments.

Based in Oregon, Silver Spy Pictures photographs weddings throughout Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Corvallis, Albany, the Oregon Coast, the Columbia River Gorge, and the Willamette Valley, while also traveling throughout the United States, Japan, and internationally for destination weddings. Whether you're planning a luxury wedding, intimate elopement, multicultural celebration, interfaith ceremony, or destination wedding, every love story is documented with artistry, intention, and care.

Known for blending modern digital photography with nostalgic analog film, Frances offers digital photography, 35mm film photography, and heirloom Polaroid photography to create timeless images with both contemporary and vintage character. Her background as a photographer, cinematographer, and producer allows her to anticipate meaningful moments naturally while creating elegant portraits and documentary-style imagery that feels genuine and cinematic.
