About this vendor
Timeless wedding photography throughout the Pacific Northwest in locations around Portland, the Oregon Coast, Cannon Beach and more. My goal is to preserve memories of joy and emotion in all of my photographs. An abundant variety of pictures that preserve each important moment that captures the story of your wedding day. From stunning creative photos of affection and joy to natural and fun photos, to those in between moments.

I offer wedding and engagement photography that perfectly documents your wedding day and love story. With an amazing editor and a team of incredible photographers we work as a professional studio. Photographing with clients is such a treasured process. My biggest compliments from clients is how easy, professional and fun it is to work together. I love amazing lighting! I constantly seek perfect lighting combined with natural, story telling expression in all of my photographs. I make it my goal to capture real emotion, love & joy in all of my photographs. Memories to be cherished for generations.

A genuinely great person who does genuinely great work!
My husband and I are so glad that we stumbled across Dan Rice Photography. I can’t say enough about how professional Dan is and the quality of work that he provides. He has such a creative eye and was able to direct us perfectly for both our pre- and day-of wedding photos, capturing the perfect blend of candid and posed shots. Plus, Dan is genuinely a kind and good person. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and provided us with tons of great recommendations on locations, etc. We are over the moon happy with our final photographs and look forward to requesting his services in the future.

Outstanding!
Dan was so great to work with! He worked hard to make sure we got the images we wanted. He was able to pivot very easily when a big storm came in on the day of our wedding and was still able to get great pictures of us in the spots we wanted.
Dan has a great personality and was able to get us to feel comfortable during shoots and by the end of our wedding night it felt like he had been celebrating alongside us and the other guests!

Amazing Photographer!
Dan Rice Photography is a wonderful photographer and a joy to collaborate with as a person. We have had the pleasure of Dan shooting weddings at our Pacific City and Siletz Bay location for Pelican Brewing He's talented, patient, professional, and delivers beautiful images. I'd recommend booking Dan without hesitation.

Dan Delivered
Dan was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He was very responsive, attentive and easy to work with in the planning stages. We did a small family wedding in Portland and he delivered on so many wonderful shots of us and our families. All his years of experience really showed and he did a superb job working with the little kids as well. Our guests raved about him!

The Best Wedding Photographer for your beach wedding
The first vendor I booked was Dan Rice as my Photographer for our wedding day on Rockaway Beach! I knew he was the photographer I wanted for our special day and I'm so happy I booked him. He had great communication, a positive attitude (even with all the craziness), captured everyone's personality, and I got so many photos that it was difficult to choose a favorite. I would highly recommend Dan Rice. Thank you so much!

Amazing photographer!
We worked with Dan for our recent elopement in Neskowin. We had a vision of an early morning hike followed by the wedding and dinner, and he was super flexible about accommodating our requests. The photos I've seen so far are beautiful and I can't wait to see the rest! Dan is an excellent photographer and a lovely person.
