  Nidhi is an exceptional wedding planner. Her and the team were so great to work with for our recent wedding. She is professional, timely, organized and is a boss! She introduced us to all our vendors who also were amazing and i loved that we had worked with them many times before and had a good relationship with them. We thank her so much for everything her and her team did to make our wedding perfect. We would work with her again and again.

  Nidhi and the team from A Bride's Mafia is THE BEST! We had a two day Indian-Catholic wedding in Cincinnati and she provided full service wedding planning services during the year leading up to the event (with many phone calls and meetings) and, of course, day(s)-of planning and coordination. She practically became another member of our family during that year. She was incredibly responsive and totally on top of everything! She recommended and coordinated with vendors, created a detailed timeline of events, and did several walk thru's of each venue prior to the wedding. She helps with every detail - from negotiating prices with vendors to giving advice on glassware. When you have a large wedding with >400 guests and multiple venues, issues can always arise - however, the whole weekend totally felt like it went off without a hitch because Nidhi took care of every challenge that came her way! She manages to be professional, skilled, organized, friendly, and creative, all with a huge smile on her face! She understands all the ins-and-outs of wedding planning (particularly Indian weddings) and is a MUST HAVE for anyone who their event to go seamlessly. THANK YOU Nidhi for everything!!!

  Nidhi and her team did an excellent job making our day special and memorable. They were professional, honest, thoughtful, and EXTREMELY attentive to detail. Most importantly, they kept us (the couple) at the center of their priorities, which can sometimes be easy to overlook - even making sure we were well feed throughout the day! I cannot give A Bride's Mafia higher praise for the event they put on.

I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else, and our wedding was so memorable because of how well this team works. We received so many compliments from the guests on how timely, smoothly, and well done our wedding was, all thanks to Bride's Mafia! Thank you so much for all your hard work, all the preparations, working so well with our other vendors, and making our special day come to life. From responding to emails within minutes, to becoming a bar tender at the last minute, Nidhi truly treats you like family and that was the best feeling. Highly recommend!!

  What do you look for in a planner? You probably want them to be responsible, trustworthy, a professional negotiator, a planner (of course!), detail-oriented, responsive, and a therapist. You’ll get all of this plus more with Nidhi and her team. We knew we wanted to work with Nidhi right after the very first conversation even though we were planning our wedding in Boston. She helped us find vendors and even more when we weren’t impressed with the ones that were local to the venue. And most importantly for my fellow Gujaratis, she helped negotiate the prices further than we could have imagined. She was always available via phone, email, and text and as we ended up having multiple calls a week as we approached the wedding weekend to ensure that every detail was taken care of. (And some therapy sessions since wedding planning isn’t complete without some family drama) Given this was a destination wedding for her, Nidhi even came out a month in advance to do a walk through and finalize details with the venue. Super helpful. Come the weekend, everything went smoothly, or at least her and her team made it appear so to us and our guests. She was like Olivia on Scandal, “it was handled.” She even took care of the hiccups we had post wedding and made sure that we didn’t need to do anything. Overall, her and her team (Nevi & Abby) were wonderful and a blast to work with. If you’re thinking about getting a planner for your wedding, 1. Definitely get one and 2. Choose A Bride’s Mafia!

  I worked closely with Nidhi from A Bride's Mafia and was absolutely amazed at how easy she made the wedding planning process. She was very helpful and supportive in the months leading up to the wedding. Her recommended vendors did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced. Nidhi and her team did a great job keeping my wedding events running on time!! Multiple guests told me that Nidhi was absolutely amazing and I couldn't agree more. I'd highly recommend A Bride's Mafia. They know what they're doing and are really good at it.

  Abby Lauter from A Bride's Mafia was incredible to work with. We had an Indian fusion wedding in Cincinnati that we were planning from Boston, and we quickly realized that planning was going to be extremely difficult, which is how we reached out to A Bride's Mafia and were put in touch with Abby. She was obviously helpful with suggesting vendors, but what was really so helpful was that while my husband and I had a several ideas of what we were looking for, Abby was able to see the bigger picture and help guide us with various decisions. We also went with several vendors whom she didn't suggest and found on our own, and there were no issues. She was extremely skilled at giving her opinion when we were floundering and stepping back when necessary. She also knows more about Indian weddings than even my parents do (I'm Indian, my husband is not), which was SO helpful! We had her services primarily for the month of our wedding and the wedding day, although she also had several meetings with us in the year leading up to our wedding to help with detail planning. During the month of, she refined the timeline for our wedding day, contacted all our vendors to run through the timeline, and she took over all the coordination of the wedding day. Her organization and communication were spot on, and on the day of the wedding, I, my husband, and our families, were all so grateful to be able to just enjoy the day and not be concerned about any logistics at all. At the start of wedding planning, both my husband and I weren't sure if we should get a wedding planner or if it was a good investment, but after the entire wedding process and working with Abby, if I had to do it again, she would be the first person I would re-hire.

  From the beginning, Nidhi was comprehensive, organized and professional. She deftly walked a balance between getting us what we wanted and being up front with us when stuff was unfeasible or prohibitively expensive. She has a deep knowledge and network in the Cincinnati wedding market, and was able to really improve our negotiating with vendors, making her skills ultimately a cost reducer.
  We cannot overstate how on the ball Nidhi was both before and during the event. Her planning skills were evident in how she helped us plan for contingencies before the event, then was running around making sure stuff happened on time and correctly.
  This allowed our family and us to enjoy spending time together and live our wedding in the now as opposed to worrying.

  Absolutely, without a doubt, BOOK A Bride's Mafia. I was on the fence about having a wedding planner, but this ended up being my favorite and most important vendor. Nidhi and Abby are AMAZING. Worth every single penny.

  Nidhi was and is the absolutely perfect person for my daughter Anisha and Sahil's wedding. From the first day I met her over a year ago to the wedding date she always made sure her wedding will be nothing but the best and in my opinion Nidhi excelled even the excellent standards we had established for Anisha's wedding. Nidhi makes your ideas come to life, and is a wonderful listener. She also gives you advice on things that may or may not work well (but is happy to go along with whatever you end up wanting to do).
  
  Issues or unforeseen things DO happen at your wedding, it's just the nature of large events. That being said, I have no idea what the issues were at our wedding because NIdhi simply took care of it. My entire family ad bridal party was at ease throughout the whole rehearsal and wedding day. Many of our guests said it was the most well run and enjoyable wedding they have been too, and we owe it all to Nidhi!

  Nidhi was great! Ours was an Indian wedding, and she took a lot of the stress out of the equation. I live out of town, so she worked wonderfully with my parents in person, and me by email/text/phone to make the day as smooth as can be expected.

  With the million decisions you are faced to make as a bride, having Nidhi as my wedding planner was the best decision out of all. I actually started out first with another wedding planner in Columbus. I had heard of Nidhi, but I thought since she is in Cincinnati, let's try to stick local. That was a big mistake. My first wedding planner was very difficult to work with and had too many restrictions. After going back and forth, I decided to contact Nidhi and see if she would be willing to do a wedding in Columbus. From the first time I talked to her, her positive attitude is contagious. She is a wealth of information in the industry and was so easy to get a long with. I knew I had to have her. From that day forward, my wedding could not have happened without her. She thought of every detail and was so organized. The wedding had many moving parts and she handled all of them and made it look easy. It was the most timely wedding and I got many compliments on the day. She also handled everyones different emotions and stresses and kept everyone calm. She was also so wonderful to all my family and guests. I could go on and on about Nidhi as she is stellar. I would tell any of my friends to hire her in a heart beat.

It was the most timely wedding and I got many compliments on the day. She also handled everyones different emotions and stresses and kept everyone calm. She was also so wonderful to all my family and guests. I could go on and on about Nidhi as she is stellar. I would tell any of my friends to hire her in a heart beat.

  My now wife and I were both new to the Columbus area, and found ourselves trying to plan a wedding in a city that we didn’t know, had never called home, and without a local support network. After using a local wedding planner, and being unsatisfied with her results we reluctantly contacted Nidhi after some friends had recommended we do so. I use the word “reluctantly” because we were already discouraged with the idea of using a wedding planner at all. That’s when I found out whom we should have called first.
  
  As a small business owner I evaluate multiple vendors on a regular basis, and rarely feel comfortable recommending companies. Nidhi is by far one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. Her organization, communication skills, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and overall professionalism was stellar.
  
  Her and her team of vendors that she helped us carefully select gave us a high level of comfort and confidence going into our wedding day, and her results were beyond our expectations. Additionally, the intangible quality she possesses is her ability to manage complex situations, environments, personalities, and emotions. After our wedding we received so much positive feedback about the overall experience from our guests as well as the TIMELINESS OF EVERYTHING! This aspect often time lacks with our culture, but was very important to my wife and I. Thanks again for a marvelous job!

Ceremony in the world's largest indoor gazebo, decorations, dhol player for the baraat,heart shaped sparkle, Antakshari, Hot Jalebi, sweet pan, yummy dosas...can't believe it all happened. I would highly recommend Nidhi to all the nervous brides coz you always need that special friend to take care of everything and just want it perfect.

  Excellent coordination of all aspects of the wedding -- with their help the day went off without a hitch! Most impressive was their ability to predict what we would need and help anticipate aspects of the wedding day we didn't realize we were overlooking. Very friendly, very flexible, and worked with us and out other vendors smoothly. Nidhi and Abby were great!

  Nidhi ... Amazing lady!! She is so focused and has a sparkling personality. Very very easy to work with. From the first moment we met, I knew hiring her was the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. We were amazed by the stress free, seamless Wedding Weekend we had. Indian weddings always run late but she made sure we were on time for everything. She has an amazing team of vendors who all work tirelessly to get the job done to perfection. Hats off to her!!
