We had an incredible experience at George Washington Hotel for our wedding! The staff was incredibly easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We decided not to hire a third-party coordinator, and we absolutely don’t regret it—Hayley, the venue’s coordinator, made everything flow smoothly and was a huge support from the very beginning of our planning process. Hayley, Robert, and the entire team were fantastic—always timely and clear with their communication, answering all our questions, and providing helpful planning tools. They were very transparent about any potential issues or additional costs and worked hard to accommodate all our requests and guest needs throughout the weekend. The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments from guests who said it was some of the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Having everything in one location was so convenient and made for a wonderful experience for our guests. Setup and take down were easy, with plenty of time allowed—and they even provided last-minute essentials like carts for larger items and a bowl for the florist. We highly recommend booking your rehearsal dinner and after party at George Washington Hotel as well. It made the entire weekend so much easier for our guests, and the food and service at those events were just as excellent. Thank you to everyone at George Washington Hotel for making our wedding unforgettable!

If you are looking for an 'all-inclusive' feel to your wedding day ceremony and reception, I would totally recommend DoubleTree Meadow Lands! The entire staff was so attentive and worked with us in making our day the way we wanted with special details and different options. Special shout out to Lia - Wedding and Catering Sales Manager - she was so on top of everything, very well organized, answered my every email/call promptly and professionally, even carried one of my flower girls down the aisle when they got shy. I will treasure that memory for sure! The guys at the front desk were amazing as well, we worked with Tim a good bit, everyone was so personable, genuine, and made sure our day and our stay was up to our expectations. We had quite a few people from out of town stay at the hotel for a night, if not more, and the staff was so helpful in getting everyone settled in and taken care of throughout their stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work!

The Meadows was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them. Throughout out our whole wedding planning process, Angela, the wedding coordinator, was unbelievably helpful. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process as painless and stress-free as possible. They setup and tore down the entire room and made it look gorgeous. Our guests raved about how amazing the food was and the wide variety of beer and wine offered. I would highly recommend Angela and the rest of her team at the Meadows to any couple!!
