Mar 3, 2026 Kaleb Smith was a pleasure to work with! He was prompt with his replies and very professional. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a very small wedding dinner in a room overlooking the pool area. It was lovely. The food had excellent presentation and was very good. The set-up team met all of our expectations regarding color scheme, cake table, seating chart and centerpiece placement. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Jason was very helpful and responsive during the planning process for my recent wedding. Yankee Trace was very accommodating and flexible with our requests. We were receiving our cupcakes from an out of town vendor a few days before our wedding and they allowed us to store them at the venue until the big day. They were also great with the room flip. I had never been to a wedding at YT, and at first I was hesitant to want to do a room flip, but the seamlessness of their set up was perfect. Our guests were able to enjoy a cocktail and the room was set up within 15 minutes of the ceremony ending. The fact they also have a room to use for the girls to get ready, that can then be used during the reception as a "babysitting room" was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about this place made it the perfect venue.

I'm a wedding planner & stylist & had the pleasure of working at Benham's Grove with one of my couples this past September. The landscaping at Benham's Grove is one of the best in the area! The staff does an impeccable job maintaining it's beauty year round. If you're looking to have a garden themed wedding/event or event so bold as to have a whimsical aesthetic, Benham's is the place for you!

The museum is beautiful and so unique. My fiance and I fell in love with it (especially because of his love for old cars). It is something that is going to make our guests very entertained!

We have booked Aullwood Farm for our upcoming October Wedding. So far, they have been great to work with. The venue has a full kitchen, the ceremony can be outdoors, and best of all our guests can visit the animals during our event! The only downfall is you have to be cleaned up and out by 11pm, so I don't get to have as long of a reception as I would like and they are very strict on decorating since it is a working farm & Audubon center (which is understandable)

Our first venue canceled on us 2 weeks before our wedding and the Hilton Garden Inn worked with us very well to make sure our day went perfect! Ashley was great with helping us plan everything. The ballroom was beautiful. I would 100% recommended hosting your event here!

Living in the area all my life, I had always wanted to get married at Polen Farm simply because it is soo beautiful. With the wonderful experience we received from the staff I was definitely not disappointed! They were kind, professional, and very helpful with things. Even when we accidentally overlooked one of the regulations, they were very understanding and kind in dealing with us. I want to apologize again for not seeing that statement regarding the patio, and thank you for understanding. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!

Walnut Grove was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. Sarah, the event coordinator, helped us tremendously with all the planning and little details to go into the reception. The staff was amazing and catered to everyone, the food was great, and everyone was so nice. Walnut Grove exceeded my expectations for our wedding and I couldn't thank them enough. The service were outstanding throughout the whole wedding process and definitely made it a day/night to remember! Thank you all! :)

We loved working with everyone at the Top of the Market! Emily is excellent at her job! She was quick to address all our questions & concerns over our 11 month planning period. No question was too silly or ridiculous...at least she never let us to believe they were-and that’s just good customer service:) That was most evident when the Memorial Day tornadoes hit 5 days before our wedding was to take place and knocked out the water & power at the Market! Emily and the staff did everything they could to prepare for our day with what they had - - in the dark, and appeared to be calm and she assured me everything would work out or they would MAKE it work. I’m sure she was freaking out a little but she never let me see it! Again-great customer service! Thankfully, power & water was restored 2 1/2 days before! 🙏 We had our wedding ceremony & reception in The Warehouse and loved the spaciousness & the urban setting. Emily and her staff went out of their way to make sure the bride, groom, and we (parents of the bride) were attended to with beverages all night. I can’t emphasize the amazing service enough! The bar... I’ll just say I never heard anyone complain of watered down drinks! Now for the food...DELICIOUS! We served a breakfast buffet for dinner. The egg casserole with cheese, spinach & sundried tomatoes is amazing! The raspberry/white chocolate scones were definitely a favorite I could not get enough of! Other favorites: the sausage, ham, and the maple infused chicken chunks! They offered so many menu choices but we added a few of those ala carte items to round out the dinner that would suit all our guests. We had many guests comment on how well everything tasted! It’s my own fault I did not go back for seconds-but the staff kept it open long enough for anyone to enjoy more servings if they wanted. Another huge asset to booking with T. O. M. is the all inclusive service-the east of them setting up and cleaning up after the event cannot be undervalued or overlooked! After a long year of planning and a long day of partying, it was a relief to not have to clean up! If this venue is in your budget -you will not be disappointed! It was a truly memorable night for all the right reasons!! Thank you to everyone at the TOM! (added pictures below are pre-ceremony with no electricity)
