The museum is beautiful and so unique. My fiance and I fell in love with it (especially because of his love for old cars). It is something that is going to make our guests very entertained!

America's Packard Museum was a dream to work with...the woman who does events, Jackie, was like our own wedding planner, and I can't recommend the venue highly enough. Everything went perfectly, they let you hire your own caterer and bring in your own alcohol, and they also let the party go until midnight. This can be hard to find in a place like Dayton! Jackie really is what made the reception go so well...she's amazing. The museum itself is gorgeous and we've received so many compliments on it...I highly recommend having a wedding reception here.

Amazing place for your special day. I still have people come up to my husband and I and cant stop talking about how amazing our wedding was and the location we had it. They loved have the old cars all around them. the staff there are so great and helpful. thanks again for making my wedding great.

So, we picked this venue because we wanted to have some place unique and beautiful. It definitely was that and we received a ton of compliments. They were super flexible in some areas, including letting us have our dog walk down the aisle (which was very important to us). However, they are a museum first and a reception hall second. Also, the staff was not always totally professional. My biggest complaint is the ventilation - our wedding was on a very warm night in October and it was unbearably hot, so many of our guests left earlier than they might not have. But, it was truly unique and beautiful and I loved our wedding there.

I loved having our wedding here-- but I thought that the price for the venue, coupled with the lack of options in catering were a real drawback. We had to have a venue that could accommodate my husband's gigantic family, so we were somewhat limited in our choices. The Packard is a beautiful space, but there are a lot of restrictions on use. The cost is also very high.
