We had our reception at Yankee Trace and it was perfect. Jason was so easy to work with and they were so accomidating. I could not have asked for anything more.

I have nothing but praise for Yankee Trace in regards to everything involving our wedding reception. For one, both my husband and I were not located in Ohio due to our jobs during the planning period, however, Jason and his staff were extremely accessible, easy to work with, and all ensured we were covering all of our bases (like if we had an appropriate number of appetizers ordered, for example :) ). I was calm knowing the staff was doing everything they could to help out the planning portion! Also, the food is absolutely wonderful! Many of our guests complimented the food - we did the chicken, sirloin, and mushroom options. All in all, I don't think we could have asked for a better place to host our reception. Beautiful venue, great staff, delicious food, good service at the bar... can't ask for more than that !

Jason was very helpful and responsive during the planning process for my recent wedding. Yankee Trace was very accommodating and flexible with our requests. We were receiving our cupcakes from an out of town vendor a few days before our wedding and they allowed us to store them at the venue until the big day. They were also great with the room flip. I had never been to a wedding at YT, and at first I was hesitant to want to do a room flip, but the seamlessness of their set up was perfect. Our guests were able to enjoy a cocktail and the room was set up within 15 minutes of the ceremony ending. The fact they also have a room to use for the girls to get ready, that can then be used during the reception as a "babysitting room" was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about this place made it the perfect venue.

Yankee Trace was a wonderful venue to hold both our ceremony and our reception. Jason was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. On top of that he was always very excited but easy going as well which made the whole planning stress free and fun!! We were able to have our ceremony indoors in front of the fireplace which was absolutely beautiful. We then had our cocktail hour in the lobby and on the patio while they flipped the room to have the reception. The venue is really pretty, especially the chandeliers. The food was great too. All of my guests gave me great reviews. Parking is easy for guests and it was great being able to have everything there. Also, the bridal party was able to get ready at Yankee Trace, so as the bride I got there in the morning and didn't have to leave until the evening! It made for a very stress free day! I just had my hairstylists come there because we had a HUGE room to get ready in. I was even able to order a catered lunch to make sure me and my bridesmaids were fed before the wedding. Overall Yankee Trace was just fabulous and I would definitely recommend it to anyway for a wedding!

We absolutely loved Yankee Trace Golf Club as our wedding reception venue. Jason was the best to work with - always available to answer any questions, provide input, and make sure our wedding reception was the best experience ever. He helped manage every little detail and was extremely flexible with requests. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and one of the staff members even offered to carry my dinner plate back to my table so I wouldn't spill on my dress - such a nice touch! The food was outstanding, reasonably priced, and stellar service! Thank you for making our day a very special occasion!

Yankee Trace is a gorgeous place; they maintain the grounds well and the golf course is beautiful. Jason, the Banquet Manager, is very professional and a great communicator. He answered all of my questions promptly and was very accommodating. The staff and service is above par; everyone is great there! I would highly recommend this venue for any type of reception! We had a seated dinner for the wedding reception. The guests were able to choose between the stuffed chicken breast or prime rib. Both were fantastic in my opinion. However, the prime rib is served in a huge portion!! It was very impressive and our guests are still talking about it! The salad dressings are delicious and homemade too! My husband and I love Yankee Trace!

Jason and the Yankee Trace team were wonderful. Any problem or question I had was easily solved or answered. They were easy to work with and very accommodating! Yankee Trace is beautiful! The Clubhouse, where we had the reception, is located on the golf course, has a wrap around patio, and nice foyer area for a cocktail hour. We also had access to the Academy Room to get ready in. We had access to the Clubhouse starting at 8AM the day of the wedding which made it so nice to have time to make sure everything was set up and decorated! There are so many beautiful spots for pictures and the ballroom is so nice, that really no extra decorations are needed! We were very happy with the service we received and the food was awesome too! Everyone complimented the dinner! We were very happy and would highly recommend Yankee Trace and their staff!!

Jason is great to work with! The room was perfect and dinner was great! Dinner was way better than I expected considering how many people they were cooking for!

Couldn't have asked for a better reception venue. It's classy, gorgeous and the perfect setting for a beautiful reception! We are so pleased! Jason is a great reception venue coordinator and the food is fantastic! We had the entire place to ourselves and an open bar, it made the evening so much fun! We highly recommend!

The staff was a dream to work with! I always got a call back within hours and they were flexible with what I wanted!
