I highly recommend Kaleb and the Dayton Country Club for hosting your wedding reception. They are very professional by communicating quickly and respectfully. The service they provide is top notch. Everything requested was provided. They even offered great suggestions that made our wedding day even more special! I highly valued Kaleb and the Dayton Country Club team to help make sure our wedding day went as smooth as possible.

Jason was very helpful and responsive during the planning process for my recent wedding. Yankee Trace was very accommodating and flexible with our requests. We were receiving our cupcakes from an out of town vendor a few days before our wedding and they allowed us to store them at the venue until the big day. They were also great with the room flip. I had never been to a wedding at YT, and at first I was hesitant to want to do a room flip, but the seamlessness of their set up was perfect. Our guests were able to enjoy a cocktail and the room was set up within 15 minutes of the ceremony ending. The fact they also have a room to use for the girls to get ready, that can then be used during the reception as a "babysitting room" was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about this place made it the perfect venue.

Walnut Grove was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. Sarah, the event coordinator, helped us tremendously with all the planning and little details to go into the reception. The staff was amazing and catered to everyone, the food was great, and everyone was so nice. Walnut Grove exceeded my expectations for our wedding and I couldn't thank them enough. The service were outstanding throughout the whole wedding process and definitely made it a day/night to remember! Thank you all! :)

Our July wedding reception at NCR Country Club was truly spectacular and would not have been possible without the help and expertise of the event coordinator, Lisa. From the first day we met, Lisa was friendly and listened attentively as we described the wedding reception we envisioned. She consistently demonstrated professionalism and exceptional customer service each and every time we met with her. As our guest list grew, Lisa was very patient with us as we went back and forth in discussions about meal selections and floorplans. She even invited us to see the room set ups at several different NCR weddings so we could better visualize how the room would be set up. Having many years of experience in the wedding industry, Lisa was extremely helpful in selecting the best companies and most appropriate vendors to work with. All in all, we contracted with more than 6 vendors and Lisa worked diligently with each of them to coordinate all aspects of delivery and set up so we did not have to worry about a thing. In addition to working closely with the various vendors, Lisa also went above and beyond to engage the NCR in-house catering and facilities teams to ensure our every request was granted. When we arrived at NCR and saw the banquet room on our wedding day we were overwhelmed with joy and awe. Lisa, the team at NCR and our vendors had not only transformed the room, they exceeded all our expectations. The bar and food service throughout the evening was fantastic and we were able to keep all 180+ guests cool and comfortable despite it being the hottest day of the year! We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and have heard rave reviews from those who attended.
