We host two award-winning wedding venues o one location. The property is heavily wooded enough to where you can't see one venue from the other. As well both The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor have their own driveways and parking lots.
Rosewood Manor
This national award-winning southern mansion-styled venue features a beautiful grand staircase, elegant chandeliers, and an outdoor wedding arbor next to the babbling creek. It is truly a magnificent setting for your wedding. It is a modern take on a mansion and is built in a barndominium style. This is truly a unique wedding venue unlike any other in the area. Rosewood Manor hosts up to 250 comfortably. We have just updated and expanded our bridal suite and would love for you to see it! The floors have recently been updated and upgraded to have a more reflective look for your first dance.
The Magnolia Barn
This is an industrial boho-style wedding venue with a gazebo ceremony with a panoramic vista of rolling hills and stunning sunsets. The spectacular white barn features a real exposed brick wall, a spacious enclosed patio, and a bar, creating a festive atmosphere for your wedding! Now with a newly updated reception area and bridal suite. This venue is very popular right now. Since it is both industrial, boho, and affordable, The Magnolia Barn has seen an uptick in bookings. The venue itself is very neutral, making designing and decorating your wedding easy.

We always like to say "Book with Magnolia Estate and your stress goes away!" This is definitely the case when we are hired to design, manage, coordinate, set up, and tear down your wedding for you. We have some amazing DIY options as well. Our goal is to make sure our venues and services fit your needs and your budget!
We are an open vendor venue.
So bring in whichever licensed and insured vendor you'd like. However, we do have a list of awesome preferred vendors that have done wonderful work for our brides and grooms. We like to meet with you and go over your budget to suggest the correct vendors for you. This takes the guessing out of your vendor bookings, ensuring your success with your dream wedding.
Both venues have their own bridal and groom suites. Both venues have their own drive-in and parking lots as well. We would love to invite you and yours to visit the bountiful beauty of the grounds.

Our daughter’s ceremony at Rosewood Estates was beautiful! Our wedding coordinator Molly was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly , very responsive to our questions etc … she did the decorating of the venue including the centerpieces for the tables and it was beautiful! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Venue
We booked Magnolia Barn at Magnolia Estate for our wedding May 3rd 26. It was perfect all around. We couldn’t have asked for anything better from the ceremony and celebration to the people behind the scene that made it stress free and seamless. Molly was our coordinator and she was incredible. Extremely helpful and responsive the entire time. From monthly meeting to the day of the event she was outstanding. I couldn’t imagine trying to do everything without her assistance. I could not recommend them more.

Gorgeous Venue and Amazing Staff!
My daughter-in-law was married this past August at The Magnolia Barn, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. The venue and staff went above and beyond to meet every need and expectation. From the breathtaking landscape to the abundance of natural light that filled the space, it was truly the perfect setting for their special day. The entire team was incredibly attentive, always ready to answer any questions, which made the planning process feel effortless and stress-free.
If you're in search of your ideal venue, I wholeheartedly recommend The Magnolia Barn. They are exceptional at what they do and will help turn your vision into reality.

Rosewood Manor at Magnolia Estate - Fabulous wedding venue!
Rosewood Manor was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding! Danielle and her team were fabulous from start to finish! Plenty of coordination meetings to ensure our vision was carried thru and questions always answered quickly. We did a ton of DIY decor and Danielle and team took fabulous care of us day of the wedding from setting up to the very end with the clean up. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you Danielle and team!!!

Graduation Party June 2024.
We had a graduation party for my granddaughter at the Magnolia barn. It was an amazing experience. The venue is beautiful. The staff is available if you need them.

Perfect Fairytale Wedding
This venue was absolutely amazing! The staff at Magnolia was incredible! Jackie, Jeremy, Danelle and Sharon were so attentive and just on point with every detail! Troy and his son were wonderful and the grounds are beautiful! The entire staff really made sure my lil sister and new brother had the day of their dreams! I would recommend Magnolia to anyone wanting to have a beautiful perfect wedding!

An incredible venue and team
I would highly suggest using the decor packages and the venue coordinator. She makes your life so much easier and no need to deal with rentals or anything like that she takes care of it all. Beautiful venue and outdoor space.

You only get ONE chance to get your ONLY daughter’s wedding right!
We fell in love with Danielle who gave us a tour, providing so much information and knowledge, that we knew we wanted HER and the Rosewood Manor. Looked no further!
So in the early fall we signed the contract for the venue and Danielle as our Coordinator; however, anytime we called, everyone (the team) knew who we were and cared so intently to ensure they could meet our wishes. Spending the little extra money for a Coordinator is so worth it. My daughter has a hard time making decisions staying on track, and gets overwhelmed very easily, so I told Danielle up front and my daughter was at ease. Danielle laid out a timeline… first get your caterer, DJ, and photographer. Since this was out of town wedding for us, they provided preferred vendors who they know intimately and all work well with The Magnolia Estate again as a team. Every month after, Danielle contacted my daughter with next steps. She has so many good ideas and recommendations if you want to veer away from traditional things. By December we started looking at linen colors, and centerpiece arrangements. OMG! She has two garages full of every kind of centerpieces imaginable. It was so important to me that I did not have to lug ANYTHING to set up or take down and haul away! That is what makes having a coordinator worth it!
Every vendor that we booked was happy when we told them where the wedding was because they love Magnolia staff so much and easy to work with and accommodating. It all came together like a well oiled machine. I have never been so relaxed and confident in all my life. The staff was very easy to find for incidentals and fixed things immediately on the spot (due to our last minute change requests). It was so breath taking when I walked into the venue. It represented everything my daughter had dreamed it would be. There was not one thing we would change. The outdoor setting was gorgeous and perfectly placed. Our guests were complimenting everything all night. Danielle even helped my daughter pull off a couple surprises for me. I will forever be grateful to the Magnolia Staff and our Coordinator Danielle…Damn that woman is good! She can handle anyone and anything that you throw at her. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Honestly one of our favorite venues to shoot at is Magnolia Estates. The owners are extremely attentive and helpful. We have shot close to a dozen weddings there in the 3 years we have been shooting weddings and all of our couples have been extremely happy with their choice. It is probably one of the most versatile venues whether you are choosing a all in one venue for both ceremony and reception or if you are just looking for reception only. The sunsets there are AMAZING.
