Welcome to THE ESTATE. Timeless and Classic, this Private and Exclusive Estate is YOUR Elegant and Affordable Dayton Wedding Venue.
Create a wedding experience that your most cherished people will gush over for years to come… Traveling up the long grand driveway, lined by majestic red oaks, you and your guests will be transported to a place where the world can stand still. Once past the gatehouse, the Georgian-style architecture of The Estate mansion creates an awe-inspiring first impression.
Unlike typical barn venues, The Estate is a private, gated, 162 acre equestrian property. Imagine yourself surrounded by lush lawns, flower gardens, romantic pathways, and majestic shire horses. Our magnificent Estate Mansion on this gorgeous property becomes YOUR HOME FOR THE DAY, providing stunning indoor and outdoor ceremony and recreation spaces, as well as fully heated and cooled indoor reception areas.
Venue Capacity: There is enough room to comfortably seat anywhere from 50-300 guests inside our fully heated and cooled Estate House for dinner.
Vendor Flexibility: The Estate is open to many licensed vendors (including catering).
Pricing:
$4000 - $6500 April-November
$2500 - $4500 December-March
Services Offered
THE ESTATE RENTAL includes a fully heated & cooled mansion, a spectacular bridal suite, and second bridal party lounge and deck, and several acres of marvelous outdoor areas to utilize throughout your entire day. Our experienced events team will be glad to assist you with organizing your celebrations. From getting ready on-site in the morning, to your beautiful ceremony in the afternoon, extending through the evening reception and late-night festivities, we pride ourselves on providing a very personalized experience.
We love our DYI couples but we also offer a wide range of decorator and coordination packages. Our team will find the best way to help you meet your unique vision for your epic day. The Estate accommodates all types of DIY events as well as partial and full-service production. We can't wait to help you get started!
