Had my wedding here in May 2025. The venue is absolutely beautiful and staff are so helpful even if you are planning your own wedding. They helped us find multiple vendors and did so many things outside of the scope of a normal venue. A great place to really build your own wedding based on your budget and your vision. And being able to have the option of the horses at the wedding made the day so magical and was a great hit with all of the guests. If I did it all over, I would definitely have my wedding here again!

May wedding
Event staffing through out the process was attentive, knowledgeable, and able to provide recommendations. Many couples feel lost during the process due to not having a playbook to operate off of. This venue was able to ensure all aspects were taken care of even items we didn’t know existed.

amazing and so beautiful
I could not talk more highly of this venue! Between the prices, and the job they did was amazing! I was slightly nervous after hearing so many negative things, but they could not have been more wrong. The venue was beautiful, guests loved it, bridal sweet was large and the staff were so incredibly nice and were always checking in the day of to see how things were going. a lot of the negatives I heard was about miscommunication, but they were so good about communication, and I feel knowing that ahead of time also helped us keep on top of things. Seriously, our day was so beyond perfect, and I would recommend them again and again!

We planned our wedding in 7 months and they were super responsive, kept us informed on any changes and when things were due, offered suggestions for catering. On the day of the wedding the staff was super helpful and everything ran so smoothly!

Perfect wedding day!
Staff was INCREDIBLE at The Estate. Our wedding day came together perfectly, the gardens were beautiful and the indoor space was comfortable and lovely, even in the heat of summer. Our wedding was picture perfect here. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly, and we had very little stress on our big day thanks to both our wonderful friends and family, and thanks to the staff at the Estate.

Stunning wedding venue!
The Estate was not only a gorgeous venue, but the staff professionalism was top notch! We had an absolutely perfect wedding day experience! The staff handled the set up, bar set up, linens, and worked closely with our caterer.

Beautiful venue with classic charm
The Estate at Sunset Farm offered a one stop venue for our ceremony, dinner and reception. Amazing Venue and Service!
We were blown away by how beautiful the venue was and how professional the staff handled everything. We had just over 30 days from the time of engagement and the wedding date which is a short amount of time in most instances. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything went! They had everything ready to go when we arrived the day of the wedding. The food was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After the wedding we were talking as a family and everyone said we wouldn’t change a thing!

Perfect place for a perfect day
The venue was absolutely perfect for me and my husband’s big day. We actually had a pretty unique situation with planning our whole wedding from El Paso, TX and in about a 4 month crunch time. We were lucky to find the Estate and the staff was unbelievably accommodating to our shortened timeline. We had our wedding at the end of April and the property was absolutely stunning. It was great working with our coordinator, Aria, virtually regarding every little detail. She kept us on track, even when we were starting to get overwhelmed and a little scatter-brained. We also really appreciate all the help from Jen, and our two bartenders, Malak and Jenna, who all helped make sure the day ran very smooth.

The Estate at Sunset Farm was the best wedding day decision we made! Weddings are stressful. Very stressful, and I was the support wife, not the planning wife. The wedding coordinators made sure we were both wives that felt confident and secure in our event. They were available throughout the entire wedding journey and were clearly experts on the topic. They were honest, open, and did everything they could to go above and beyond to make sure our day was great! By the time wedding day arrived, I felt like the coordinators were very professional and respectful family. We looked at so many venues and landed at the estate... you should probably do the same. You won't regret it!

Absolutely a dream.
We had our November wedding with The Estate and could not have asked for better!! The staff was super helpful planning from the day we signed our contract to our wedding day. We were able to rent all our linens directly with them and even use an indoor candle rental package which made for day of much easier not having to transport a bunch of decor. The venue itself is a beautiful setting and was the perfect spot for our special day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married!

Fun and exciting
We had a great day with our wedding being held at the Estate! We had to pivot on the day of due to some rain, and the events team was great at making sure we got what we wanted without having to stress out over the decision. We were still able to get some pictures outside and we are so thankful for that because the grounds are gorgeous for all sorts of photos. Our guests loved the venue and had a great time and so did we!

First off, I would simply love to say that if you have your wedding take place here, you will never go wrong with them!
My now wife and I had an amazing time here! We had our wedding on the bigger site here, rather than the smaller Harvest House, and that's because we fell in love with not only the huge space, but just how BEAUTIFUL it is outside and inside. The bridal suite is huge, has its own bathroom and shower space if needed. It has lots of windows too, not obscured, but hard to see through so nobody can see the bride while she's getting ready. The windows give TONS of natural lighting, so the bride can look her best!
The groom lounge isn't as big, but it's still phenomenal, with a leather sectional, a bathroom, and a shower if needed.
We only had a small wedding with about 20 guests, but I can imagine it being difficult to fill all the space you would have for not only the ceremony, but the reception!
We loved the design of everything here, and we specifically had our ceremony by the flower garden, which was just absolutely gorgeous! We weren't able to go to one of the Open House days to see, but I'm personally glad we couldn't go. Seeing all the flowers made it that much better of a surprise for how beautiful the ceremony location was!
The event staff is also extremely accommodating, and there are plenty of handicap accessible places if you need it!
I can't recommend this venue enough, it was the first and only venue I toured before saying this was the place. I will always be personally vouching for this venue for if and when my friends or family members want to get married anywhere.

This venue was truly the most beautiful place my husband and I could have imagined for our wedding day! It had fairytale vibes from the outside with all the beautiful flowers, trees, and gardens. And the building itself was stunning!! One thing we loved about the venue was the opportunities we had to customize the event to make it our own. They have so many location options (both outside and inside) for the ceremony and we were able to select all the details for how we wanted our seating chart to be laid out (especially the head table) and more! The staff members were very kind and patient throughout the process and were flexible with us for our planning meeting times, since we were from out of town. We appreciate everything they did from day one and on to make our wedding truly the best day of our lives so far! We definitely recommend this venue to all Ohio couples!

Sunset Farms was absolutely amazing, as soon as we got there the tables and chairs were set up in the reception. The chairs were set up for the ceremony beautifully. They had an onsite coordinator that was very sweet and patient with everything. Everyone thought it was beautiful. Having the garden out in the back was a perfect way to get away from the crowd and having the bridal room was the best for me and my girls. LGBTQ+ friendly wedding
The venue is so unbelievably beautiful and the staff worked so well with my husband and I! The staff worked really hard to try to help accomplish our vision and was super helpful and friendly every step of the way, I also really appreciate them being so open and LGBTQ+ friendly. The actual wedding day was amazing and the staff made sure we were having a great time. Highly recommend everything about the Estate at Sunset farm, everything went so well!!!

Was an amazing wedding
My wife and I toured this venue back in may of 2022 and we immediately fell in love with everything that the venue had to offer. The staff and everything were amazing In everything from communication to helping us find our bartender to helping out the day of. The venue itself is gorgeous with everything it has to offer. Our pictures turned out amazing and we are so glad we booked. We highly recommend this venue to everyone it’s affordable and has alot to offer

Amazing scenery and helpful staff
Loved The Estate! Not only is it a beautiful venue but they were on top of everything for the wedding day! The weather almost took a turn and they were prepared to move the entire ceremony inside at a moments notice which luckily we didn’t have to do. The staff was friendly and there to assist with anything we needed. Can’t wait to attend more events held there.

Amazing Venue
I had my wedding here on November 12th and throughout the entire process, the estate was absolutely amazing! This place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our smaller wedding. The staff did everything they could and more to make our special day was perfect. They checked in with us often and were so kind and helpful to our guests. Definitely ephod recommend this venue for any event!

Nothing but Excelent.
The Estate at Sunset Farms was nothing short of the perfect place for have our wedding. The staff is absolutely amazing there. The views are perfect, the horses are great, the open bar option was awesome. We were able to rent chairs, tables, tablecloths, and centerpieces all from the venue which cut out a lot of stress when planning. They have a DJ you can hire that just comes in and plugs in his computer and you're good to go. This place really alleviates stress on your big day. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Experience!
We held my son's wedding and reception at the Estate, and the day could not have been more perfect! Steve & Jen go above and beyond to make sure all the details are finalized ahead of time, and made sure we had everything we needed the day of. Their staff was onsite the entire day and evening, working behind the scenes to transition from ceremony to reception, and helped assist with any questions that may have come up. The Estate staff worked seamlessly with the catering staff and the DJ, so it literally felt like everyone was one big team, there to provide us with an amazing experience. We felt very supported through the entire process, and our guests loved the beautiful scenery and accommodations of this beautiful venue. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about our entire experience with The Estate!

Venue for my wedding
I really appreciated everything that they did for me on my wedding day. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful space, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the initial explanation of the pricing to the actual day, they carried our everything that was promised and allowed me to have a worry free wedding day. Beautiful Venue - Excellent Service
In June 2021 we held our daughters wedding at this beautiful venue. Words cannot describe how wonderful everything was. The bridal suite was awesome, the Venue was decorated beautifully, and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughters day was special. When it came time for the beautiful horse to attend the reception, we had no idea that Steve would bring the horse into the Venue. To this day, everyone is still talking about the grand entrance and commenting that they have been to many weddings, but they have never had a horse attend inside. Thank you Jen and Steve for making this day so special for everyone.

GREAT Experience
My husband and I had our wedding May 14th, 2021. The Estate was great to work with in giving recommendations for vendors and allowing us to choose our vendors as well. Jen met with us at rehearsal and wedding day asking us if we needed anything both times!! The grounds were beautiful and gave you so many different options for photos. They had ample amount of tables and chairs outside for cocktail hour which our guest loved having an inside and outside option throughout the night since our day was the perfect weather.
Honestly all of our vendors worked well together and we were very well taken care of for our day! If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! We loved having our wedding at Sunset Farm and recommend this venue as our day was THE BEST DAY EVER!

From the very start, working with the estate was flawless! They were prompt to respond to any questions we had and no question was a dumb question to them! Our wedding was in April so we wanted a back up plan in case of bad weather so the estate was the perfect place. It could not have worked out better. We had our ceremony inside and our cocktail hour upstairs while the staff arranged for dinner. Jen worked with us every step of the way and she was so great! I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding ♡

Jen, Steve, and The Estate at Sunset Farms made our dream wedding come true! Everything was perfect from the communication, the decorations, the yard, the venue itself, and everything in between. It is the perfect place for any wedding style. We chose to do an elegant themed wedding and this beautiful mansion created the perfect environment for everyone to come together to celebrate our special day. They also have the perfect place for a rustic, antique, farm, and any other theme you are wanting for your wedding day.
My husband and I seriously couldn't have picked out a more perfect place to begin our new journey together. Jen and Steve are really easy to talk to and to bond with and that made our COVID wedding that much easier to plan. They were right there with us every step of the way and were helpful throughout this stressful time. No matter what issue or problem we came up with (and by issues I mean wedding planning in general) while planning a COVID wedding they were very understanding and communicated with us the entire time. It isn't everyday you meet people this invested in their customers and they are. YOU come first and they will do anything they possibly can to help your day come together.
To say the least, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They were the perfect people with the perfect venue and the memories made here will last a life time. We will definitely be back to Sunset for other events that will happen in our future.

Things we loved. The ceremony by the pine trees, bridal suite large with professional chairs for hair and makeup, the emails and questions were answered in a timely manner from Jen and Jena. Did not care for the Lilly pond and some of the landscape out back. The bar staff and clean up did a good job!

Dream come true
I highly recommend the Estate at Sunset Farm for a wedding venue. My husband and I said “I Do” at the Estate on 8/2/20 and have nothing but appreciation for everyone we came into contact there. We visited several venues in the Ohio/Northern Kentucky area before we made our final decisions. They were all beautiful, but The Estate offered so much help, aside from its beautiful location. So charming! Most venues just hand you the keys and tell you to have everything cleaned up by a certain time. At the very basic package, The Estate has a Staff of people that are on sight for the day. They take care of the basic trash cleanup at the end of the night (any trash that does not include décor you bring in yourself). They also work with several contacts from DJ’s to Planners if you are still looking. Don’t even get me started on the Wedding Planner, Jena Steinke, they work closely with. She is AMAZING! If you chose the Estate, you really should consider working with Jena. At first I was a bit skeptical about hiring a planner to be honest. After all, like yourself, I had a budget! I am so glad we decided to work with her. You will not be disappointed. Jena has her own wedding planner business that also works with other venues (Blush and Bloom), and she knows the Estate like the back of her hand. She has great relationships with their owners, and Staff. I definitely recommend asking Steve and Jen about her! She works very closely with the venue and your vendors to make your day magical! Steve and Jen are really great to work with, as well. I honestly felt like I was working with Family while I was there. They are responsive and really helped us with all the questions we had throughout the planning process. They were especially helpful considering we were planning during COVID-19. It was hard enough coping with a pandemic during this time, but they made us feel heard among many other clients, and also put up with several emails from me with all of my COVID concerns. I’m impressed with how organized and responsive they were during this time, considering they had several clients with the same COVID concerns and/or rescheduled dates. They were super flexible for some of the requests or ideas we had for the big day. I also have to talk more about the landscape and location. Absolutely beautiful. The Estate home already feels like a decoration itself, so we did not need to add too much as far as decor for the ceremony and reception. There are also so many opportunities for beautiful photos outside. They have beautiful gardens and landscaping that made for some of my favorite photos! Bottom line is, you will not have any regrets if you go with this venue. So much beauty and character, and a lovely staff! Thank you, Jen, Steve, and Jenna for being a part of such a wonderful memory that I will never forget! I am so happy!!!

My Dream Come True During Covid-19
Steve and Jen treated my husband and I like family from the first moment we met. They were clear, concise, organized and moved mountains for our dream wedding. During the pandemic, every bride's nightmare was bound to happen. But Jen and Steve reassured us that they will try to do everything in their power to help make this day a day to remember. The venue is beyond great. Jen and Steve are easy to work with. The bridal suite is AMAZING and the willow tree lighting jaw dropping gorgeous. Great Place for Big Events
Love this place. We had an excellent experience for my daughter’s and new son’s wedding on 7/25/2020. They kept us updated with the ever changing covid-19 rules from the government. The Estate at Sunset Farm is a beautiful venue to host your wedding at! Working as the planner for the bride and groom, the staff onsite was extremely accommodating throughout the planning process and easily available the day-of if anything popped up. There are so many gorgeous locations to host your ceremony, indoor or outdoor space, and lots of photo opportunities. We were one of the many couples who had a wedding planned during the covid-19 pandemic, and while there were bumps in the road, our wedding day ended up being beautiful and perfect. We did our ceremony by the bridge on the south lawn and had our reception inside the Estate. Everything about the venue is gorgeous from the bridal suite, to the bar, to the grounds outside. There is no shortage of places to hold your ceremony and capture gorgeous pictures. They even offer fun additions like baby goat feeding. Our guests had a great time and so did the bride and groom.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
If I could give Sunset Farms 10 stars, I would. My wedding was in September and the owners, Steve and Jen, went above and beyond to make the event a perfect day. We had the wedding ceremony outside on the veranda, under the wisteria trellis, and the reception inside, so it made it very convenient for us and our guests. If your pictures are important to you, there were so many places on the grounds to take beautiful wedding pictures. Our sunset wedding photo was gorgeous with all of the greenery in the background. Owners, Steven and Jen were very helpful before and during the wedding. We had special requests and they went out of their way to accommodate our wishes and make the day special. Our guests had a great time; they loved petting and taking selfies with the Shire horses during our cocktail hour outside. Many of our guests told us this was one of the nicest - and most fun - weddings they had ever attended. Quite the compliment! Most of our family and guests were from the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, so the location was convenient for everyone. And for our out of state guests, the nearby hotels were very nice-and a short Uber ride for those who didn't want to drive home after the reception. Needless to say, we were very happy we found The Estate at Sunset Farms for our wedding. It was perfect! Thank you Jen and Steven!

Fantastic and working with them was simplistic
This venue was hands down one of the best venues in the greater Dayton area when it comes to a ideal wedding venue. From the large Willow tree to the great space in the front and back, it serves as a great place for families and friends to mix and mingle all while the inside has a nice spacious yet enclosed area for great acoustics; and large windows for natural lights for photographers! Its a great venue!

My experience with the Estate was nothing short of perfection. I had the most wonderful day and the venue was beautiful. The owners worked closely with my team of vendors and remained organized and professional throughout the experience. It's a fairly new venue so I had my concerns going into the wedding, but they handled everything as if they'd been doing this for decades.

From Elegant to rustic and anything in between, this farmhouse is perfect! I fell in love with this venue from day 1! I am an out of state bride and working with team at the Estate at Sunset Farm has been amazing! I booked with them back in March 2017 for my wedding in the fall of 2018. The venue is OPEN and has had a public event which my family and friends have attended. I was able to see the venue today 5.24.18 and it is beautiful! The grounds are beautiful and the inside is beautiful! The womens bathroom has the most beautiful stain glass window. I can't wait to have my wedding there. I have so many options for my wedding that I can't wait to finalize the details with my fiance. The Estate at Sunset Farm is great at working with you to make sure you have a stress free day!

The Estate at Sunset Farm is absolutely beautiful! So many ceremony and reception locations to choose from all over the property! The staff there has been very helpful, especially when trying to decide how to best utilize The Estate on the day of our wedding. We can't wait to have the entire property both inside and out to ourselves for the entire day. Stress-free Wedding Day
The estate was fantastic. We had a stress free day for our wedding. Rick was unbelievable in taking care of anything that needed to be handled before the event started. Would highly recommend getting the Shire horse to make an appearance.

Great venue for a fall wedding!
This venue is gorgeous for a fall wedding, and the Estate team was wonderful to work with! I would also definitely recommend visiting this venue in person if you’re considering it. The pictures don’t do the layout and landscape justice!

Perfect Venue
Sunset farm was the perfect venue for my wedding. The staff was incredibly kind through the whole process and even called after the wedding to talk over the wedding day and ask how to improve for future clients.
Our wedding day coordinator, Jenna, was amazing. There were a couple hiccups throughout the day that Jenna handled easily so my husband and I were blissfully unaware.
The landscape turned out beautifully and made for some incredible pictures. Even the farm horses came to take part in the pre-ceremony photos.
This venue was everything we were looking for and my husband and I could not be happier with how our day turned out!

Beautiful Venue with easy going staff
Our wedding day was easy and breeze. Everything was beautiful! We got married on the front steps of the mansion and it looked gorgeous and very vintage with a modern twist!

Fabulous experience
Our experience with The Estate at Sunset Farm was fabulous. Our daughters special day was perfect. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and was there for whatever we needed throughout the day.

Beautiful Area, Easy to Work With & Communicate With
They were really easy to work with and had absolutely gorgeous sites. Even in the early spring (which we were worried about greenery), it turned out very nicely. They worked quickly and efficiently with our contacts and vendors. They were also easy to keep in contact with when we had questions or difficulties. Day of the event they had staff making sure everything worked and was set well and help put people at ease. Sunset Farms was an excellent choice and made our event one to remember for the ages.

Perfect Day with a Perfect Venue
We had a covid wedding and I can't say enough good things about The Estate at Sunset Farms! First, gorgeous setting! There were so maybe beautiful ceremony setting options. The staff were beyond helpful. Shout-out to Jen who helped us organize our thoughts, let us know when they needed things or anything was unclear, and was straight up awesome! The staff day of really helped everything come together and they were around all day to make sure things went smoothly! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing Experience
The Estate at Sunset Farm was the perfect location for our wedding! The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day. The grounds and venue are beautiful and the gorgeous animals add a unique piece to any wedding. We had the wedding day we’ve always dreamed of at a very reasonable price that includes more than any other venue we visited. The team is so friendly and willing to provide any assistance needed. We HIGHLY recommend!

Best day ever
Overall we had the best day ever! Steve was awesome with communication and fine detail leading up to our big day. The event staff the day of the wedding was awesome and very helpful with anything you needed. They were very tentative throughout the day checking on everyone and directing vendors where they need to go. We are so thankful to be able to get married at such a beautiful place and look at our pictures for a lifetime of memories. #bestdayever

Amazing Venue With Horses!
The venue and team were excellent. Highlights include the venue setting and the shire horse experience (highly recommend this!). The venue also had great recommendations for ideas and helped with good documentation.
Items that you should be aware of include their pending liquor license (they’ve been working on it for over a year) and a lot of communication is through texting, though you can request a callback or pay for a concierge planner of sorts. Overall, if it was possible, we would do the wedding here again!

Elegant and Personal
We had a wonderful wedding at the Estate! I was drawn to the venue because of the Shire horses and the beauty of the grounds and elegance of the Estate building. I was looking for a place that was unique, budget friendly, and did not require a ton of decorations/dressing to look lovely, and this was it!

Amazing venue
What can I say about Estate. As the groom I did not think that the venue would make that much of a difference but, boy was I wrong. The Estate is absolutely breathtaking. The gardens around the property are gorgeous. Having the horses running in the background leaves you speechless. Being able to escape the heat and enjoy the reception in the AC chefs kiss. The Estate really helps you throughout the entire process. They are in constant contact with you the entire time. The meetings beforehand are very informative. Once you give them your vendors information they contact them directly and handle all that so you don't have to. If you are looking for the perfect wedding Venue you have found it at The Estate.

Beautiful Venue
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day experience. Through Covid-19 there were a lot of ups and downs, wondering how our wedding would go or if we could even have a wedding, but the staff at The Estate at Sunset Farm was with us the whole way. We had some minor hiccups with communication along the way but with Covid going on and people having to plan their entire wedding twice we completely understood that it was crazy for them too. Jen and Steve were always very responsive and would listen to our questions and concerns while reassuring us we could make things work. They allowed us to use their venue but make the wedding our own. They also got us in touch with our day of coordinator Jena, of Blush and Bloom, she was absolutely amazing and answer every question along the way (and we had A LOT). The venue was beautiful and they cleaned up anything that we saw in our walk-through that we questioned, from downed trees to some cosmetic issues. We toured the venue in January but they painted the picture for us, and looking at their Instagram let us see the potential, but it doesn't do it justice, it was better than we could have ever imagined. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they did for us to make our wedding day special and make us feel like we were their only clients.

We ultimately regret selecting this venue.
We stumbled across this venue as one of the cheapest options we could find. After touring the grounds, we were hooked and booked our date almost immediately. The staff we encountered were very nice and answered any questions we had. Pricing for "add-ons" turned out to crazy expensive. Extra lighting? Cheap looking curtains hanging from the ceiling? Thousands of dollars. We ended up not adding anything except for access to the Horse pictured for the day.
Fast forward to the wedding day, I got rudely scolded for playing a piano they had upstairs. We were never told that that was for some reason untouchable, it turns out the owners charm wore off once you gave them all of your money. When guests began to arrive, the parking staff completely goofed and allowed guests to park in front of the building instead of the designated parking area. Instead of a beautiful building in the background of my photos, I have a few sedans and a mini cooper in a few. Despite this, all-in-all it wasn't a big deal and the staff was apologetic and eventually fixed the situation. Just annoyed that it happened.
While taking photos, we did take a few with one of their horses who came into the property. Although the horse didn't want to corporate (and wanted to keep eating!) this was a really cool experience. The staff member/trainer with him was great and really helped us get some good pictures. This was definitely a highlight.
When inside the venue, with people seated, there's practically zero room. We had 150 guests, and there's no way any more than that could have fit. People sitting in the back towards the front doors have limited to zero visibility about what's happening on the "dance floor".
At the end of the day, it was a great time and my wedding day certainly was ruined. But after looking back, we could've found a better option for us.

If your big day goes perfectly as planned this place is for you. If not, don’t expect a pleasant interaction with Steve. We got into a disagreement, because our wedding was during COVID-19. With the regulations set in place at the time we would have only been able to have 10 people at our wedding and they still wanted to take us for all our money. We paid for a space that was large enough to hold 200+ guest, not 10 people. Don’t be fooled when the contract says they have seating for 305 people, that doesn’t necessarily mean people can sit in those 305 chairs. Our only other option was to reschedule for another date and even those were limited, not to mention we could have been in the same boat later down the road and had to go through this all over again on the rescheduled date. Fortunately the regulations changed and we were able to have our wedding on the original date. However, when we came in for the final meeting, Steve was rude to us the entire time. He was on his phone, not paying attention to our conversation and when I asked him to show me an area of the venue he just pointed and would not walk over with me so I knew the exact location, even after I asked several times. During our reception one of my vendors came up to me saying we better be packed up and gone by 11pm, because Steve told them he couldn’t wait to charge us extra if we stayed over. All he cared about was getting our money and has robbed other clients of theirs that chose to cancel due to COVID-19. I would have even understood if they couldn’t refund the security deposit, but wanting to keep the entire payment, during a pandemic?
I also wasn’t too thrilled when the horses came out. The one was kicking his legs all over the place and even kicked the trainer. I do not believe this horse was ready to be around guest and a comment was made about how he was still in training. We had kids at our wedding that wanted to see and pet the horses, but that was not an option with that horse. At least 15 minutes of our hour with the horses was wasted trying to calm him down. I know animals aren’t perfect, but I was expecting a little better.
I honestly would have considered writing a better review if we had just dealt with Jen. She was very sweet during our meetings and on the day of our wedding.

Run, don't walk, away from this business
I believe the owners acted unreasonably without concern for safety. In my opinion, they do not have your best interest at heart. When COVID-19 broke out, this business refused to let us postpone our wedding date because a re-schedule was not in the contract. However, the contract included exceptions such as a "natural disaster," which, to me, seems like this would translate to a deadly pandemic. Ultimately, we decided that keeping our loved ones alive and healthy was more important than money. We lost over $5,000 and had to get a new venue. Run away from this place, as they stand alone in the wedding industry for poor customer relationships and, in my opinion, reckless handling of COVID-19.
