Living in the area all my life, I had always wanted to get married at Polen Farm simply because it is soo beautiful. With the wonderful experience we received from the staff I was definitely not disappointed! They were kind, professional, and very helpful with things. Even when we accidentally overlooked one of the regulations, they were very understanding and kind in dealing with us. I want to apologize again for not seeing that statement regarding the patio, and thank you for understanding. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!

Pollen farm has been a favorite for a few of my recent bride and grooms. This venue provides a very homey and elegant feel to it. With a vary vintage style house and gazebo with a barn house for a reception area. As the sun begins to go down, its a photographers dream as golden hour is amazing!

Pre-Wedding:: My wife and I met with Polen Farm (PF) two times prior to the wedding and emailed them multiple times for planning questions. They were always prompt and thorough in their responses. PF has a pretty strict set of rules to follow, but if you follow them you will not have any problems. I would suggest a split booking so you can decorate the barn in the morning (not much needs done to the barn though).

Wedding/Reception:: Throughout the day, a PF representative was there to aid in any way they could. My point person that was in charge of doing little tasks throughout the day interacted with the PF representative and stated they were very helpful in assisting with different tasks.

Polen Farm was a beautiful venue. I loved the outside gazebo for our ceremony and the barn was the perfect place for our reception. If you are looking for a venue with a combination of inside/outside this is the perfect place. I was planning on having our ceremony outside and the reception indoor/outdoor. On the day of the wedding (Oct. 2nd) it happened to be a very cold day and as the ceremony time approached (6pm) the radar for rain was growing. Emily and Beth from Polen Farm staff spoke to me and my now husband about the situation and gave us options for what we could do if it rained etc. They even brought their phone and showed me a visual of the radar screen. They were very helpful and when we decided to move our ceremony into the barn they were so accommodating. Even with the last minute changes the ceremony and reception went perfectly, it really was stress free for me. Beth was wonderful and easy to work with, when we gave her our final head count she was very quick to send the floor plan for us to review and approve. This venue did allow us to bring our own outside catering (very small fee for not using one of their preferred caterers). We were also able to bring in our own bartenders and beverages etc. Every time I called Polen Farm leading up to our wedding day, they were always helpful and took care of what we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married and not completely break your bank on the venue alone. The service was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day or venue.

This place is gorgeous. I was so pleased with everything. Our guests just loved this beautiful venue. Our wedding was perfect at the perfect venue.

Polen Farm was so pretty! We had a ceremony only in the gazebo. It was nice to have the house to get ready in and a back up plan in case it rained. I had to switch my date once and the lady was very nice and helpful and didn't give me a hard time about it. The landscaping, house and gazebo made for beautiful back drops! I would recommend getting married here.

We booked out wedding using the barn for the reception and gazebo for the ceremony. Polen Farms was very receptive to our needs and wishes and were very flexible with our time schedule. The site was well kept and beautiful even with an extremely hot summer the flowers and grass was fresh looking. The people who were there during the time we were setting up our reception area were very helpful to make last minute changes to the floor plan. Our wedding turned out a dream and we couldn't have asked for a better venue for it to take place in.

We had our wedding in the gazebo and our reception on the houses back patio and breeze way. We had a small wedding of less than 80 guests and we fit perfectly. The landscaping was gorgeous and the perfect back drop. The Polen Farm staff were pleasant to work with and were really good about returning calls. I would highly recommend the Polen Farm for your wedding!
