We are thrilled that we used Urban The Orchid for my daughter’s wedding! Lori and Brandon are professional, worked with our budget, did a gorgeous creative design to match our vision, and gave wonderful customer service throughout the process. We got many compliments on the flowers. I highly recommend this florist!

Cherie did the florals and decor for our backyard wedding, and she is absolutely amazing! I don't know much about florals, so I shared some inspiration photos, told her our wedding colors, and described our layout. She instantly came up with a plan and walked me through it. From our first conversation, I knew I could trust her to work her magic even though I didn't give her many details to work with. The final result was GORGEOUS and even better than anything I could have imagined. I really appreciated that she respected our budget throughout any changes we requested as well, and her prices are very reasonable. She is so down to earth and easy to talk to, and she is very honest about what will and won't work. I also need to mention that our wedding was just a few days after a tornado took out a ton of power in Northeast Ohio, and Cherie still made everything work even though she was affected by the outages and needed to move her florals to a temporary storage location to keep them fresh. Cherie assembled and decorated our ceremony arch, aisle, and dinner tables so beautifully. She also told us how we could repurpose our ceremony arch florals for our sweetheart table, and she set up a vase to repurpose my bouquet as our centerpiece. She also spruced up our sweetheart table with candles, florals, and purple fabric, and it really made a difference. She decorated our guests' tables with bud vase arrangements and different types of candles, creating such a gorgeous and cohesive look. All of our family members and guests were honestly in awe of her work (as were we), and I have already shared her information with multiple family members who are interested in working with her in the future. Forest Woods was recommended to us by Wild Flour, the bakery we used for our wedding cake! We could not be happier with our choice to go with them for our wedding floral arrangements. How all the arrangements came together at the venue was truly incredible! As part of our package, we received two extra-large bouquets on gold candlesticks for the ceremony, centerpieces for all of the tables, bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, a corsage, and some greenery for decor around picture frames. Everything looked amazing. We particularly enjoyed the mix of flowers he incorporated into all the arrangements and really liked the groom's calla lily boutonniere. Going into the initial meeting, I was aware of my lack of knowledge on flowers. Vince was able to take the few bits of vision I did have and turn it into something better than I ever could've envisioned. He made this part of the process, simple and so much fun! At the same time, we were able to keep the budget top of mind. I always enjoyed my conversations with him. It was also a bonus that he could accommodate meeting after normal working hours, which seems to be rare in the wedding industry. Him and his team went far beyond my expectations. They were able to make a very last-minute timing change in order to help us out and that was greatly appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend Forest Woods for any of your floral needs.

I cannot more highly recommend Opalia. Meghan handled the flowers for our daughter’s wedding, and did an amazing job working within our budget. She was very conscious of the couple’s like and dislikes, and their desire to highlight seasonal flowers, and kept these needs in mind throughout the process. The resultant arrangements and candles were gorgeous, and Meghan worked hard to use them to their full extent (as a backdrop for the ceremony, then at the reception—even repurposing the bridal party bouquets to be used on the tables). She also used the venue’s space in a creative way to frame the ceremony. She was a kind and calm presence throughout the planning, and at the actual event. Another lovely touch: Opalia helped us to donate our flowers to BloomAgainBklyn, an organization that picks them up, puts them into new arrangements, and delivers them to nursing home residents and shut-ins. It felt so gratifying to be able to pass along these beautiful flowers to others.

Carol did an awesome job on our flowers! The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages came out lovely. My bouquet got so many compliments! She was very creative and helpful when it came to picking which flowers I wanted. Carol is very detail-oriented and takes the time to walk you through what each piece will look like. The best part is that I can keep these gorgeous flowers to remind me of our day. We saved so much money by going with fake flowers and none of my guests even knew they weren't real! The quality and the price sold me. I highly recommend working with Carol!

You should see the pictures of the reception - they did an absolutely magnificent job making our wedding beautiful.

From the first meeting, I knew that Arne and Blooms were the perfect fit for my wedding floral vision. Arne is a creative genius who not only provides great ideas, but listens to your ideas too. He takes the time to get to know you and understand you, and he is very generous with his time during meetings. The florals on our wedding day were better than I ever could have imagined, and I was truly blown away when I saw everything come together in real life. As a simple, minimal person, I really wanted understated and sophisticated flowers, and Arne and his team were spot on with their execution.

Our wedding planner recommended Isa to us as we were searching for a florist/decorator with experience in Indian weddings. During our introductory meeting with Isa, we quickly knew she would be the best fit. The work she produces as a florist is truly incredible and something so special. Isa has such a calm demeanor, which was greatly appreciated during the various stages of wedding planning. She provided decorations and florals for our home, Sangeet, Sikh ceremony, Western ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were more and more impressed with each event she decorated. Isa’s attention to detail is truly unmatched. She has an incredible talent. Isa made our vision come to life and was more impressive than we anticipated. Our wedding decor and florals were incredibly unique. She included my favorite flowers and even added a honeycomb to my bouquet (how cool)! Isa delivered with the organic yet elevated look we desired. The guests that attended our wedding events (including our wedding planner, coordinators, & photographer) made sure to share with us how special everything was. They raved about the floral arrangements and noted how they’ve never seen such incredible work. The quality that Isa produced is unmatched in the local area. She was such a pleasure to work with and felt like family by the end of our wedding! We highly recommend Isa!!

Long story short, I got engaged in November 2019. My mom has used Heather for years before but she knew Heather would not disappoint. I am, to put it lightly, an aggressive planner and knew exactly want I wanted for my wedding. Meeting with Heather was like talking to a friend who has known me for years. She knew exactly the aesthetic and vibe I was looking for. Not only did she understand she was able to connect me with vendors to help make my vision come to life. As the wedding got closer, hard decisions needed to be made, COVID did not improve as many hoped, my 180-people backyard tent wedding, overnight became 20 with 30 days until my wedding. Heather and her team worked with me to still give me my dream wedding but on a smaller scale. Words cannot explain how nervous I was for her team to adjust all the planning and still give me the look I wanted on a much cut budget. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I recommend Heather Lily and her team to anyone and everyone who wants a worry-free event! She will bring your dream event to life!
