I cannot more highly recommend Opalia. Meghan handled the flowers for our
daughter’s wedding, and did an amazing job working within our budget. She was very conscious of the couple’s like and dislikes, and their desire to highlight seasonal flowers, and kept these needs in mind throughout the process.

The resultant arrangements and candles were gorgeous, and Meghan worked hard to use them to their full extent (as a backdrop for the ceremony, then at the reception—even repurposing the bridal party bouquets to be used on the tables). She also used the venue’s space in a creative way to frame the ceremony. She was a kind and calm presence throughout the planning, and at the actual event.

Another lovely touch: Opalia helped us to donate our flowers to BloomAgainBklyn, an organization that picks them up, puts them into new arrangements, and delivers them to nursing home residents and shut-ins. It felt so gratifying to be able to pass along these beautiful flowers to others.
