Hotel Cleveland was an incredible venue for our Friday night welcome event, room block, and after party. From the start, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and productive in working with us to plan our special weekend. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the renovations are stunning, with a unique and upscale aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. When we encountered an issue with our original event space, the team quickly recalibrated and moved us to another gorgeous area of the hotel, ensuring our welcome event went off without a hitch. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the entire event, as well as our guests in the room block. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, unique, and updated venue to host our guests across the wedding weekend. We highly recommend Hotel Cleveland to any couple looking for an upscale and memorable wedding experience.

The marriott was so easy to work with, the planner was so receptive to any feedback and had everything running very smoothly from beginning to end. It took SO much stress off of me and helped me relax and enjoy everything from the rehearsal and night before all through the entire day with a late wedding and reception on New Years Eve. They helped us throw the best party and had a blast ringing in 2020 at the Marriott and celebrating our wedding!! Can't recommend them enough!

Alison and the Arcade team were incredible every step of the way - super knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. Alison's calm, steady presence was a huge source of comfort throughout the wedding planning process. Our out of town guests were awed by the gorgeous venue and we were so, so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Alison & team!

If you even consider having your wedding here...DO IT!! If you want low stress and a magical night...this is the place! We looked at many Cleveland hotels and something kept pulling us here....Mary Vanucci was incredible and part of the reason we originally picked this location. She was always available for all of my questions and took a personal and professional approach to ensure our wedding was everything we imagined. We even had a private area set up for hair and make up...I added breakfast snacks...but an attendant stayed with us the whole time to make sure there was not anything we needed. Everything from the food to the staff was exceptional! Great customer service! Intercontinental & Mary made our wedding night perfect!

My husband and I decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at The Crowne Plaza Cleveland on 9/6/25. Camryn, the wedding coordinator helped us with all the planning and event details. We choose the chandelier wedding package. We did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything on our wedding weekend due to Camryn and her team doing everything for us! They are absolutely amazing. They helped us with all the nerves and bride craziness allowing us to put trust in them! You work with their chef in choosing the food menu. It was by far the best food I have had at a wedding. We were able to choose custom drinks for the open bar based off of the package we chose. This venue is very accommodating for everything we had in mind. We stayed in the presidential suite the weekend of and was way more than enough room to get ready in. Having everything all in one place was great for us and the guests. During the day, Camryn and the staff are there checking in and makes sure everything runs smoothly to the point my husband, family and myself did not have to worry about anything! My husband and I felt like true royalty that weekend being there from how welcoming and helpful Camryn and the staff at Crowne Plaza were. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants their wedding of their dreams to come true!

This was the perfect wedding venue in Cleveland Ohio. Not only is the space beautiful, but the set up is perfect. Logistics are smooth as can be, with the ceremony room, cocktail spaces and reception all on the same floor it makes transition from each event seamless. Not only that, Caroline the event coordinator and day of coordinator there is absolutely amazing. She is the most kind, joyful, detail oriented, organized and supportive person we could have ever imagined. Thanks to her our day went so smooth from start to finish. She is an all star. We 100% recommend this venue for weddings. We had not stop compliments on our venue the whole night and for days after.

We booked The Westin for a wedding block for our May 2022 wedding. We ended up with about 30 rooms in our wedding block. We worked with Erica Bill and she was fantastic to work with. we booked our original block before COVID and had to postpone and rebook twice. Erica was super professional throughout the entire process and was very responsive to any question that I had. Booking vendors that you feel comfortable with is super important and Erica made me feel at ease the whole time. The hotel was in a good central location and our guests really enjoyed the accommodations. It was super easy to coordinate our welcome bags and Erica even made it a point to come and meet us when we dropped them off. Super grateful to Erica and the Westin team!

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible our experience was getting married at the Metropolitan at the 9’s. From start to finish, the attention to detail and care that Kennedy and the entire 9’s team provided were truly otherworldly. They went above and beyond in every sense to ensure we had the most perfect weekend imaginable! For example, during our reception I mentioned feeling a bit sleepy, and Kennedy immediately offered me a cappuccino or an espresso martini (or both!). There were a million other moments and details like these made us feel so special and taken care of—the staff were all so sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best day ever. To add a bit of context, my new husband and I live in Ireland, so planning a wedding with an 8-hour time difference in the States could have been a challenge. However, Kennedy and the 9’s team made the entire process so easy and seamless. You'd never know there was any time difference at all—Kennedy was always there with a fast, kind, and helpful response to all the questions we had no matter the time or day. She also coordinated and took care of all the vendor communications during the week of the wedding to ensure that everything flowed perfectly on our big day! We seriously felt like royalty throughout the entire week. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! If you're reading this and haven't chosen a venue yet, book the 9’s now—it will be the best decision you'll ever make! We had guests traveling in from all over the country, and we’re STILL hearing about how fun and amazing our wedding at the 9’s was. We had so many people say our wedding at the 9’s was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and everyone couldn't stop talking about the delicious food! (The amazing food gets mentioned in every single review for a reason—it's SERIOUSLY some of the best you and your guests will ever eat). All the staff were so kind and helpful, making our guests feel welcome and well taken care of, especially since many of them were visiting Cleveland for the first time. I can't recommend Kennedy, the 9’s staff, and the venue itself enough. We couldn't be happier with how perfect our wedding week was, and we'll be forever grateful to the wonderful team at the 9’s. We can't wait to visit for our anniversary next year!

We held a smaller wedding of 86 people in the Radiant Room/ Highball Room for cocktail lounge at the Ritz. We were so incredibly impressed. They made us feel like Kings and Queens the entire weekend. We worked with Emilia as our event coordinator and she was always available to help calm our nerves and to answer my questions. I highly recommend going with the Ritz. They know what they are doing and we experienced very minimal stress with their assistance. I can't recommend enough!

I'm writing this review to summarize our experience we had staying at the Kimpton Schofield for our son's wedding in Cleveland. (His new wife's family is based in the area, but he and his wife are on the west coast). Their ceremony was in the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, reception at the Cleveland Museum of Art. The Hotel being just 12 minutes away from both of these, served as a key location, and also was conveniently connected to their Friday nights Welcome Event in The Flats area. Likewise there's a wonderful deli/market, Heinens, across the street and it's easy walking distance to the pedestrian area restaurants and bars on 4th Street. We are based in Michigan so we wanted to create a "home" base for all our family and friends coming in from out of town for the 4 day long weekend. The staff at the Kimpton exceeded our expectations throughout the year of planning leading up to the weekend, as did the space they helped us create. We reserved the entire Levi Floor - all 7 apartments - for the immediate families. The eight floor became one giant house, complete with a large gym. The signature 2 bedroom apartment, the Schofield, was an excellent space not only to host family and friends throughout the long weekend, but served as an excellent spot to have the Bride, all 5 bridesmaids, mothers, and a few friends to get hair and makeup prepared for the day. So much fun!! The Rockefeller 2 bedroom apartment was likewise perfect for the Groom and his groomsmen to gather before the big day started. Every detail in these rooms, as well as the other apartments, contributed to our vision of "Our Family Home Away From Home", right down to the well equipped kitchens, comfortable beds/bedding, relaxed furnishings and home essentials like the dishwasher/washer/dryer/iron & steamer. Guests rooms in the hotel blocks were equally perfect for the weekend. I want to particularly highlight how highly impressed I was with Marissa Lee in Sales. Her complete attention to not only every inquiry I made along the way (the year of planning, with two pre walk around visits) but her insightful suggestions for items we could enhance our weekend with, like restaurant & catering services, or city logistical situations we may encounter, helped everything run smoothly. She listened thoughtfully, sent timely detailed confirmation emails, made sure that everything we asked for was followed through upon, and handled coordination with various staff so that nothing got missed. She absolutely was exactly everything I needed and more to help me make everything special for both my and the Brides family. I likewise want to give a shout out to the Hotel's Maintenance/Housekeeping who greatly assisted in making sure every room on the Levi floor was setup properly to our requests (which they met with attention to detail including moving about furniture), that rooms were cleaned working around our wedding events schedule, and the fact that any minor hiccups were immediately taken care of. Furthermore props to Valet!! From assisting with moving carloads of items up to the Levi floor on several occasions, to making sure they were adequately staffed during event times despite it being a Baseball Home Game rush. Lastly, I want to praise the staff who handled the check-in process for all our guests. All was handled smoothly and with a welcoming smile 😊 Our premade welcome bags, which included vouchers to the hotels restaurant, were handed out with care too. Those standing up in the wedding and our family guests were very happy with their grouped room locations and appreciated some early check-ins. The Schofield staff's professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed by myself, my husband or the bride's parents!! We received numerous compliments from our family members and friends about the comfortable accommodations and the excellent service. Especially those who were on the Levi Floor or those that came up to visit - it really did feel like a big family home! I cannot say enough how I truly appreciated Marissa's hard work and their hotel's entire team's efforts in coordinating the multiple bookings, room groupings, and early check-ins. They were truly invaluable and significantly contributed to the smooth and successful long weekend. We found their dedication in making our wedding weekend a success so touching. A truly great location to gather out-of-towner's for a wedding!!
