Overlook Barn was the wedding venue of our dreams! Set on Beech Mountain, the views — especially from Mary’s Meadow, where we had our ceremony — were absolutely breathtaking. The beautifully refurbished horse barn added the perfect rustic charm, and we were able to truly make the reception space our own with florals and personal touches. It’s a venue that can bring any vision to life. The day-of coordinators were phenomenal — incredibly professional, organized, and supportive. Even our wedding planner couldn’t stop praising how seamless and helpful they were throughout the entire day. One of the highlights was their recommended vendor list — every vendor we chose was top-tier. Our caterer was phenomenal, and our florist brought the space to life in the most stunning way. Guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended! There were no hidden fees, no surprises — just a clean, professional, and personalized experience from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend Overlook Barn to any couple looking for a dream wedding venue.

We are so happy to have worked with Kelli and Blake for our event. The touring and communication was perfect, with Kelli answering every question we had very promptly. There were even times I would reach out later in the evening and hear back almost immediately. They were open to new ideas for how to use the space and even coordinated with a Air Haven Transportation for us to get a vintage car parked near the ceremony site. The day-of service was even better with Blake assisting with maintaining a fire in the outdoor space while also securing our decorations against the winds we experienced on our big day. There was an issue with their fridge which was solved in seconds on a phone call, and every need we had was met by their space. This space was purpose-built for events and it shows in every detail. There was nothing we wanted/needed that this space didn't offer, can't recommend this beautiful venue enough, hope the pics speak for themselves.
