Nestled away on sloping hillsides and fringed by the magnificent Boone mountains, The Mill at Rock Creek offers a unique prospect. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a towering waterwheel that channels the babbling rock creek, which wraps around the property and features a cascading waterfall. A 50-foot silo attached to the side of the venue’s main building stands prominently in the wide-open North Carolina sky. Outside, there are multiple locations scattered throughout the property that can be used for ceremony gatherings and many similar activities. Inside, the grand ballroom awaits. Stylishly designed with features such as 100-year-old hand-crafted rustic beams, this area is fitted with a host of modern amenities. This space is climate controlled, ensuring your guests are kept cool or warm depending on the time of year. A charming fireplace is also conveniently located here to ensure all visitors are kept cozy. Cannot recommended the Mill enough!
From the second you walk into the Mill you will feel right at home. This was the first and only venue we toured and I knew right away it was the venue for us.
The ambiance of the Mill gives you the perfect setting for a classy mountain wedding.
The bride and groom suites were spacious making the getting ready process wonderful. Being able to spend time with our friends and family at the venue the morning of took the stress out of traveling the day of our wedding to different locations.
Everyone who works at the Mill especially Amy the venue manager went above and beyond to communicate and make sure all of our questions were answered leading up to the wedding. (Amy literally ROCKS!)
I will be recommending the Mill at Rock Creek to anyone looking for a spectacular breath taking venue.
