Jordyn was the wedding coordinator for my wedding in August 2024. She was a blessing to keep me calm and keep our day running smoothly. We remained on time for all events and pictures throughout the day thanks to her. She also helped navigate what my husband and I wanted, while dealing with some opinionated family members (which can become very difficult for a bride and groom). I am so grateful for Jordyn for taking that burden off of us and handling those friends/family members so professionally and nicely.

I was delighted to have Emily step in to lead a fundraising event for my non-profit. She was incredibly gracious, professional, organized and attentive to detail. Emily made everyone feel valued and important in every aspect of the event. I would highly recommend Emily's services for any occassion for a flawless event.

As much as I wanted to do all my own wedding planning, months out from the day I was so overwhelmed and stressed. I hired Rachel and Emily as planners and day-of coordinators and almost instantly felt relief that I was in good hands. They had many recommendations for important details I hadn't even thought of and were always kind and professional. They helped build a timeline fully customized for how we pictured the day going. The day of, they oversaw vendors and set-up; transported decor, dresses, and desserts; helped manage food for dietary restricted guests; coordinated the late-night snack delivery and set-up; and went above and beyond to pack up all our things at the end of the night and ensure they made it home with us. Our couple's entrance at the reception didn't go exactly as planned, so they along with our other vendors coordinated a tunnel with our guests later in the night that was a total surprise to us and made for a special memory as well as amazing photos. I would recommend any couple work with Rachel & Emily! Our day was everything we had hoped in large part thanks to them.

I've worked with Hannah on several occasions, and I can say she is cream of the crop for all your wedding planning / styling needs! If wedding planning is overwhelming to you and you just want to hand the reigns to someone who KNOWS what they are doing, Hannah is the right choice. She will take your ideas or your Pinterest board and make it come completely to life in a very organized fashion. HIRE HER!

LaShawnda is a professional when it comes to customizing and planning events! She was able to provide creative ideas at my bachelorette party that I hadn't even thought about!

As a Christian who doesn't belong to a church community, God Squad was perfect. I wanted the ceremony to be conducted by a minister, but who would also be flexible to personalize the ceremony and marry us outdoors. Reverend Machon was just that! Helpful, kind, he offered input, and was extremely flexible when plans had to change and were up in the air due to Covid-19. We appreciated the extras that God Squad offered, such as the pre-marital counseling, as well.

Heidi is amazing! She helped us stick to our budget, and had great recommendations for vendors who fit our style. We had regular meetings with her to stay on track and our wedding went off without a hitch. All of our guests told us it was one of their favorite weddings they've ever been to! I can't recommend a better wedding planner!

Where do I even begin to write a review for Michelle with Events by Elle! From the moment my daughter and finance got engaged we knew we wanted Michelle to be their planner. We have followed her for years and knew how wonderful she was as a wedding planner. But what we didn’t know until we spent time with her (a lot of time) just how wonderful she is as a person!! From our very first meeting she felt like a new best friend and she made my daughter, her fiancé and myself feel so comfortable and excited for the planning process. She took all of my daughter’s dreams and turned them into a wedding that still to this day we can’t believe was their wedding!!! Michelle truly cares about what you want and with her years of experience she can guide you and help with every single detail. The DETAILS is what I feel sets Michelle apart from many planners. The DETAILS are her SPECIALTY!!! She designed a wedding for Sydney and Jared that celebrated not only them as a couple but provided an experience that our family and friends will never forget and treasure for a lifetime! We cannot thank Michelle enough all of her hard work and love she poured into my daughter’s wedding! It was PERFECT in EVERY WAY!!!

Sarah and her team were amazing to work with! Every detail was meticulously thought out, and we went into our wedding day without any questions or uncertainties. It was an extremely smooth experience, and we were able to enjoy our wedding day without any unnecessary stress. We greatly appreciate all that the Quintessential Events team did for us, and would highly recommend them!
