I truly cannot say enough great things about Erica! From the very beginning of planning, she was incredibly organized and made the entire process feel manageable. She gave me weekly to-do lists filled with things I never would have thought of but was SO glad she did- from something as simple as reminding me to get my ring cleaned the week before to making sure I had bags packed and everything ready to go. She also gave the best, most honest feedback throughout the entire planning process. She would tell me when something might be a waste of money or time, recommend alternatives, and come up with creative ways to make the details and design look classy and beautiful without spending a fortune. Every vendor she recommended to us ended up being incredible, too. I really felt like I could trust her opinion, which made making a million wedding decisions so much easier. On the wedding day, Erica had the calmest presence and everything ran absolutely perfectly. She had already thought through all of the “what ifs” and had plans in place for everything- which was VERY appreciated by my anxious self lol. I never felt like I needed to check on the timeline, vendors, setup, or any of the little details because I knew Erica had it handled. Even our family and friends kept commenting on how amazing she was and how they had never been to a wedding where someone was so on top of everything. That alone says so much about how incredible she is at what she does. I was actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. One of the things I appreciated most was that she cared about the little details just as much as I did. By the time our wedding arrived, she knew exactly what I envisioned and I could completely trust her to bring it all together. Hiring Erica was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her, and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone planning a wedding!

We had Erica and her team with us during our wedding day. Everybody always jokingly said that something wouldn't go our way on the actual wedding day. There was not 1 mistake, 1 timing issue, etc. I believe this was all because of Erica and organization. She was on top of the ball throughout the whole planning process. She was easy, fast with communicating, brought ideas to the table, personable, all the good things. She never made us feel annoying with our thousands of questions, she "saved the day" a few times, and never let my fiance and I go without anything we needed. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Kylie was always on time, punctual, and dependable. She had great communication leading up to the wedding and even caught things in some of my vendor contracts that I had not noticed (for example, my vendor would not light the candles but I did not notice that). The day of the wedding, my liquor vendor forgot to bring all of the mixers. Kylie took care of it right away and I didn't have to worry about it at all. Kylie also helped with all of the décor, scheduling vendors, keeping vendors accountable, wedding timeline and tipping. One of the vendors returned some of the deposit since it was overpaid, and Kylie ensured that the funds got back to me right away. Our wedding went so smoothly and all of my family and friends commented on how professional Kylie & her team were. I would highly recommend her and she is incredibly trust worthy and patient.

EJW was a HUGE help on the wedding day and alllllll of the days leading up to it. Kylie & Erica were there to answer every text, email, and provided thoughtful responses to my questions. They’re thorough, detail-oriented, and 100% trustworthy when it comes to handling all the things for your special day. Kylie was my lead coordinator and she was kind, poised, and quick to solve any hiccups that arose. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. If you’re thinking about hiring a coordinator but are unsure if it’s worth it, I promise you it is. They can do things behind the scenes to help the day run seamlessly so you can focus on all else! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!

For just starting out you would think that Erica had been planning weeding for years.
