Sarah & Brooke were great to work with! Everything on our special day was perfect, and they were really excellent at piecing together my random bits of a vision and making it one, coherent piece. We got married in a massive space at Arrowhead stadium, but they made it seem intimate yet still spacious. Additionally, I have a very chaotic work schedule, but they did a great job keeping me organized and on-track during the planning phase and hooked us up with A+ vendors. Added bonus - they're both super fun, too! With all the hours going into wedding planning, it's nice to have fun, chill people to do it with.

Brooke and the rest of their team, made all of our wedding day dreams come to life! They helped us think of every single detail and produce a wedding more beautiful then we could have every imagined! Their experience with the industry truly showed when working with our budget and hiring other vendors! My parents and I could not have done everything without them! After interviewing a few Wedding Planners we decided to hire Sarah with Quintessential Events for our daughter's wedding. Best decision we made! Sarah responds promptly which was super important to us. With it being our first wedding to plan we relied heavily on Sarah for her expertise and vendor connections/recommendations. It became evident to us early on that Sarah has a great rapport with KC vendors in the wedding industry! Sarah's knowledge, organizational skills and professionalism made our daughter's wedding and reception stress-free for us. Our reception had many moving parts including a plated dinner for over 300 guests. As the MOB I was asked many times throughout the process including day of and during the reception if I was nervous and stressed. I can honestly say I answered No because I was so confident in Sarah and her team to pull off an extraordinary event. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our daughter and son-in-laws beautiful day because we were in such good hands with Quintessential Events. I am a very detail orientated person which Sarah respected, and she exceeded our expectations. With such a large event I'm sure there were hiccups throughout the day but I was not aware as Sarah just handled it, leaving us to just enjoy the day and soak it all in. We cannot recommend QE enough if you are looking for an event planner who knows how to get the job done and make it look stress-free!

Sarah, Brooke and the rest of the QE team made the wedding planning process smooth, easy and honestly SO fun. I cannot imagine doing any of the planning without them.
