Megan is the best. She made my daughters wedding dreams come true. Megan is professional but also very personable and fun. There is no way the wedding would have come together without her. Thank you Meghan you are the best!

Being in Manhattan as a full time student but having a wedding in Kansas City was challenging but worked out perfectly because of Megan. Megan kept in CONSTANT communication with both my mother and myself. She kept us on track and had so many ideas and suggestions. My wedding was exactly what I wanted, the day went so smoothly and without Megan’s numerous connections we would not have had such an amazing day. Her day of coordination was spot on. She thought of SO MANY things that I would have never thought of (how does my purse and luggage end up to the hotel?? Who gets all of the cards and wedding gifts from KC to Manhattan??). We had no issues day of, and the few issues we had a couple of days before the wedding I did not have to deal with at all. Megan communicated with all of our vendors and made the day run so smoothly. I would highly recommend her as your wedding planner, hands down the best decision my mother and I made.

We could not have had such a fantastic day without Megan's sage advice and incredible patience. Her coordination on the day-of our wedding was worth all the money in the world. And leading up to the wedding, she helped us design a vision, contract with vendors and was just a shoulder to lean on when things got dramatic (what is it with weddings that brings out the family drama? oof!). Megan is a rock star and a kind soul who genuinely wants to see you and your partner happy on your wedding day. You cannot go wrong with her!

Meg was AMAZING with our wedding weekend coordination. She corralled two sets of extremely spacey families, wedding parties, and officiants to have a perfect ceremony. She worked with all the rest of my vendors (whom she'd only met that weekend) flawlessly. Finally, she took an undecorated tent and my half-formed vision and constructed a dream reception with an army of volunteers! I should note that all of this was done with ZERO oversight from me. I honestly can't even imagine what I'd have done without her.

Megan planned our wedding from start to finish. She provided the absolute best service for any amount of money! I had a list of "must haves" (outdoor wedding, great music, great food, open bar). Megan was able to set us up with fantastic service partners that met our requirements and we would recommend to anyone. She was also able to streamline our costs in other areas (without sacrificing quality) so that we could focus on what was important to us and stay within our budget. Most importantly, it was truly a day to remember. We essentially had the plug pulled on us as no one wanted to stop partying or leave because they were having such a great time. Thanks, Megan!

Megan was a God send! She was calm, professional, organized, and so sweet and welcoming to the guest. She made sure the venue was decorated to my exact specifications and keep track of all my decor, boxes and pictures! Even though I made several timeline changes day of Megan handled them with ease and pose. She made everything I wanted a reality.

Megan was absolutely wonderful to work with and allowed me to enjoy every minute of our event to celebrate the wedding of our son and daughter-in-love, who had been married in another state. This was our last child to be married and we wanted our Kansas City friends to be able to celebrate without recreating another wedding. Megan got to know us and created a street party reception that was so much fun for our friends and family. She made absolutely every thing happen from pulling street permits, to hiring vendors. She worked non-stop to decorate and paid attention to every detail. We were so proud to host this reception for our son. Megan gave us the most peaceful, stress-free, fun party we have ever been to.

My daughter was living in another city but wanted to be married here in KC. I am a super type A detailed oriented physician who absolutely could plan her wedding-Thank goodness I didn’t! I had many friends and family comment “why are you hiring a wedding planner? You don’t need one!” and I am so glad I went forward with Megan Julian. She has a very professional background in theatre and that creativity and ability to improvise was invaluable. She was great at guiding and never overpowered the decisions of the bride and groom. Megan worked with myself here as the local contact and then with the bride and groom while they were at K-State. She was a great liaison and able to take the pressure off myself. I could simply tell my daughter “why don’t you text Megan about that?” Saved our mother-daughter relationship planning this wedding! She had all the little touches at the end taken care of: transported all the luggage and items to the hotel for the bride and groom; loaded up her car with all the décor/personal items we brought and she brought them to our house after the reception. She even had vases ready for me to take home the floral arrangements from the reception! I never saw the ceremony site, nor the reception site until we arrived and she had it all completed and coordinated, exceeding our expectations. You may think you do not need a wedding planner…but take it from this doctor-you do! Or you will end up visiting me in my Emergency Department after the wedding….Mother of the Bride
