I initially contacted her 3 months prior to our wedding as I thought I could do it all on my own - big mistake! She jumped right in and handled absolutely everything in such a timely and calm manner. Wedding day was upon us and she made sure everything was done, we had time to chill/rest/relax knowing that she would handle all the details. Cori was INCREDIBLE.
We initially looked into event planning and coordinating services only because our venue required it. We met with Cori and were impressed with her ideas & energy, and decided she would be a good fit to be our day-of coordinator. When we met with our venue a month out, we were surprised and impressed to find she had already contacted almost all of our vendors to confirm we were all on the same page, and continued to contact our vendors leading up to our day with updates and detail confirmation.
Our big day went seamlessly - thanks to Cori. She was everywhere at once, making sure floral arrangements got to their places, food was delivered and name tagged, reserved signs were placed, ushers knew what they were doing, and also finding time to sneak me desserts! She saved me an incredible amount of time both leading up to the wedding, doing busy work that I would have avoided, and on the day of, taking care of the loose ends and stressors that would've taken away from my ability to enjoy our day.

We started planning in January 2024 and our wedding was July 2024. Though it was a shorter-than-normal time frame, no details were left out. We were lucky enough to have the full planning package, so Cori and her expertise were at our disposal. Every meeting was detailed, yet efficient. If I wasn't on track with a task, she would kindly follow up. She made sure all vendors knew the details and would always keep me looped in.

The day of, she was always by my side making sure I was ok and that I had what I needed (drinks, makeup, etc). Her team day of was also extremely professional and made sure nothing went wrong, and if it did, I didn't know about it.
