Hiring Amanda was a recommendation from our photographer and I honestly could write an entire novel on how amazing Amanda is. She was worth every single penny and then some. I truly do not believe we would have been able to enjoy our day in the way that we were without her. We even were able to sit down and have an entire meal, which is almost unheard of for the bride and groom! She handled sh*t in ways that I didn’t know where possible and as far as I am aware the day went by as smooth as it could have. If you can find it in your budget, I HIGHLY recommend hiring a day of coordinator and recommend Amanda because she WILL make your day as perfect and stress free as possible!

Working with Amanda was a fantastic experience. I truly can not recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was the reassurance and organization I needed. Especially considered we were forecasted a 100% chance of rain the night before our outdoor wedding (which ended up being a perfectly sunny day, thank goodness). She made sure we had a backup plan and was so comforting and proactive. I'm sure there were a ton of issues that came up during the wedding, but I never knew about them because she handled EVERYTHING. She brought a teammate who was just as amazing. I really cannot recommend P.I.E. enough!!!

Working with Amanda and her crew was an amazing experience. For starters, the original 2020 date was rescheduled to 2021, which is chaos in itself, but she made the process easier than I ever would have. I worry and overthink a lot, but Amanda refused to let me go down the rabbit holes. She kept in constant contact with ALL vendors, which was great because there were times when I didn't want to communicate with one or two lol She kept track of everything and kept calm through every twist and turn.

The day of our wedding was probably a bit chaotic, but I didn't know - except when a GM broke a vase right before the ceremony 😬 BUT, no worries, P.I.E had a backup outside 😁 Her team made sure our plates and glasses were full and everything went on schedule. I just cannot find enough words to express my gratitude for their kindness, patience and professionalism. Top tier service that I will always, and have, recommend.

Super Planner-organized, friendly, helpful, hard worker, understanding, capable, positive attitude. From our first phone call, I liked Amanda. I trusted her with the wedding plans and she executed them perfectly. Mother nature was not cooperating for awhile with 25-30 mph winds but this did not deter Amanda from making great adjustments with the tent, tablecloths and centerpieces. The wind began to subside as soon as the ceremony began and everything was beautiful. Amanda is fun to plan and work with. I am 100% pleased with everything this lovely lady and her team did for our special day.

Amanda was such a big help on our Wedding day, as well as leading up to it. We elected to do most of the planning ourselves, but quickly realized we needed someone to bring everything together and that's exactly what she did. There are not enough amazing things to say about Amanda! Leading up to the wedding and the day of, Amanda consistently went above and beyond to make this a beautiful day for my mother. She was flexible and kept my mother and I calm during what could be considered a stressful time. She took my mothers vision, listened to her and made sure that she got exactly what she wanted.
