Hiring Amanda was a recommendation from our photographer and I honestly could write an entire novel on how amazing Amanda is. She was worth every single penny and then some. I truly do not believe we would have been able to enjoy our day in the way that we were without her. We even were able to sit down and have an entire meal, which is almost unheard of for the bride and groom! She handled sh*t in ways that I didn’t know where possible and as far as I am aware the day went by as smooth as it could have. If you can find it in your budget, I HIGHLY recommend hiring a day of coordinator and recommend Amanda because she WILL make your day as perfect and stress free as possible! -

Working with Amanda was a fantastic experience. I truly can not recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was the reassurance and organization I needed. Especially considered we were forecasted a 100% chance of rain the night before our outdoor wedding (which ended up being a perfectly sunny day, thank goodness). She made sure we had a backup plan and was so comforting and proactive. I'm sure there were a ton of issues that came up during the wedding, but I never knew about them because she handled EVERYTHING. She brought a teammate who was just as amazing. I really cannot recommend P.I.E. enough!!! -

OVER AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!!
Amanda rode with us the entire journey of planning from start to finish…..I CANT IMAGINE what we would have done without her. Planning a wedding while under the pressures of COVID and its many restrictions Amanda took away all stress and worries. From switching venues several times, to adjusting our guest list. Amanda made it HAPPEN! We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her for our Special Day!!! We can’t Thank Her and her team enough for the wonderful event! THE DAY WAS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

Working with Amanda and her crew was an amazing experience. For starters, the original 2020 date was rescheduled to 2021, which is chaos in itself, but she made the process easier than I ever would have. I worry and overthink a lot, but Amanda refused to let me go down the rabbit holes. She kept in constant contact with ALL vendors, which was great because there were times when I didn't want to communicate with one or two lol She kept track of everything and kept calm through every twist and turn.
The day of our wedding was probably a bit chaotic, but I didn't know - except when a GM broke a vase right before the ceremony 😬 BUT, no worries, P.I.E had a backup outside 😁 Her team made sure our plates and glasses were full and everything went on schedule. I just cannot find enough words to express my gratitude for their kindness, patience and professionalism. Top tier service that I will always, and have, recommend.

Would Recommend!
Amanda was such a big help on our Wedding day, as well as leading up to it. We elected to do most of the planning ourselves, but quickly realized we needed someone to bring everything together and that's exactly what she did. Amanda is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what questions to ask. She went above and beyond our expectations, and made sure everything was to our liking. If you want to be able to fully enjoy your special day and lower your stress then you need to book her! -

Amanda is a visionary. PIE is a great company with great people who want to see you happy. They can turn a rock into a diamond in just a few hours. Big budget or small they can make your event pop. Book your next event with them today. Amanda promised our wedding would be magical and during this time of uncertainty with Covid 19 we weren’t to sure. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Perfectly ImPerfect Events for making our night a dream come to life. -

Amanda was amazing to work with. There was no way we would have had a wedding that beautiful without her. From the beginning she was very professional and prompt. I felt as if she treated us as family and not clients. She is very detailed oriented and kept us on track while providing support in areas we were unfamiliar with. She definitely does her homework and understands the wedding process. Any questions I asked she was able to answer or get the answer to me right away. She listened to my vision and brought it to reality. She captured every part of our personalities in the wedding and it was soooo beautiful, including my husbands need for specific decor. On my wedding day I was able to relax knowing everything was being taken care of. Any issues or last minute upsets, I had no idea it happened. I really appreciate the respect, hard-work, professionalism, expertise and she provided us during the entire wedding process (which was year). I know I will be booking her in the future. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her for any and all of your future events. -

Amanda was the best!! She was actually one of the last vendors we "bought" and I'm soooo glad we went with her! We chose her as our day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. Amanda offered song suggestions, kept me calm, and was very organized. All of my vendors and family/bridal party loved her! It feels good when you hire someone as a vendor but finish out business more like friends! -

Carlton Sent on 06/18/2018I had no idea the amount of time and effort it took to plan a Destination Wedding but Perfectly Imperfect Events made that possible!
Being the perfectionists that my partner and I are, we constantly racked our brains about every little detail about our wedding. We had to accommodate 50+ family members and friends to attend our special day out of the country. Luckily we had Amanda to take ALL the stress away from us and we were able to just focus on ourselves.
Amanda's energy was very enthusiastic and motivational from our first conversation. She basically treated us like family and made us feel at ease about our wedding day. She was very calm as well as strict when it came to deadlines and dates. She made sure that our vendors had everything that they needed and that the wedding party attended rehearsals promptly.
To this day, we still get many compliments about our beautiful wedding. I thank Perfectly Imperfect Events for their help in making our day even more special :-)
