I cannot recommend this venue enough for anyone planning their wedding! From start to finish, everything about our special day was absolutely perfect. The staff and event manager truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and dedication made all the difference. Our family and guests were incredibly impressed, not only by the beauty of the venue but also by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The level of service provided was exceptional—everyone was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made sure that all of our needs were met, from the smallest requests to the more significant aspects of the event. The event manager/captain were a superstar, coordinating everything effortlessly and ensuring that the day flowed seamlessly. It felt like we were in the best hands possible, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding. If you're looking for a venue that delivers not only a stunning setting but also a team that genuinely cares about making your day special, this is the place. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will always cherish the memories they helped create.

We loved having our wedding here! Katie was so fun to work with and in the end made sure everything went perfectly. The food is incredible!!! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing!

City Flats in Grand Rapids was so easy to work with, and made our wedding just what we wanted! Morgan and her team were professional and highly organized. They had great recommendations for how to get family members involved in set up, went out of their way to source the dessert we wanted (root beer floats!), and the day of were very available to help. We felt like we were in great hands the whole process. For the space itself - it is absolutely beautiful and the perfect downtown location. The Ballroom for the ceremony allowed to lots of natural light, while being indoors and protected from the elements. The Events room worked perfectly for cocktail hour, and we were able to use the sound system to run some games. The reception in the Ballroom was gorgeous, and required minimal decorations because the room was so beautiful. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers a banquet room and food for a phenomenal deal. We had a dinner buffet for 100 guests with 3 meat entrees, two vegetables, potato, rolls, and sald for $18.95 per person. The food was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean- with a discounted rate for guests who booked early. All staff members were professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a Grand Rapids function. The hotel is on Ann Street, north of downtown, but has great views and FREE parking.

We had a Wonderful time. I loved it

Everyone and everything was done exactly as promised, professionally and with style and grace. Many guests commented on the delicious food and generous portions (we had a luncheon reception). Waitstaff was adequate and always available. Gifts were loaded onto luggage carts and ready to place in cars. At least one staff member stayed until the very end of the reception when everything was packed up and ready to go. Very enjoyable experience and good value for the money.

I really enjoyed the space they set up for our ceremony and reception. It was clean and properly staffed at all times. I was a bit discouraged by the price at first, but feel it was well worth it in the end.

We had our wedding reception at The Sheraton this fall and had a great experience! Even before the hotel was officially open, they were very attentive to our needs and we had rave reviews about the food. Since our wedding, the venue is even more beautiful and we have stayed in contact with the incredible staff—namely Mary, Stacie, and Kirsten. Thank you for everything, team!
