Whitney Holmes from Christina Burton Events is amazing. We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding on October 8, 2022 and she made sure that everything was perfect on our special day. I met with Whitney a few times in the months leading up to the wedding so she knew every little detail about the day. She also sent me an online planning tool where I could update things about the wedding for her there too which made me feel like we were always in touch. She created the most detailed timeline for our wedding day and made sure every single vendor had it. On the day of the wedding, Whitney took care of literally everything. I have no idea when vendors showed up, when or how they got set up, or anything because Whitney had it completely under control. That meant I was able to be entirely stress free and enjoy my day with my girls while getting ready! Whitney rangled in my wedding party when it was time for pictures, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception portion of the day and we never got off schedule - which I super appreciate because it meant my husband and I got to enjoy every single moment of our wedding without being rushed. Our wedding was a dream and turned out beautifully, all thanks to Whitney from CBE. If you’re thinking about hiring her, do it now before she books up!! You simply cannot have your wedding without her. We love you so much Whitney!! Thank you!!

Leaving this review because, as a former bride, I understand how hard finding a wedding coordinator can be. If you hire Madison, YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS. We met with a lot of coordinators and I felt like most of them were just trying to push us to spend more money for an "instagram worthy" wedding. Madison was the only coordinator we met with that made us feel like she actually had our best interest at heart, and wasn't just pushing us to spend more unnecessary money. Having great vendors in your corner on wedding day can really make or break your experience. From the moment Madison arrived at our venue, she went to work making sure everything was as we imagined. She went above and beyond to always make sure we were happy and accommodated. Even our wedding party made numerous comments about how great our coordinator was. As a DIY bride, I was always worried things would turn out to looking DIY'd. Madison took my vision and everything turned out STUNNING. She was a true joy to work with and I would recommend her to any engaged couple!

Lauren and the staff at Blooms by Essential Details made my wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined! They took my crazy explanations and turned them into reality. It's almost like they knew exactly what I was picturing. I was able to supply some of the decor myself, and they were able to incorporate it into their arrangements. Getting everything in place and then moving it into the reception area was flawless. Also, they were significantly cheaper than many other places I had visited, and I think they did a better job than anyone else would have. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Taylor is VERY driven and passionate about event coordinating. I have had multiple occasions to see her in action. As a makeup artist, I run into many other talented vendors at weddings and can see how they work. I also have had the pleasure of being in a wedding she coordinated. Since, I've seen multiple vendors and their type of work, I am very critical. With that being said, Taylor is very organized and works wonderfully with time management. To add to this, she has a very creative eye. Seeing her put together ideas, colors, decor, etc. was highly inspiring. Her work is always unique as well as cohesive. She is very good at implementing multiple senses of visions, to fit each couple's personality and individual style. Pricing is very affordable in comparison to other wedding planners, and I think that with the quality of work she does, it's something brides/couples cannot pass up. Communicating was always very easy, and she gets back to you right away. Highly recommend for your special event or wedding. A very experienced and talented woman!

Veronica was so much more than a day-of coordinator. We were planning our wedding out of town at Hazelnut Farm and she walked us through every step of the process remotely beginning in January. Big Day Events was worth every penny and more. Veronica was available for every question and phone call, she even went out of her way to coordinate our linen and table top rentals. She was extremely patient with this type-A bride and I will always be grateful for that. She coordinated effortlessly with our band, caterer, bar service, florist, photographer and dessert caterer. She had the bridal suite packed up and ready to go so I could enjoy the end of the night. We will always be so grateful to Veronica and Big Day Events.
