Reagan helped us so much with not just the day of coordination, but the the whole month leading up to the wedding. She helped with building out our schedule and helped us figure out a lot of things at the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she was there helping us from set up to tear down. Our stress levels were so high leading up to the wedding but when we handed things off to Reagan on the big day it was such a relief knowing that she was on the same page as us, and she made everything go absolutely perfectly. She even took the flower arrangements that were left over to a nursing home for us the next day. She is a wonderful person and an absolute pro at this and we can't recommend her enough!

I worked with Candice for my September 2025 wedding at the Kentucky Derby museum. She made the process so lovely. And helped me organize more than I thought I needed to. She gave me good questions to think about to help with the flow of the event and she executed all of my wildest dreams for my wedding. She was very accommodating to all my request and I can’t thank her enough for helping with my wedding!

Ever since I first met Rose in 2024, I knew she was the wedding planner for me! She was so professional and responsive for every detail I wanted. She turned my dreams and inspirations into reality and made my wedding day the smoothest day possible - it truly was perfect! There is no one else I would have trusted to coordinate my wedding day or do my florals and rentals. My hydrangeas were perfect is every way and they made the space. Every little detail was in the perfect place and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. 🫶🏼

We LOVED working with Angela and the Bit-by-Bit team! She made the whole process fun and stress-free. She understood my vision right away and helped with every detail from suggesting the best vendors to picking out the cutest plates and glassware. Angela brought the wedding of my dreams to life and it was more beautiful than I ever imagined. I was lucky enough to have Lauren and Meghan help out on the day of. Along with Angela, they made me feel so calm and beautiful the whole day. They took care of absolutely everything, even some last minute changes on my end. They were very professional and fun! I could not recommend them enough!

We hired Jackie to be our day-of coordinator. She told us up front that she didn't know that we needed her, since we were having a small wedding, but we are glad we hired her! I recommend every bride hire a day-of coordinator, because I didn't have to think about a thing on my wedding day. She coordinated all the vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She was also very helpful in the planning process- she asked us good questions, truly thinking of every last detail, she offered helpful ideas and direction from past experiences, and she was always available for random questions when I didn't know who to ask. Our only complaint is that there was some confusion on our end about her responsibilities, and what we could/couldn't expect her to do leading up to the wedding. Otherwise she was great!! Thank you Jackie!!

Planning our wedding was stress free from the day we hired Shelly. She had great ideas and helped pull all of mine together. She was always available and organized. The day of our wedding didn't have a glitch. She and her staff kept everything on track. I couldn't imagine doing it without her!

Elegant Events by Jan was PHENOMENAL in making my wedding dreams a reality! I have known Mrs. Jan for a very long time and she made this process easy to go through. I told her and her team my vision and they made it a reality. I received so many compliments on the decor and how everything was set up so elegantly. I HIGHLY recommend her and her services!

Sara was awesome! She met with me once to help find vendors in the area and offered to meet again to help with timeline.

and her team are incredible!! Hiring a wedding planner and specifically this team was one of the best decisions we made when it came to planning our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure that every part of our day was what we had envisioned. The day of the wedding my husband and I felt like a special guest at our own event because of how well they had managed the whole event. There was not one ounce of worry or stress we felt going into the day and not one thing went wrong! I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who put in effort to make our day something we will remember for the rest of our lives!

I booked Crystal two months before my wedding. Initially, I thought I wouldn’t need help tying everything together or having someone there on the day of, but as my wedding day approached, I found myself increasingly stressed about handling various details. My family, in hindsight, wasn't much help either. After searching online for reviews and recommendations for day-of coordinators, I found Crystal through a comment on one of my Facebook posts. I looked her up, gave her a call, and I'm so glad I did. She was incredibly reassuring, answering all my questions with expertise and positivity. What I loved most was her honesty and transparency—she made it clear that while no wedding is perfect and things might go wrong, she would be there to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Her realistic and upfront approach was exactly what I needed. Additionally, I have a tough crowd of family and friends that are difficult to wrangle, and I knew I needed someone who could be my voice, my strength, and my structure. I didn’t want to have to yell at people to get in line for photos or constantly worry about where my mom or dad were. That was my biggest stress, and I wanted someone else to handle the dirty work for me. Crystal did just that, allowing me to enjoy my day without any added pressure. Crystal did anything and everything I asked of her. Her communication was top-notch. While some people might say she sometimes didn't write back for a week, I understood she had other clients to deal with as well. I took a realistic approach to all my vendors, treating them as professionals with businesses to run, and not expecting 24/7 availability. Crystal was always there to answer my questions and reassure me. She was quick to come up with ideas and solutions when I hit roadblocks. One of the things I really enjoyed about her month-of service was her availability via text, call, and email. She was always so helpful, providing ideas and suggestions I hadn't thought of. On the day of the wedding, she proved herself invaluable. My makeup artist was 45 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway, some family members were threatening to show up uninvited, friends who RSVPed didn't show, and one bridesmaid decided to be a no-show. Crystal managed everything with grace and efficiency, making sure the day went as smoothly as possible despite these challenges. The wedding day had a few hiccups. Our caterer, despite a rigorous interview process, didn’t meet expectations. There were mishaps with the food, including wrong items for guests with dietary restrictions, which was very frustrating. However, Crystal handled it fluently and ensured we were taken care of. She was constantly checking in with my parents and in-laws, making sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. She went above and beyond, never once appearing stressed. She was quick to fix any issues that arose, always knowing exactly what to do. I never had to worry that things were going crazy—she would handle it and return with everything in order. I highly recommend Crystal. She is amazing, loving, caring, kind, fun, and spunky. She has that "mean girl" vibe when necessary, demanding the best from vendors and not taking anyone's crap. When some guests drank too much, she handled it discreetly and efficiently. She was there every step of the way, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I meet who needs a wedding coordinator. Even other vendors commented on how incredible she was, saying she was one of the best coordinators they had ever worked with. Crystal has a true passion for her work, knows exactly what she’s doing, and has a great time doing it. I wanted my vendors to feel like part of the day, not like strangers, and Crystal made that happen beautifully.
