Candice was my day of coordinator and we started working together about 6 weeks prior to my wedding. She is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She ran my rehersal for me and met with me at the venue to go through the day step by step which allowed us to iron out all the kinks and make sure we had a strong game plan laid out ahead of time which makes everything run more smoothly. After this she put together a day of timeline and sent it to all my vendors so all the moving pieces could work more efficiently together. She had a beautiful wooden welcome sign made up for my wedding and let me use her votives. On the day of she took care of all the details. The only vendors that spoke with me were my photographer and videographer. She made sure my husband and I had food and our favorite drinks throughout the night. We sat together in private for 10 mins before the reception started and she had us a plate of appetizers and drinks. At the end of the night, I didn't have to lift a finger. She made sure all our personal belongings, decorations and wedding gifts were packed into our truck that we picked up the next day, so it was so easy on us and very helpful. She made my day stress free and more enjoyable.

Let me say first that Candice is absolutely WONDERFUL. My wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was without her. With my husband and I planning a wedding from across the country she took all the stress off of us especially in the final stages of the planning process. She is so organized and very responsive, even with all my questions I threw at her (there were tons). Because of her the wedding day went seamlessly and was everything I wanted. She is a true wedding planning/coordinating professional that went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams a reality. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Candice!!

I worked with Candice for my September 2025 wedding at the Kentucky Derby museum. She made the process so lovely. And helped me organize more than I thought I needed to. She gave me good questions to think about to help with the flow of the event and she executed all of my wildest dreams for my wedding.

We hired Candice as our day of planner and she went above and beyond to make our day special! She met with me several times, calmed my nerves, and knew every detail to ask about to make sure I had everything in line. On wedding day, she blew my mind! My mom and I are both pretty type A and I didn't want us to stress about getting things in order but we were relaxed (something I thought was impossible!) and she handled everything with ease. She made executive decisions when she needed to, unloaded everything I needed & loaded everything back up to drop it off at a secure location while we were honeymooning. I mean, she does it all!! I highly recommend her.

I am so happy we hired Candice as our wedding planner! Without her wedding planning would have been so stressful. Candice took my dream and made it come to life!! From the beginning she helped us choose all our vendors, I wouldn’t have even known where to start but she gave her recommendations for everything which made it so easy and took the stress out of worrying if we were choosing the right vendors. She took over contacting all the vendors and coordinating timelines with everyone which again took a lot of stress off us. She created our entire timeline and made multiple adjustments when things came up along the way, another thing I would not have known how to handle on my own. Not to mention she answered all of my hundreds of random texts with random questions right away that came up along the way. Not only on the day of our wedding but also for rehearsal she ran the whole show, complete set up and tear down, placing everything we needed back in our wedding suite at the end of the night. She truly made our day so much more enjoyable than it would have been without her. We cannot recommend her enough!!!
