I worked with Candice for my September 2025 wedding at the Kentucky Derby museum. She made the process so lovely. And helped me organize more than I thought I needed to. She gave me good questions to think about to help with the flow of the event and she executed all of my wildest dreams for my wedding.

Candice was our Wedding Coordinator for our daughter’s wedding on June 20, 2024. She was outstanding. Can’t even begin to articulate how professional and helpful and problem-solving she was. She thinks out of the box and works extremely hard. She is there for the bride and to help navigate all the decision-making. She saved us money by looking over invoices from vendors. We have another daughter who will be getting married soon and we will hire her again.

I am so happy we hired Candice as our wedding planner! Without her wedding planning would have been so stressful. Candice took my dream and made it come to life!! From the beginning she helped us choose all our vendors, I wouldn’t have even known where to start but she gave her recommendations for everything which made it so easy and took the stress out of worrying if we were choosing the right vendors. She took over contacting all the vendors and coordinating timelines with everyone which again took a lot of stress off us. She created our entire timeline and made multiple adjustments when things came up along the way, another thing I would not have known how to handle on my own. Not to mention she answered all of my hundreds of random texts with random questions right away that came up along the way. Not only on the day of our wedding but also for rehearsal she ran the whole show, complete set up and tear down, placing everything we needed back in our wedding suite at the end of the night. She truly made our day so much more enjoyable than it would have been without her. We cannot recommend her enough!!!

I got to work with Candice Ford at a wedding that I was DJ at. She was terrific and so helpful to me while she was still doing her job for the bride and groom. She communicates well and has authority and heart at the same time. I would like to work with her again.

We hired Candice as our day of planner and she went above and beyond to make our day special! She met with me several times, calmed my nerves, and knew every detail to ask about to make sure I had everything in line. On wedding day, she blew my mind! My mom and I are both pretty type A and I didn't want us to stress about getting things in order but we were relaxed (something I thought was impossible!) and she handled everything with ease. She made executive decisions when she needed to, unloaded everything I needed & loaded everything back up to drop it off at a secure location while we were honeymooning. I mean, she does it all!! I highly recommend her.

Candice was an absolute life saver! My wife and I hired her to coordinate our wedding day (once we discovered how much work was actually involved in making the day run smoothly). Candice did SO much more than just coordinate Day-of. She was present for our final walkthrough with the venue, she was present for rehearsal, and she helped us establish a full day timeline for the wedding. She helped us work through things we hadn't even considered. Candice is the sweetest and most professional person. She was great about communication and definitely made us feel like a priority! The way she decorated the venue was exactly what we hoped for, she did a wonderful job. Candice allowed my wife and I to only worry about getting married, not chasing down a thousand tiny things. She kept us on schedule and handled every little problem that came up before and during the wedding. Additionally, Candice made navigating the current COVID restrictions much less painful than I feared it would be! She was very flexible about us changing venues and coordinating with our vendors. She was willing to commute from Lexington to Jeffersonville, IN several times. I would 100% recommend Candice to anyone and everyone!
