My husband and I were blessed to have been introduced to Jackie through our photographer, Adam Brennan. Down to Every Last Detail, she nailed it. Finding the perfect day of coordinator for our wedding day was one of the most stressful parts of planning my wedding but the moment I spoke to Jackie, I knew we hit the jack pot and our day would go smoothly with her in charge. I can’t imagine anyone not having anything but an incredible experience with Jackie being a part of your wedding day! She is so nice and we immediately felt comfortable with her the moment we met. She was always available to talk and answer any questions we had and helped us make the appropriate decisions, only reassuring us we made the perfect choice by hiring her for our wedding day! She was so organized and made separate timelines for each vendor and our wedding party. Her timelines were perfectly detailed and she thought of things we never would have even thought of until the day of, such as leftovers and back up plans. Everyone always knew what was going on thanks to Jackie being such an experienced professional and keeping everything, including our many vendors right on track! On our wedding day, Jackie kept our drinks full and made our day not only go efficiently; she also managed to pull off a once in a lifetime wedding experience by finding a few local drum line members from a competition down the street to perform at our wedding! Talk about a show stopper! She will literally do anything for her brides. Our day was completely stress-free and we owe that to Jackie, who helped make our dream wedding a reality! My husband and I can’t thank Jackie enough for allowing us to enjoy our evening by coordinating our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and she was successful in doing so! We love Jackie and would have been lost without her. We hired Jackie to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and it's one of the best decisions I made while planning! Jackie's attention to detail made both the planning process and the wedding day run incredibly smoothly. Her advice and timeline for the wedding day was invaluable, and she anticipated things I didn't even know I would need on the day. Jackie was very responsive on the wedding day, and her genuine and fun personality made her a joy to have around!

My daughter had two weddings in one day...... An Indian wedding in the morning and a Catholic ceremony in the afternoon. There was so much planning involved due to this as well as the size of the wedding and number of attendants. ( 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen). Jackie was perfectly organized and was there every minute to facilitate without ever being intrusive. Her calm and pleasant attitude and demeanor helped to keep everyone else from getting nervous or overwhelmed! Everything just seemed to go smoothly without my even noticing her directing things! She let us have our wonderful day and her presence was a godsend. I would recommend her highly.

I can't say enough about Jackie and her team from the start of planning the wedding to the end of our wedding night. I don't know how I would have done any of it without her. Jackie was so helpful from just broad ideas down to the detail. And she made sure we stayed true to what I wanted. I will never forget when my groom and I were sitting at our sweetheart table at the wedding, Jackie looked over and I could tell she was more concerned about how we were doing than anything else. She made sure we had our special night and I wish we could do it all over again. It was truly magical and your wedding will be the same if Jackie is involved.

Jackie was an absolute delight to work with! When I got engaged I originally planned on planning the wedding myself--- after looking at 1 wedding magazine I quickly realized that was the biggest joke of the century. I did my due diligence and met with several different planners. However, Jackie's originality and realness is what stuck with me while meeting with everyone else. Jackie made my dream wedding come to life. She was patient with my ever constant wavering ideas but most importantly, she acted as a true friend during some seriously stressful moments and always had my back and my interests as heart.

Jackie consulted with my mom, fiancee and me to help bring us the absolute most perfect wedding we could have ever imagined. Jackie was helpful, warm, professional, and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you so much, Jackie, for helping put together the absolute best day of our lives!

My daughters wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly that we were all able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything from start to finish at the hotel, church and wedding location. Jackie was totally in control of the other vendors and made sure everything was perfect and set up how my daughter dreamed it could be. I would recommend Jackie to any bride and family looking to hire a wedding planner and consultant. She gave us great ideas and great contacts for services we wanted to include for the wedding. Great to work with and we will miss seeing her on a regular basis.

What can I say? Between my husbands two jobs and my job and finishing school I was completely overwhelmed with planning a wedding. It became more apparent that I could not do this alone and keep my sanity. We enlisted Jackie's help for "day of wedding" coordination. She took care of all the details at the ceremony/reception site while we all got ready for the main event. When I arrived the venue looked perfect and the whole night went without a hitch. She made sure we didn't forget any reception events and kept us organized. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the night and not worry about all the details, cleaning and packing. My parents also appreciated being able to actually enjoy the night also (instead of doing the running around and cleaning). I can't say enough nice things about her services!

Jackie was amazing! We also went back and fourth about if we did or did not need a wedding planner. We had alot of the big details planned but Jackie helped with all the details so my mom and I could actually enjoy the wedding. She helped everything go smoothly the night of the wedding and I did not have to worry about one thing. She even followed up the day after and brought over anything that was left behind at the reception. I would recommend Jackie to anyone in Lexington. She was great to work with and helped calm everyone's nerves! I loved working with her!
