My husband and I were blessed to have been introduced to Jackie through our photographer, Adam Brennan. Down to Every Last Detail, she nailed it. Finding the perfect day of coordinator for our wedding day was one of the most stressful parts of planning my wedding but the moment I spoke to Jackie, I knew we hit the jack pot and our day would go smoothly with her in charge. I can’t imagine anyone not having anything but an incredible experience with Jackie being a part of your wedding day! She is so nice and we immediately felt comfortable with her the moment we met. She was always available to talk and answer any questions we had and helped us make the appropriate decisions, only reassuring us we made the perfect choice by hiring her for our wedding day! She was so organized and made separate timelines for each vendor and our wedding party. Her timelines were perfectly detailed and she thought of things we never would have even thought of until the day of, such as leftovers and back up plans. Everyone always knew what was going on thanks to Jackie being such an experienced professional and keeping everything, including our many vendors right on track! On our wedding day, Jackie kept our drinks full and made our day not only go efficiently; she also managed to pull off a once in a lifetime wedding experience by finding a few local drum line members from a competition down the street to perform at our wedding! Talk about a show stopper! She will literally do anything for her brides. Our day was completely stress-free and we owe that to Jackie, who helped make our dream wedding a reality! My husband and I can’t thank Jackie enough for allowing us to enjoy our evening by coordinating our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and she was successful in doing so! We love Jackie and would have been lost without her. We highly and proudly recommend Jackie at Every Last Detail to all our friends and family!!

We hired Jackie to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and it's one of the best decisions I made while planning! Jackie's attention to detail made both the planning process and the wedding day run incredibly smoothly. Her advice and timeline for the wedding day was invaluable, and she anticipated things I didn't even know I would need on the day. Jackie was very responsive on the wedding day, and her genuine and fun personality made her a joy to have around!

My daughter had two weddings in one day...... An Indian wedding in the morning and a Catholic ceremony in the afternoon. There was so much planning involved due to this as well as the size of the wedding and number of attendants. ( 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen). Jackie was perfectly organized and was there every minute to facilitate without ever being intrusive. Her calm and pleasant attitude and demeanor helped to keep everyone else from getting nervous or overwhelmed! Everything just seemed to go smoothly without my even noticing her directing things! She let us have our wonderful day and her presence was a godsend. I would recommend her highly.

I can't say enough about Jackie and her team from the start of planning the wedding to the end of our wedding night. I don't know how I would have done any of it without her. Jackie was so helpful from just broad ideas down to the detail. And she made sure we stayed true to what I wanted. I will never forget when my groom and I were sitting at our sweetheart table at the wedding, Jackie looked over and I could tell she was more concerned about how we were doing than anything else. She made sure we had our special night and I wish we could do it all over again. It was truly magical and your wedding will be the same if Jackie is involved.

My daughters wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly that we were all able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything from start to finish at the hotel, church and wedding location. Jackie was totally in control of the other vendors and made sure everything was perfect and set up how my daughter dreamed it could be. I would recommend Jackie to any bride and family looking to hire a wedding planner and consultant. She gave us great ideas and great contacts for services we wanted to include for the wedding. Great to work with and we will miss seeing her on a regular basis.

Jackie was an absolute delight to work with! When I got engaged I originally planned on planning the wedding myself--- after looking at 1 wedding magazine I quickly realized that was the biggest joke of the century. I did my due diligence and met with several different planners. However, Jackie's originality and realness is what stuck with me while meeting with everyone else. Jackie made my dream wedding come to life. She was patient with my ever constant wavering ideas but most importantly, she acted as a true friend during some seriously stressful moments and always had my back and my interests as heart.

What can I say? Between my husbands two jobs and my job and finishing school I was completely overwhelmed with planning a wedding. It became more apparent that I could not do this alone and keep my sanity. We enlisted Jackie's help for "day of wedding" coordination. She took care of all the details at the ceremony/reception site while we all got ready for the main event. When I arrived the venue looked perfect and the whole night went without a hitch. She made sure we didn't forget any reception events and kept us organized. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the night and not worry about all the details, cleaning and packing. My parents also appreciated being able to actually enjoy the night also (instead of doing the running around and cleaning). I can't say enough nice things about her services!

Jackie was amazing! We also went back and fourth about if we did or did not need a wedding planner. We had alot of the big details planned but Jackie helped with all the details so my mom and I could actually enjoy the wedding. She helped everything go smoothly the night of the wedding and I did not have to worry about one thing. She even followed up the day after and brought over anything that was left behind at the reception. I would recommend Jackie to anyone in Lexington. She was great to work with and helped calm everyone's nerves! I loved working with her!

Jackie was AMAZING!! When I first started planning my wedding I went back and forth trying to decide whether I should use a wedding planner and I was 100 times over so happy that I decided to and that I chose Jackie. I had Jackie do day of coordination for our wedding. Her pricing is good and you get a lot for the cost. She handled everything the day of, I had absolutely no worries that day and I'm so thankful to her that I was just able to enjoy my wedding and not worry about anything. She did a ton of work before the wedding to get everything set up and after the wedding with the clean up. She is very flexible in helping you do whatever you need from her. She was always available to me throughout the planning process to take calls or emails. She had lots of wonderful suggestions and she has really great relationships with a lot of the other wedding vendors in Lexington. She has a really good heart and was so sweet to me when I was on the brink of tears over the possibility of rain on my wedding day (luckily we ended up with sunshine!). I also had some family that didn't get along and she was so aware and thoughtful of that to make sure there were no issues. I would beyond recommend her to any one who is looking for a planner whether it be day of or full on planning. She is super organized and again I couldn't imagine the day running any smoother. I hope she knows how thankful and appreciative me and my husband are to her for everything she did. She is the best :)

Jackie was a pleasure to work with! She was a quick responder and great for helping me to calm my nerves and fears when I felt like everything was falling apart! It's difficult to envision your wedding day in the months and weeks leading up to, but she made my dreams a reality the day of. Jackie brought us brilliant ideas, great feedback and communication, tough vendor negotiation skills, and, most important to a bride who works full time, peace of mind! If anything, I wish we had hired her sooner. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend.

Jackie took what could have been a huge disaster and made it a beautiful evening to remember! My husband and I wanted simple and clean, something that reflected our personalities. We would absolutely recommend Every Last Detail based on our experience. Jackie is very personable, and patient, and a genuine professional. We were arranging the wedding from out-of-town, and at no point did we ever panic about anything - Jackie was on top of it. OK, we might have panicked a little, but there was simply no reason to do so with Jackie and Every Last Detail. Her trusted network of vendors were great, and ultimately the wedding and reception turned out wonderfully and just how we wanted it. She was very flexible in meeting with us the few times we were able to travel to Lexington prior to the wedding, and she was also very good at nudging us in the right direction when we hit moments of indecision about the details. Highly recommend!

Having Every Last Detail plan my wedding was the best decision I made! Jackie's kindness and enthusiasm is endless, and she made our day easy and fun. As an out of town bride, I knew I needed a planner in the area who could organize everything and the knew the right vendors. Jackie was spot-on in her vendor recommendations - everyone was professional and provided exactly what we wanted. One of the biggest issues was finding a reception venue and Jackie worked tirelessly to find the perfect spot. It definitely wouldn't have happened without her! On the big day, with Jackie's ridiculously detailed schedule in place, I knew there was nothing to worry about and was able to enjoy every minute of it.

I can't say enough about Every Last Detail! Jackie is an amazing professional with a genuine passion for the industry. Her talent, creativity and ability to think outside the box is awe-inspiring! She has the ability to relate to her brides and grooms as individuals and seems to understand their priorities, working to accommodate in every way. Jackie took our ideas to the next level, referred the perfect vendors, and was able to execute all of the little details we had planned perfectly (and believe me when I say there were MANY). She managed ALL of this, while still presenting calm, cool, and collected (even when I wasn't:) I was thoroughly impressed with her organizational skills! Honestly, I had no idea planning a wedding could be so intensive (from planning, to coordinating vendors, to execution, to cleaning-up/breaking down, etc...) and I don't know what I would have done without her expertise. ELD is exactly what every overwhelmed couple needs for a fabulous wedding day!

I can not say enough good things about Jackie! She was amazing, couldn't have done it without her help. I only used her for day of coordination, but she ended up helping me with some things a few weeks before the wedding also. She is the nicest, most upbeat, organized person I know. After my initial meeting with her, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing her over some of the cheaper day of coordination packages. She was so easy to comminicate with, whether it be by text, phone, or email. And she was always quick to get back to me. She definately made my wedding day more enjoyable, as I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. She had it all under control.

Definitely recommend Jackie!

We hired Jackie to be our day-of coordinator. She told us up front that she didn't know that we needed her, since we were having a small wedding, but we are glad we hired her! I recommend every bride hire a day-of coordinator, because I didn't have to think about a thing on my wedding day. She coordinated all the vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She was also very helpful in the planning process- she asked us good questions, truly thinking of every last detail, she offered helpful ideas and direction from past experiences, and she was always available for random questions when I didn't know who to ask. Our only complaint is that there was some confusion on our end about her responsibilities, and what we could/couldn't expect her to do leading up to the wedding. Otherwise she was great!! Thank you Jackie!!

The only regret I have in my life, is hiring Jackie as my wedding planner. If you are considering hiring her, please read this. My goal here is to educate future brides so they can avoid the problems I encountered and hopefully save you some heartache.

Based on my experiences with her, one could reasonably conclude that that as a wedding planner, she is disorganized, scatterbrained, careless and insensitive. Even in our meetings leading up to the wedding, she would have to ask me the same question multiple times, at multiple meetings. From what I saw, I felt that her notes were a mess and impossible to follow. Even after I typed out everything for her in extreme detail with lists of everything. I spent hours organizing everything.

My fiance's mother had passed away, a few years before. I had told Jackie about it multiple times. It was a sensitive subject and I wanted it treated as such. Jackie forgot about her death, on multiple occasions. In meetings with my fiance and I, she asked about his mother, where does she live, what does she do, etc. When it got closer to the wedding, she asked when do we want his mom to come out during the ceremony, where do we want her to sit at the ceremony, etc. My poor fiance was confused and hurt. It was extremely awkward, needless to say. I felt that it was extremely insensitive and careless of Jackie to forget that my fiance's mother had passed away, and to make this error multiple times was astonishing to me.

When any issue was brought up to Jackie, she appeared extremely defensive, coming up with excuses and transferring blame as opposed to just accepting fault, acknowledging issues and coming up with ideas to solve them. Instead of being a calming presence, in my view and the view of our wedding party, she was reactive and created tension in the air.

I have two pages long of examples of these descriptions but unfortunately, there isn't enough space here to list them all.

Thank you for your feedback, Tala. I'm sorry you feel this way. I don't believe your review accurately represents what exactly happened. With 21 - 5star reviews before yours, it doesn't seem logical that all of a sudden, I lost my ability to plan successful events. To address one of your complaints regarding JP's mother (because I was extremely cautious in this regard) when I made mention of his 'mother' it was in context to his stepmom of which they are close. Out of respect to not highlight that his biological mother had passed, I didn't repeatedly use the term "stepmom." Never once was I corrected during our timeline meetings. Of course, Juan Pablo is welcome to leave his own review of my services himself. When we parted ways after your wedding celebrations were over, you expressed to me, in front of both our husbands, that you had, "the wedding of my dreams."
