Ashley was so informed about everything wedding, listened to all my ideas and improved each vision while managing and maintaining my budget. Where to begin? Ashley was phenomenal with all things wedding prep, planning and execution. We started with her a few months before our wedding date, and after handing off planning duties to her, we breathed a huge sigh of relief. Our lead-up to the wedding was so much more relaxing knowing she had things under control and would not let us fail. Her communication, organization and personality are top-notch and we could not have done any of this without her.

My husband and I got married in Kentucky, but we live in Georgia. I had no idea how to plan a wedding, not to mention a wedding via long distance. It's impossible to sum up all that Ashley did for us in one review. From the first day of working with Ashley, any anxiety about our wedding evaporated. She knows the wedding industry in and out, has tons of fantastic working relationships with vendors, and is in constant communication with everyone involved in the event. Over the year that we worked with her, Ashley was our resident expert everything, our sounding board, cheerleader, biggest advocate, professional organizer, and creative director, just to name a few. We also had the pleasure of getting to help promote and incorporate Ashley's new luxury candle company, EVVI, in our cocktail hour and reception space, and I cannot overemphasize the level to which it elevated the design and ambiance. We were proud to feature this more sustainable candle option and help reduce waste in the wedding industry without sacrificing beauty or function. Ashley was worth every penny! She helped us through early planning to day off! Our wedding was stress free, on time, and perfect! She proved day of coordination and worked to make sure all our vendors were aware of timelines!

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Heleringer (Heleringer Events) during our October 2022 Kentucky destination wedding. As the bride and groom, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with wedding planning, so hiring a wedding planner was essential. We are so thankful that we were blessed with Ashley! She was always very professional, punctual, diligent and kind. It was always so easy to communicate with her and she was always an email, a call or a text away. Planning post covid had its struggles with inflation but Ashley was there to negotiate with all our vendors. No matter how stressful some things seemed, Ashley saved the day. She delegated everything behind the scenes and always made us feel important and special. She truly enjoys what she does and that was noticeable throughout the entire planning process. Ashley completely planned our rehearsal dinner as we live out of town. We met initially to discuss ideas, visions, plans and budget. After every chat or meeting I promptly received a follow up summation of our discussions and decisions. Ashley brought uncommon elegance to our event. The flowers were lovely! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ashley from Heleringer Events! Besides being an amazing wedding planner, she is kind and incredibly easy to work with! My husband and I are beyond grateful for finding Ashley as our wedding could not have been more perfect. From suggesting vendors to advocating for us to making sure all of our guests were taken care of, Ashley went above and beyond for our wedding.
