  We would give her 100 stars if we could

  It's impossible to sum up all that Ashley did for us in one review. From the first day of working with Ashley, any anxiety about our wedding evaporated. She knows the wedding industry in and out, has tons of fantastic working relationships with vendors, and is in constant communication with everyone involved in the event. Over the year that we worked with her, Ashley was our resident expert everything, our sounding board, cheerleader, biggest advocate, professional organizer, and creative director, just to name a few. She was always there to give her expert opinion when we asked for it but made sure to reiterate that every choice was ours to make and that our happiness was her number one priority. From our first meeting, Ashely was completely invested in the vision we had for our wedding day and never once lost sight of making that vision a reality for us. We also had the pleasure of getting to help promote and incorporate Ashley's new luxury candle company, EVVI, in our cocktail hour and reception space, and I cannot overemphasize the level to which it elevated the design and ambiance. We were proud to feature this more sustainable candle option and help reduce waste in the wedding industry without sacrificing beauty or function. In short, anyone who puts their trust in Ashley will be grateful that they did. There is no one else we would rather have worked with.

  The BEST Planner!

  Ashley with Heleringer Events was truly amazing to work with; I get emotional just thinking about how much value she added to our lives leading up to the wedding and on the big day. It would not have been the same without her! She is organized, willing to help, and eager to bring your ideas to life. She responded quickly and was always there to give advice or listen. I felt completely comfortable with her and knew we were putting our wedding day in the best hands. We feel very lucky to have had her be part of our team!

  Amazing experience

  Ashley was worth every penny! She helped us through early planning to day off! Our wedding was stress free, on time, and perfect! She proved day of coordination and worked to make sure all our vendors were aware of timelines!

  What a beautiful, elegant yet fun rehearsal dinner we had.

  Ashley completely planned our rehearsal dinner as we live out of town. We met initially to discuss ideas, visions, plans and budget. After every chat or meeting I promptly received a follow up summation of our discussions and decisions. Ashley brought uncommon elegance to our event. The flowers were lovely! The layout of the room maximized conversation. The lighting, music, meal selection and ambience were perfect. Classic, elegant, fun!!!
  I never worried or had any concerns with Ashley. She was wonderful in keeping me informed. Ashley reminded me of upcoming deadlines and kept track of our budget. The event was so memorable and I was very proud of our event. I had complete confidence that I had chosen the best event planner in Louisville, as I had seen her work before. It was a wonderful decision. I can’t praise her enough!! Thank you, Ashley.

  The Best Wedding Planner

  We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Heleringer (Heleringer Events) during our October 2022 Kentucky destination wedding. As the bride and groom, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with wedding planning, so hiring a wedding planner was essential. We are so thankful that we were blessed with Ashley! She was always very professional, punctual, diligent and kind. It was always so easy to communicate with her and she was always an email, a call or a text away. Planning post covid had its struggles with inflation but Ashley was there to negotiate with all our vendors. No matter how stressful some things seemed, Ashley saved the day. She delegated everything behind the scenes and always made us feel important and special. She truly enjoys what she does and that was noticeable throughout the entire planning process. We were all so lucky to have her there the day of the wedding considering she was welcoming her new baby that Monday morning!!! She was phenomenal!

  Till this day we have family and friends telling us how our wedding was the best wedding that they had ever been to. I can honestly say I wish I could relive that day, since it was just so perfect and timeless.

  Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Ashley from Heleringer Events! Besides being an amazing wedding planner, she is kind and incredibly easy to work with! My husband and I are beyond grateful for finding Ashley as our wedding could not have been more perfect. From suggesting vendors to advocating for us to making sure all of our guests were taken care of, Ashley went above and beyond for our wedding. Our vendors as well as our wedding venue team loved working with Ashley and have continued to do projects with her even after our wedding was over.   My husband and I are so glad that we decided to hire Heleringer Events to coordinate our wedding. Ashley was so easy to work with! Ashley is very organized and detail oriented. She did an amazing job creating our weekend timeline and communicating with our other vendors. She completely understood my vision and ensured our day ran smoothly. Our wedding day was everything that we hoped for. She alleviated so much stress and made sure that we were able to enjoy our big day!

  Heleringer Events is Wonderful!

  We would like to thank Ashley for all of her hard work to make our daughter's wedding perfect! Not only is she lovely to work with but she is also very organized and detail oriented. She executed our wedding plan beautifully and kept us on schedule. Our vendors enjoyed working with her and made for such a pleasant and happy atmosphere. I always felt that she genuinely cared about the wedding as much as we did. I highly recommend Heleringer Events!!

  I cannot imagine our wedding without Heleringer Events (Ashley Heleringer) as a part of it. She managed every detail exceptionally. Ashley was an absolute joy to work with personally, and we received this same feedback from all our vendor partners as well.
  
  Not only did we enjoy her company, but she acted with professionalism in everything she did. Ashley has fantastic organization skills. She provided updated communications and records of events via email and aisle planner platform throughout the planning process, and was always available through call and text. On my wedding day, I had so much fun because I knew that all the operations of the evening were in Ashley’s hands, and for this reason, I did not need to worry.
  
  We had a couple significant challenges impacting our wedding plans that Ashley handled beautifully. Those challenges being the passing of our pastor prior to the ceremony, and the event coordinator at our reception venue being unable to be present on the night of our reception for 192 guests. Ashley managed these challenges so well. I can’t imagine how anyone could have handled these challenges with more grace or tact.
  
  Ashley went above and beyond to make our day everything we had dreamed of, and to ensure we were able to relax and fully enjoy the day. I can’t recommend Ashley highly enough. I can say with absolute certainty that if you decide to work with Ashley for your own wedding planning, you will not regret your decision. Our wedding weekend would not have been all that it was without Ashley.

  Couldn't have done it without her!

  Ashley was amazing throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. She made life easier on us both and especially my wife! She was very detailed, thorough and fun to work with. I cant imagine planning (mostly my wife!!!) without her help. Highly recommended!

  Incredible Attention to Detail!

  Contacting "Heleringer Events" was the best decision we made to celebrate our recent 41st wedding anniversary. After giving Ashley our guest list, we had absolutely no other decisions or problems to worry about. This talented woman took care of the smallest details that led up to a truly fabulous event for our family and friends. The dinner was outstanding as were all the little touches that made the party very meaningful for us. We'll be hiring Heleringer Events again for future events in the years ahead!

  Truly amazing experience with Heleringer Events

  Ashley Heleringer of Heleringer Events clearly is top notch when it comes to event planning and I’m not saying it lightly. I personally had the pleasure of working with Ashley for my daughters wedding just last month. After having to cancel the wedding just 8 weeks out in the early part of 2020 due to covid, thus postponing a full year, Ashley began working with us several months out from our new date of May 15, 2021. Additionally, Ashley also stepped in and even helped to plan our family wedding shower by staging/decorating and beautifully transforming my home for the occasion. Guests were so impressed. Following the shower Ashley took the reigns and seamlessly guided us through what ended up being the most amazing and beautiful wedding one could have ever asked for. In doing so she stepped in and handled all contracts and correspondences with every single vendor, set up meetings and final walk throughs with the venue and worked diligently for hours with my daughter developing the wedding day timeline. She was organized and focused and she kept me up to speed on every detail no matter how big or small. The only "potentially" major hiccup that occurred on the wedding day involved our transportation(to the church) not showing up for the bridal party, mothers and photography/video personnel, despite final confirmations and payments the week of the wedding. Clearly no fault on our end, but quickly and calmly Ashley had it resolved with time to spare, thus keeping us on our strict timeline. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had Ashley there at that moment. I have to say that the one thing she made clear to me very early on in our woking relationship was that her ultimate goal for me was not to stress, but to enjoy this special time with my daughter, and that we did. Ashley was truly a jewel to work with. Attentive, knowledgeable and highly professional are just a few of her many attributes. Thank you Ashley and Heleringer Events for making our daughters wedding such an epic event. The guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was.

  Heleringer Events is the BEST in the business!

  Heleringer events is the best decision my wife and made while planning our wedding! From beginning to end, Ashley was invested in giving us everything we dreamed our wedding would be though she certainly gave us so much more than we could have imagined. Our engagement was prolonged because of a COVID postponement, but in hindsight the extra planning time with Ashley was the gift we truly couldn’t have gone without. She built us a client portal with every tool we needed to bring our plans together – everything from the initial guest list and design portfolios to venue floor plans and check lists of all of the things to do as the big day got closer. That said, your planning experience can be totally tailored to what you need!
  
  Her best qualities are innumerable. She energetic, incredibly attentive, professional, organized and so knowledgeable about all of the things that can elevate a great wedding into a world-class event. I can’t emphasize enough how much Ashley was the key player in helping to build our perfect day from the ground up while incorporating details throughout that were unique to us and our KY roots (use of our monogram, guest favors, a bourbon steward tasting experience to name a few). My wife, our guests and I are still talking about how idyllic the whole weekend was.
  
  Heleringer Events is undoubtedly the best in the business and Ashley is the person whose life purpose is event planning and making brides happy. We can’t wait to have Ashley celebrate our next milestone with us!

  Excellent!

  Our wedding day went off without a hitch with Ashley’s planning. My wife and I were able to enjoy our day without having any distractions. Heleringer events is a great company and if I ever need to get married again, will be sure to re-use.

  Ashley and her team at Heleringer Events have always been amazing, detail orientated and just SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
