Bardstown Wedding

I wasn’t from Louisville, and really needed someone to take over the entire event. Ellen was there from the first decision to the last. When a decision was made, she ran with it and took care of all the details. My day was perfect from beginning to end, ran on schedule and was beautiful! I didn’t worry for 1 minute.

Impeccable!

Ellen truly took our vision and went ABOVE AND BEYOND on executing an amazing wedding and event through postponement and a global pandemic! I had so much fun "creating" an even with Ellen that truly left an impression on our guests. I was hopeful I'd be able to find a wedding planner that would be able to envision exactly what I had in mind, and Ellen was just that! I cannot recommend her enough!

Spectacular!!

Fantastic Experience

Ellen and her team were amazing throughout the entire planning process. Ellen's experience and knowledge helped us to make the best decisions possible and in turn create the most magical night of our lives. No detailed was spared. We could not have done this without the help of her and her team. We were able to enjoy every minute of the day/night without worrying about the details.

Perfect Wedding Day

Ellen was a wonderful "day-of coordinator" for my daughter's wedding. She started designing a detailed time-line of the wedding day weeks in advance. This greatly helped the couple to stay organized and to not leave decisions to the last minute. The wedding day was truly perfect because of this schedule and our knowing Ellen was there to help if any issues occurred. It also allowed the couple, and her mom and dad, to have fun instead of having to worry about the many details on the wedding day. Give yourself a huge gift and make Ellen the first vendor you hire to help plan your wedding.

Ellen is Amazing!

We hired Ellen to help us plan our October 2019 wedding. We knew she was the 'one' to help because she did my sister's wedding 10 years ago. Her experience and knowledge of the industry, vendors and recommendations on how we could make our day the best day it could be was exactly what we needed from someone. When it came to the "day of", we literally had no hiccups along the way (or at least I wasn't made aware of anything). This wouldn't have been possible without Ellen's help! She's the best in the biz!

The absolute best in the business!

We had the pleasure of working with Melissa & Emily on our "surprise wedding" last December and we couldn't have been happier with the process and the end result! They executed our vision flawlessly and recruited the best vendors for our special day! Melissa kept in contact regularly up until our wedding date (she even came to our tasting!) and was solely ours for the day before & day of our wedding. As someone who works within the industry, I work alongside a lot of wedding planners - but, the ShaFox team is the best in the business! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Stress Free Wedding Day

They provided day of coordination services for my wedding on 9/15/18. They were fantastic to work with up until the day of the wedding. If Melissa or Emily were not available Ellen was always there to answer any questions. We had a brunch wedding so were they not only there the morning if they came the night before to get some things set up. Melissa and Emily took all the stress out of my the day of, exactly what I needed! I cannot recommend them enough for any planning or coordinating services! They helped make my wedding day perfect and I cannot thank them enough.
